We had to go over asking price due to multiple offers and between Paul and my Realtor Craig I felt extremely comfortable doing so but knowing I wasn't paying too much. Appraisal still came in over our offer just as they said it would based off doing their homework on the market comps. Paul recently assisted us with the financing of an out of state residence and it was terrific. The process was very smooth, he and his team were very responsive, and the closing was a breeze (unlike some I have been a part of that had last minute requests from underwriting etc- not the case here everything has been requested well in advance).
