Dana Marie Caserta operates more like a realtor than a lender. She was in constant communication with me, answered all my "dumb" questions, even texted me back on the weekend, and attended closing. I have no idea how I got so lucky to work with Dana but now that I know a lender can be like her, I wouldn't work with anyone else. She's one of those people who makes you realize the system can be so much better.

While I was unavailable to communicate due to being at work, Lottie made a great decision concerning locking in rates which was clearly communicated when I was available. Great customer service, I highly recommend.

What made it a great experience was the constant communication and requests to provide the necessary paperwork so the closing could go on without any disruption. We had a fairly quick turnaround from proposal acceptance to closing and Eric and his team stayed on top of me so there would not be any potential closing delay
