If I could give less than 5 stars, I absolutely would. The most unprofessional place I have ever had to deal with. Alice will laugh at you when you explain anything to her, there is an absolutely terrible.quality of communication between staff members (thanks to Roseanna) and don't bother sending an email because they won't read or understand anything you're trying to say. They'll just make up stories and refuse to work with you. This place is absolutely terrible and I cannot wait until I'm done dealing with them.

Lendmark financial was great. I recommend Jacqueline Dean because she was amazing. The entire staff was great and Nice. Jacqueline made sure I had everything I needed, if you need help lendmark financial is the place to go!

I have used this company for about 2 years. They were absolutely amazing at FIRST, I have always paid my bill on time. However, since January, the ineptitude in this office is beyond acceptable. They call reference and harass them, when you aren't late! I actually, had an emergency this month involving a sick child and made it clear to them, I would be paying them late. I have communicated with them in accordance to policy. So what do these people do, call reference more than once to harass them. References are used when you can't get in touch with the person, those are the terms and conditions that I signed. They are not to be used as tactics to embarrass, harass, or enforce payment. I have always communicated with these people and have always paid on time, so for them to act in this manner is unacceptable. They have also breached the terms and conditions policies of my reference list, by calling them without just cause. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you value your privacy, and operate in a civil manner in life, find another company that values agreements and appreciates their customers! This company is not it!

I have read the only two reviews on this page and by all accounts don't judge Lendmark financial by these two accounts. I can attest that the manager Will go out of her way to help no matter what the reasons to assist you with a loan. I can say this because I have been a long standing customer for the past five (5) Years. I would strongly recommend Lendmark Financial.

I was directed to this company from my repair shop. I kept getting the run around. I was told they would send me an email, after 15 minutes I still hadn't received it. I called them back and I was told she sent it and to call back in 5 minutes. I gave them 30 minutes and I still hadn't received the email. I called and talked to someone else and she sent the email. I sent in the items they requested. I even called and double checked that they got it. (This was at 12:08pm) I was told they would let me know before 7pm that night. I never got a return call. Basically, if you have a lot of time to waste... this is your company to use.

Quick, easy, convenient, and no hassle! Jacqueline Dean did a phenomenal job from start to finish! I highly recommend Lendmark for your finanacial needs!

I have been a customer with them for along time and appreciate each everyone of them never had a issue with any help that i need. A big shout out to my Denton Landmark keep up the great work!!!
