if you don't come in on a Friday afternoon the check cashing process is fairly quick. I've been coming here for over 10 years

I've been here at least 5 times, they staff is usually professional, however on my last visit it wasn't the most friendliest atmosphere. The lady who serviced me was very dry and somewhat rude. Maybe she was having a bad day or something.. But I'll continue to use their service for my needs.

Laughing and carrying on. These people are clowns. Been waiting for 40 minutes to cash a check, not waiting any more. If their corporate office gave a damn this place would be restaffed tomorrow.

They are friendly and helpful, quick service with no long wait time, and their hours are great...

Never coming here again. They are unprofessional in the way they do things. Had to call the corporate office and was called a child because the manger didn’t know what the hell he was doing.

The inconsistency of they’re loan qualifications alone would steer me away from this place. The manager, Erica, clearly lacks authority in her actual life and likes to take it out on her employees and customers. My boyfriend was attempting to get a loan out from this place and because he doesnt use his bank account every day (though there are clearly multiple deposits into the account) the manager turned him away before offering any alternatives. After contacting the corporate office, my boyfriend and I were given a prompt apology. I was told that is not the way they normally operate and given an opportunity to return to finish the application. After the egregious behavior, inconsistencies in qualifications and uneducated knowledge of the loan process, I will most likely not return to this location. I highly suggest no one come here unless extremely desperate and in need of being degraded and treated as an inferior.

I had the worst customer service experience at this location. Krysta was very rude & had horrible attitude. I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate office. She should not be working on the front line with customers.

Friendly staff and great service. Only wish there was one closer to home.

This place is a leech. Unhelpful, shady and parasitic.
