    I absolutely love this place. The salesman Omar Is a gift from God! I walked in there with a prayer, a 20yr old van to trade, no credit, 3 months on a steady job, and a few hundred shy of 2k and now I'm driving in a 2016 Denali... THANK GOD 😊 FYI Every other dealership I contacted slammed the door in my face... Omar showed love... wish I would have went here 1st

    Horrible place to buy a car. I financed a Chevy Traverse got it home a week and it broke down sent it back they rigged it up jus to get it started n told me to come get it. A month later it broke down again. And Omar kept saying get it towed why should I have to pay for towing services from Flint to Detroit. Now I’m stuck with a non running car that I spent a big down payment on to get ripped off. Will never finance thru this company ever again! O by the way I need a whole new engine!!!

    I just purchased my 2012 town and country from legacy motors and there customer service was excellent. Mark my salesman was phenomenal and Ramsey the finance manager is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend the car dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle weather they have bad credit good credit or no credit!! Thank you so much legacy motors!

    I was so excited when I bought my vehicle from here about 4 months ago but now Im angry as ever. I got my car and they told me they were washing it and cleaning it out. What supposed to had took like 20 minutes turned into over an hour. I knew something was wrong but I ignored my gut. The lady who did the deal says to me I suggest you get a warranty because its buy as is. Another red flag I ignored. I gets my vehicle only to see they never washed it or detailed it, none of that. All I could think was what were they doing all that time. I have my car a few days and it cuts off on me while Im driving. I think nothing of it until it starts doing it everyday. And if I turn it off, I have to wait until it restarts itself. They gave me a key pad that doesn't even work so I have to manually unlock my doors. So I figured its my theft system why it keeps doing it. I turned on my AC and my car got to smoking. Then one night the car wouldn't start for 3 hours and it was night time and my kids and I were stranded and my cell phone was dead. A police officer saw me and helped me get home. We take it up to the shop and tell them its only been 2 weeks. So they say this time they will fix it for free and fix the minor issues going on. They have my truck for 2 days and I have to keep calling to see if its ready and they finally tell me yes. They say they had to order a new piece for my AC and they fixed my car. Well needless to say they didnt fix anything because as soon as I left I had to pull over because my car was smoking again and everyday I have to go under my hood, unplug my battery and plug it back up for my truck to start.. Only for yesterday, the AC popped on while I was warming my car up and it smoked so hard that my belt broke. I had to get my daughter from school so I had to drive slow and my steering wheel is hard to turn because of the belt breaking. Their mechanics didn't even put the new piece on at all. They probably used it for their own car. Not to mention they bleached my carpet when they were supposedly fixing it. Ive had it up to my neck with this vehicle. I will never purchase from here again...

    I called yesterday at 1:30 & asked about a Chrysler 200 dude that answer the phone says they have two Chrysler’s in stock I told him I was on the way so I came into the dealership at 2:30 he says both Chryslers are broke down and lied about buy here pay here program tried to tell me they need proof of income he wanted me to finance with the bank instead of BUY HERE PAY HERE so they would make more money but over the phone he said u only need license & down payment for the program so when I got there he had a few different stories wasted my time & money catching a cab to Detroit & the bathroom was filthy workers are rude & look like they are forced to work

    Come to legacy motors for your new car. The experience and the staff was the best. They will get you into a car as soon as that same day. Their finance manager Ramsey was the best he will do whatever it takes to help you out

    I was very disappointed in the customer service I had got here at this place couple days ago. It is like they don’t care rather they meet the customer needs or not. They aren’t willing to work with you at all. It’s like either you have what we want you to have or you can leave . I didn’t feel welcomed at all and one of the workers walked in talking negatively about other client because the clients didn’t have enough money to put down on a car. Everything seems about money and not genuine help anymore . I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one to buy a car

    Place is a joke😅 I walked in & it took them five minutes to greet me everybody was all into they computer I should have walked out then. All the cars looked banged up they want $3000 down on cars that has 180k on the dash that’s insane they robbing people cars over 140k on the dash is only worth between 2- 5 thousand tops instead they want 10,000 total when the cars are on they last leg 😂 & people working there are rude & seem forced to work wish I would have saved my gas I came all way from Taylor never again

    I love this company! By far the best place I’ve financed a car from I would definitely recommend going to Omar he will get you together with a great very reliable vehicle and he is a very professional very nice person! Very highly recommend u goto Omar!

    I probably won't shop here again more so because of the inconvenience of the paying method. In this day in age it should be some sort of service implicated that allows you to pay online. However it is not and every time I call to pay over the phone I get place on hold for well over 5 minutes. It's not convenient to stop into the shop to pay because you still have to wait if they are servicing another customer. Every 2 weeks it takes me calling so many times Friday and Monday and being placed on hold forever. It's not very convenient at all. I also have had two issues with the vehicle. While driving in the rain the windshield wipers had just stopped working. The other issue is that I have an extremely loud ticking coming from the vehicle and I was informed it's the ac actuator however I haven't had the vehicle long and I'd have to miss a payment to even get that fixed. I'm happy and unhappy at the same time.

Because we are a small family owned business we do not offer other payment option services such as auto pay/ACH or online payments right now. Hopefully in the future.     I won't ever purchase a vehicle from this awful place again customer service is awful, bought a car in July it has already broken down twice. Still a car note thank God for a loaner right. NOPE it just cut off twice they just gave it to me . Now I'm stranded yet again this is the 3rd time In two months. And now the phone line is busy. What a great way to start the holiday weekend. I'm so over this place and the salesman. I'll never purchase a vehicle from them again and I'm going to tell everyone I know not to purchase as well. 🤷🏿‍♀️😡 DON'T DO IT
