CMC is great - I have used them for years! Dan recently did a project for us. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through what he found, why it happened and how he would fix it. While there, he also noticed another issue and we could address it right away before it became a bigger problem. They have tackled repairs and installations of all kinds over the years and I’ve been happy with every employee I’ve met and their work. Absolutely love CMC and highly recommend!

Dan and his team were phenomenal! We were renovating our kitchen and needed to reroute a number of pipes. Dan is a creative mastermind and was able to problem solve the issue and successfully hide the pipes behind the walls and ceiling. They got the job done efficiently for us in a time crunch. Highly recommend!

CMC plumbing was very professional, responsive, and did a quality job. I worked with them during a kitchen renovation to move a gas line, install a new kitchen drain, and ducting for a hood and HVAC. They took the extra time to explain every detail, provide options and clearly communicate next steps. They left each job with the workspace clean and as it was before they arrived.

CMC came in response to our request for repair of our laundry sink. Josh was prompt, courteous, professional and corrected the installation in a timely manner. We have used them for several items, including replacing our water heater, and been very satisfied with all service, and would not hesitate to call them again.

They checked the sewer lines using their sewer scope. No problem detected. No cleaning was necessary. We had no problems with our sewer lines but after 26 years living in our home we wanted it checked out. We have piece of mind knowing there are no potential problems. Dan and his team did a great job.

This is an add-on to my previous post from a while back, when we had extensive plumbing and drain issues expertly repaired by Dan and Jamie. Since then, Dan and Josh have returned for a couple of other slightly less dramatic (and less costly) repairs, the most recent being the removal of an unnecessary heater in my garage. Ok, I've been a homeowner for quite a few years. Thinking back, there are may be one or two repair persons in my experience that I trusted as much as I trust Dan. I'm serious. I got all the information I needed during the quote, I got updates during the repair, and I got a great summary and what-to-do-next after the repair. The job was done completely, expertly and efficiently, and he was very friendly and likeable (and so was Josh). I have CMC Plumbing, Heating & Cooling on speed dial for my next repair for sure.

CMC installed a minisplit unit in my garage. I highly recommend them. I received quotes from multiple companies and they were very competitive in price. They patiently and promptly answered all of my questions. Awesome company! Thank you Dan and Emily!

I called CMC for a leak inspection due to having a high water bill from the City. Dan and Josh were very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. They checked everything possible to help me and my family. Fortunately they didn't find a single leak on our property.

Dan came out and installed a new whole-house humidifier on our furnace of which he did a superb job. Very professional, clean and the workmanship is top-notch. (I can be very particular.) During the process he needed to access our laundry room and as soon as he set foot in there he said, "You have a gas leak." He got his equipment to test it and sure enough, we had a leak around the valve. When he finished installing the humidifier he ran to Home Depot to get a gas valve and when he returned, he installed it for just a nominal fee. I will definitely be recommending CMC and will call them again should I ever need their services. Thank you Dan!

My furnace was only pushing out cold air. I replaced the filter, but only cold air would come out of the vents. My landlord could care less if I have no heat in the winter. I placed a call to CMC and was scheduled with Dan. Dan came over, quickly inspected and repaired the furnace with no hesitation. I was very impressed with Dan's expertise and professionalism. I cannot thank CMC and Dan enough for the lighting-fast response and for repairing my furnace.
