Always don't want to give you what your item you are getting a small loan on is worth. A $549 doller brand new electric adult scooter they only want to give you $75 when I was in previously a about 2 months prior and has another scooter they gave me $110-120 for. Not satisfied. Not away to keep a repeating customer that has bought items from this location wanting to come back and purchase anything. PSH....

This was the first time I went to Motor City Pawn. They were very nice, several ppl helped me. They didnt make me feel bad that i wanted a small loan. They also loaned me more than the place i used to go when i needed to. Thank you. The place is clean, organized, alot of customer service.

I have visited this place a few times. I really appreciate the fairness and honesty. Charles is awesome. He's always very willing to assist and professional. I'm not sure who the young black girl with the curly hair is but she needs to be taught some manners and how to conduct herself professionally when there is a mistake made by her or her boss. She was very disrespectful after her boss pointed out a mistake she made with returning a gun to a customer then came back in using profanity about him not telling her about some restrictions on the return. That's no way to disrespect your boss in front of people whether you agree or disagree, it's not professional. Everone doesn't need to hear or view her behave in such a way. She was also rude over the phone when I spoke with her initially inquiring about items I was interested in bringing in. Overall, Charles needs a promotion. Awesome guy!! Great place.

I pawned my bf'$ cell phone the other day, 3 days prior to that he pawned mine. (We just purchased the new lg stylo 6 for myself n him, less then 30 days old). He asked for a loan & was given $60.00. When I asked for the same thing, the csr offered me $35.00. at this time he wasn't in the store I was by myself, a single female. When he came into the store, he mentioned the price difference. The csr said he needed to speak to the manager about changing the price. The manager said to look up my boyfriend's account to see what the price that was given as a loan for my cell phone was. the manager changed it without hesitation. We were told dropped price difference that was nearly in half bc that's what the selling price was for the lg stylo 6 according to him on this day. Which again was only a 3 day difference. I suggest you do your research before going. Great & friendly customer service. I highly suggest/recommend motor city pawn. No complaints

When I went down there with my motorcycle, both she and Daryl made sure that I got exactly what I needed. The loan process was pretty straightforward and simple.
