    From a sales perspective, I'd give them 4 stars - good service, good cars. From a service perspective, they are 1 star. They constantly try to upsell you on every service visit. Recently, I needed to reset a service light after an oil change. They told me I needed to visit the dealership and incur service costs, when in fact all it took was a quick reset found via a quick Google Search. It's impossible to relay feedback to a manager or owner, since they're owned by Sonic and very corporate.

    Jim Ransom helped with our purchase of the 2021 C300, ran back and forth and got us the price we wanted to pay, negotiated our trade in and completed our paperwork. No pressure and pleasant experience. Everyone was so nice and professional. We will come back and make another Mercedes purchase from them. No bait and switch and no market premiums. Excellent dealership!

    Just left this dealership not 5 minutes ago. Parked in the first spot, walked the lot, through the show room, stood around to be helped and was ignored. Left shocked that not a single person acknowledged us. While the cars and showroom are nice, the customer service was non existent. My wife was really excited to get her first MB, but now is completely turned off of the brand. Off to BMW and Audi.

    This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I’ve done it many, many, many times. We drove from Atlanta to Nashville to get our vehicle. Nobody can top RBM of Nashville. The entire staff was welcoming and made the process enjoyable and seamless.

    Had the same issue happen a second time on our hybrid GLC, where the car just starts throwing trouble codes all over the place and it becomes undriveable. This time, fortunately, it happened in our garage instead of the middle of nowhere in CO (that was fun). MB Nashville was polite, responsive, and even made sure the car was fully charged when we picked it up, which we thought was a really nice touch. The only issue we had was with getting a loaner car, at least initially. We were told their loaner cars were one to two weeks out and they probably wouldn't be able to get one for us. That certainly wasn't going to work, as this is our only vehicle, and one of the reasons we went with a new car instead of a used one. We said we were going to have to contact MB directly to have them cover the cost of a rental car, which then prompted the service advisor to say he might be able to get one for us after all. Using our daughter's car, we went to the dealer in person and spoke with our Salesperson, Jan, who immediately took ownership, gave us water bottles, and headed straight back to the service department, where she helped secure a loaner vehicle. Apparently, they had plenty, so we're still not sure why we were initially told there weren't any. Either way, Jan's our hero, and MB Nashville is very fortunate to have her. Without trying to be overly dramatic, it was her actions that turned a very frustrating scenario into a good experience, and restored our confidence in buying our new vehicle, which arrives in just a few weeks.

    I bring my sprinters here in for service, whether it’s a PM service, a minor issue, or if it’s in critical condition. Nic from the sprinter service department has been exceptional, professional, informative, and has helped me a tremendous amount of times. No matter how busy they get, Nic always finds a way to get the job done for the customer. He always puts the customer first! Nic has been the best to work with and goes out of his way to get things done in a timely manner and very easy to communicate with when you need an updated status on your sprinter. 5 star review for a 10 star person!

    I walked up to the parts counter to find a woman stuffing her face with McDonald's french fries. She was obviously more interested in eating than helping me and refused to look up my part without the VIN. No worries, I can find parts online for less and without the attitude.

    I took my car to the dealership because the check engine light was on. The service department found the problem and repaired the car. Jason, the Service Manager was absolutely great to work with. I have never had a better person to deal with in all of my previous car repairs. If you get a chance to work with Jason you will be most impressed with him. I also was impressed with the dealership in general. Great group

    Travelling thru in my Mercedes RV it developed some sensor malfunctions that was leading to “limp mode”. Nic was fantastic in accommodating our situation even though this sprint service centre is very busy. He got us on our way in no time!

    I called the dealership this morning because I saw a GLB online I was interested in. Jim answered when I called and told me he could help. When I told him I was interested in a GLB, and told him I had the stock number, he told me that he didn’t even need the stock number because he couldn’t sell me any cars. They were all being used for service vehicles, and if he sold me a car he wouldn’t have any inventory to replace it with. I told him that was unfortunate because I was hoping to make a deal today. Never had this experience before but I am sure I can find another GLB I like elsewhere.

    Bought a 2016 Rogue from them last week with 31k miles on it. Got to Spring Hill after picking it off, as soon as I got off the Interstate the vehicle lost all power and would not go (transmission) had to call a mechanic to come look at it on road, advised it was trans. Contacted the manager to let him know, he advised since it was still under full warranty take it to a Nissan dealership. I planned on doing that, but thought they should know what was going on with a vehicle I just dropped 20k on not even 2 hours prior. Took it to Nissan the next day, they kept it and provided me a loaner. Picked it up Friday, the service manager stated the software was very outdated and they had to update it (which also affects the transmission) He also stated the air filter was filthy, and more than likely the fuel filter was as well, and it was due for an oil change. I contacted the manager at Mercedes to let him know about all of this and asked if anything was done to the vehicle prior to putting it on lot, besides a wash. He advised he would get me the service records. Never heard back from him. I would think they would offer an oil change and filter change, but they didn't. I will not do business with this store again, and will let anyone I know not to as well. Pic of battery terminal that was not serviced below.

    Bought an E300 yesterday and received a very fair price on both my trade in as well as the new MB. The facility is what you would expect from MB, very clean and top notch service. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and seemed genuinely grateful for my business. An E300 is not even close to the highest end of their product line but they brought my car inside for delivery and offered to provide a follow up detail simply because it was raining when I picked it up. The service waiting area was very comfortable with lots of snacks that my daughter loved. *UPDATE* the salesman I bought my car from (Hosea) followed up with me to ensure I got the detail he offered. He then dropped me off and picked me up at the gym (and filled my gas tank!) so that it was convenient for me to get the detail. I would give 6 stars if I could. Will definitely be buying more cars from this dealership.

    I am so happy with my new Mercedes. Isabella is fast, and eager to make the car buying process care free. I flew in from Tulsa and she arranged pick up at the airport and setup everything for the car to be ready for purchase. What a great experience! I have bought several cars and the dealerships tried to tack on extra services or warranties, not here! I think it took less than an hour to actually buy the car. Usually at other car dealers it took for ever. After buying the car Isabella also was available for some questions I had. And she was still just as nice and responsive as before buying the car. Ask for Isabella!

    Wonderful experience with this dealership!! When everyone else is selling above sticker, they kept there's at MSRP and still gave me a fair price for my trade. They may have just forever converted a solid GM buyer over to MB!!! We will defiantly continue to do business with Mercedes-Benz of Nashville.

    Very disappointed in my experience at Mercedes Benz of Nashville. Scheduled an appointment to view a vehicle at 3:30-4pm, and upon arrival they inform me that they’ve lent the vehicle out to another sales person despite my our scheduled appointment during the slotted time. Okay, understand you want to make a sale - but you shouldn’t sacrifice a customer with an appointment for a walk-in at the same time. Wanting to proceed, I asked Jan if she could evaluate my vehicle for a trade-in value while we waiting - they responded with an offer that was 9k under what carfax values the vehicle at retail, and 5k under trade in. This is not something I’d expect at a Mercedes Dealership. They’ve got a lot of work to do. Bottom line, stop by if you’re looking for rip-off at a used car dealership, dressed in Mercedes-Benz logos. Won’t be coming back.

    I have to tell you, this has been the best experience so far acquiring a Mercedes Benz. David Bartol "Client Advisor" was the best car sales advisor I have ever had to deal with in years buying cars. David was amazing from the beginning and made the purchase so smooth. Communicated with us on a daily basis giving us status of the process and delivered an amazing product. I will definitely recommend it to anyone looking to buy a MB in the Nashville Metropolitan area. Everybody in the dealership made us feel like family and made the process super smooth.     I purchased my E Class at Mercedes on Bakers Bridge and also continued to have it serviced there for years as well…I’ve driven only MB for the past 20+ years and this week I was reminded why I will ONLY drive Mercedes.. My fiancé is in the music business and last year, due to COVD, all the concerts, shows, events, tours, signings, merch, studio etc came to a halt. Which meant, so did money coming in.. For the first time, we were unsure how we were gonna get by. And like so many others around the world, we prayed, a lot. During this time, my Benz had a couple minor things that needed to be done, but I needed to wait til I could afford taking it in.:. I knew I needed to drop it off to the service dept. ASAP… So I did…That was in July… It is now The end of October and I still don’t have the $5500.00 to get it out of service. My fiancé called Mercedes with only the truth and our faith in hand and asked Service Dept Manager Jim Wells if there was anything they could do to please help us get our car…. We were desperate to get back to work…Jim kindly heard him out. The next day, Jim Wells called us back with great news~ they agreed to release the car to us for half the cost, $2500.00!! Our prayers were answered! We had been receiving assistance with Music Alliance’s in Nashville and the fact that Mercedes stepped up to help local, dedicated Mercedes owners on hard times was more than I could have hoped! But it was true… The professionalism, compassion and class that Jim Wells and the service team showed us is top shelf…Jim is truly a positive leader and a gentleman who takes pride in his position & makes things happen. During these days of uncertainty and isolation, it’s good to know we have our Mercedes family also looking out for us! Thanks again to you! We are on our way to better days!

    Bought a used Camry from them. Car was just turned in when we saw it because we had to buy fast. They did a great job cleaning it up and polishing outside. We had problems getting some minor issues fixed at first, but management really stepped in to resolve the issues.

    I called on Saturday about a check engine light that appeared Late Friday night. I was asked on that call if I had gotten gas in the last 24 hours as sometimes it can be the gas tank cover. I informed him that I got gas on Tuesday so longer than 24 hours. He then scheduled me an appt for Monday morning because he said it would have come on before Friday if it was the gas tank. When I arrived I informed my service manager of the call from Saturday. After they tested the car he came and told me it was the gas tank and I would be charged the $194 for the labor of them performing the test. I understand how business works but this was a customer service moment. I paid the $194 but feel strongly that I shouldn't have been charged. I was given the impression that it couldn't be the gas tank based on the conversation from Saturday. Had I known it was still a possibility, I would have checked it and could have avoided spending almost $200 right before the holidays during a pandemic. Had someone just checked the gas tank cover before performing the test, as a courtesy (customer service) this would have been a much different review. A day after posting this review I received a call from management apologizing for my experience and offering to make it right with a refund or credit. I REALLY appreciated the call and the accountability. The acknowledgement that my feelings were valid and the fact that no excuses were made really turned my thoughts around. A company that owns a misstep and makes right on it is one I will continue to use.

    I had a wonderful time working with Richard W and the entire Mercedes Benz of Nashville team. Someone give Richard a raise! My engine went dead on me while I was traveling, and they took care of everything. My car was under the Mercedes Benz Pre-Owned Warranty. They replaced the engine quickly (and even replaced my car's old windshield wipers for free!), they shipped my car back to my home state and also gave me a nice rental in the meantime. Perfect experience. My next Mercedes I will purchase from them. 100%.

    Great experience with Marcus and gentleman up at the front desk. I dont remember his name but I gave him and Marcus a hard time at first and I apologize. They showed me top of the line customer service ! I take back what I said before about this dealership. They really came through for me and for that I will always choose Mercedes!!! Thanks for all of your help with getting me into a new Mercedes! This dealership is the best service in Nashville by far !! Brigg Stole also made my signing for the new vehicle very easy and fast!     We worked with Robert Posey at Mercedes-Benz of Nashville and he was great! Took the time to give us a very detailed explanation and suggestions. We love the 37-point inspection - peace of mind! The service center is always clean, and team is polite. This was toward the end of quarantine time, so the staff all wore masks - thank you! They took care of a couple of small issues at a very fair price. We did, however, opt to get our tires elsewhere because Mercedes charged more per tire and the price did not include an alignment as is usual elsewhere. But, otherwise, we are very happy with our service.

    have been dealing with George lund and the sprinter recall. Have been pleased with the results so far He keeps us informed of whats going on. Wish they had a better way to get the recall done faster but is what it is and doing the best they can at this point

    I usually have an amazing experience when bringing my car into the service center. This time was different. I scheduled my appointment in the evening after work and from the moment I hit the service area, I felt rushed. I was trying to talk to the attendant about some things that I wanted checked. I had some dashboard alerts, and he pretty much brushed me off and said he didn't have time. He did manage to have the service guy replace the wheel caps that I bought there though. And $300 dollars later (that may not seem like a lot to Mercedes) I feel like I need to have my car serviced again. (Sigh)

    Would recommend Mercedes-Benz of Nashville to anyone. In the 5 years we have worked with them, we have always been very well taken care of. Our top notch sales rep, Brad Snyder, has always made the leasing process incredibly easy. The service dept has also been great to work with. I feel they have always been just as responsive and respectful to me as they are to my husband (which, as a woman, is not always true when interacting with car dealerships / service departments). They also now have a female service advisor, Ashley, who did an excellent job at our last service appointment.

    Charged twice what I have been paying in the past at dealerships. Your service was done properly and your service rep was professional.     You can buy your car in a number of different places. The car, of course, is always the same. But the experience of buying the car and servicing the car are what separate dealerships apart. Mercedes Benz of Nashville (actually in franklin closer to cool springs) has individuals who made me feel like a human being. Nothing was rushed. The experience of buying the car was very easy and they gave me a great deal. Perhaps more importantly, they have a really great service department. I bought some service packages on closing... this was really smart, because I’ve been able to get In and out of the dealership very easily usually without paying a dime. Also importantly, they have a text message service system set up which makes scheduling an appointment for service super convenient. I plan on staying with this dealership for a long time.

    I took my SLK350 into this dealership on 7, May to have my car serviced. On the way my left front wheel sensor went out and I had that replaced at the same time it was being serviced. The labor charge for replacing that one sensor was $340.73, way more than it should have been. Any tech that knows how to do this should not have taken more than one hour. I guess I paid extra while my car sat in the shop. On page 2 of my invoice an entry was made stating that "I declined failed battery and collapsed engine/transmission mounts, customer to return for repairs" That is totally false. None of that was discussed with me and now that it's in the computer that I refused that service my after market warranty will probably refuse to pay if in fact those items are defective which I seriously doubt that they are. I had my car in another shop in Huntsville, Al. on Saturday 16, May to have four brand new tires installed. While that was being done I asked the store manager to check for those items and their condition. They later told me that they could not find any issues with the battery or the mounts. I emailed the service advisor at the dealership (Ryan Hood) and asked him to explain why he made those entries. That was over 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for a reply. I won't be going to that dealership again and I don't recommend them. Today is May 18, 2021 I have yet to receive any response from this dealership.

    Good service and they are very thorough. For larger items you may want to go elsewhere. Last time I brought my AMG in it cost $4k and the time before that they quoted me $10k to replace the brakes and rotors. I bought the brakes online and brought them to Eurofix and saved $6k.

    I may be one of the rare people that still services and repairs all of my own vehicles, so my visits to the dealership are usually for oem parts. However when you get an airbag recall, they don't just hand a customer one and say there are instructions online. So I scheduled an appointment at Mercedes Benz of Nashville. They allowed for a loaner vehicle, of which was very nice and well appointed. They were very friendly and accommodating to my wife and I's schedule. The part that I felt they really exceeded my expectations is in the complimentary car wash. I can not stress how good of a job they did. This vehicle was completely detailed. Thanks again for exceeding all of my expectations and you will always be recommended by myself and my family. Also to anyone hesitant of a Mercedes Benz purchase don't be. I have been around vehicles in every shape and form my whole life. I have yet to see a vehicle as well manufactured. Also would like to give a big thank you to our service advisor Ryan Hood!

    I needed a minor service repair. I was well taken care of right until it was time to get my car back. One of the service managers told me everything checked out, had me sign the completed work order, and told me one of the techs would have my car pulled around in 5-6 minutes. I told him that was great, that I had an appointment to get to. 25 minutes later no one had any idea where my car was, and without the help of the loaner manager I honestly don't know how long it would have been. All it takes is one person dropping the ball to turn a great service experience into a less then desirable conclusion. I would still use them again and hope this whole bad ending was just an anomaly.

    The service I was provided yesterday was unacceptable . I only came in for a oil change not to be be given dirty looks and to be told what I needed to do as far as Sevice goes for my car. I know my car needs to be at top performance but badgering me about what services I need verses what I came in for took it to another level for me. I came in for Sevice and to be serviced. I didn’t need you throwing extra services at me that I know I don’t need just so I will pull out my card and spend a bundle when it’s not needed. They need to learn how to help their customers and not push product. I will be taking my car else where and save money. Lastly just because I am a girl doesn’t mean you can say well this is wrong or could go wrong to scare me into spending more money.

    This was my first time getting my Mercedes serviced since buying it last year. I had the service A and the air filter changed on the car. I was extremely satisfied with Robert Posey as he also ensured that the AC was disinfected as well. The air works great now with no smell coming from the filter. My only surprise was how long it took to complete the service. I made an appointment a week in advance for the service and it still took almost 4 hours to complete. Now, being new to having a Mercedes this may be customary, but moving forward I will ensure that I have someone to pick me up as I live out of town. I loved the staff and am satisfied with the service, but to get 5 stars the wait time would need to decrease.

    This is easily the best car buying experience either of us have ever had. They are totally up front and honest about everything. I know they are held to a high standard, but they go above and beyond at this dealership, and you feel it as a customer. We purchased a used, lesser expensive vehicle, and they treated us like customers want to be treated (like 1st class). My wife and I were actually saying to ourselves, "this is too good of a car buying experience", wondering when or what was going to go sideways. Nothing ever did! Our salesman Jim Sheridan couldn't have been a better salesman. Incredibly personable, professional, courteous and friendly. Most places, after you sign the contract, try to move you out the door as quickly as possible. After signing, Jim came outside and worked with us to show us all of the specific ins and outs of the car (and there are tons). It was important to him that we were comfortable in the car. Every single person we interacted with was not only incredibly professional, but equally and genuinely friendly. It was a quick start to finish, no pressure. I can't speak highly enough of this place. Mercedes of Franklin, TN is truly a first class, 5 star dealership. We will recommend this dealership, and Jim to anybody we know, interested in buying.

    08/22/2020 I am writing this review on behalf of our dealership. We purchased a 2012 Mercedes E350 (from an auction) after the car was delivered, we found out that transmission is no good. We contacted the auction due to the vehicle being under arbitration. The auction advised us to send the vehicle to an authorized dealer to have an estimate to fix the car and send the estimate to seller to make a decision. We contacted Mercedes in Franklin and spoke with service department manager regarding our issue. We made it very clear that whatever the issue may be with the vehicle we need a report to send it to seller for their advice and told them it needs to be fixed completely as we only had one chance to provide an invoice to the auction and they were paying some % of the cost . The service department called us back and stated the E350 transmission is good just need a shift adjustment only and we told him are you sure he said yes ( His name was Rayan)so we asked for a written estimate and they did which was about $ 1700 and we sent it to seller and they agreed to pay us 80% of the cost which we agreed and the seller said will send us the check and close the file. Once again, we reiterated our circumstance and verified this was the only problem with vehicle with (Rayan). They confirmed this was the only problem with the vehicle, so we ask them to begin to fix our vehicle. The next day, the service department calls us and says so sorry the shifting adjustment did not work, and the car need new transmission with a total of about $12,000 while at beginning we were. After going back and forth, we were told by the service department, “sorry about that, we won’t charge you for the reprogramming”. You caused me to take a cost of about $12000, with your staff not having enough knowledge Paying $12000, is so much money for us but not for Mercedes so it would have been good if you would pay for your mistake 2012 E-350 Vin; 558661 Auto Highline 931/919-0302 Car was dropped on 06/25/2020

    I took my wife's car in to get some new tires and have the SRS system checked out after receiving a malfunction warning on the display. The staff at Mercedes-Benz of Nashville could not have been more helpful. They greeted me when I arrived at the service drive, explained every step of the diagnostic process to me, and had me out the door in a service loaner in no time. When the car was ready, the service tech explained the issue and was able to resolve the problem quickly and inexpensively. I was extremely impressed by the level of service they provided and would not hesitate to recommend them to family or friends.

    Great experience. Had two tires replaced and punctured one of them 2 days later (couldn't believe my luck). I dropped my car off and had the tire replaced under warranty no questions asked. Received a nice loaner during the repair. I got my car back with well balanced wheels and it was super, super clean, even by my standards. Professional and exceptional service through and through.     Purchased a 2015 Mercedes C300 less than a month ago. First morning I started it up after purchase I smelled gas. I took it to the shop where it spent 3 days to fix a fuel leak. I drove my car for 2-3 days when I started noticing a winding sound from under the hood. I took the car back to the shop where they then discovered a known issue on this model year a wrist pin issue. My car then spent 2 weeks exactly waiting on parts form Germany. When I picked my car back up I noticed the center console has bubbling on the silver piece where the button is. And now my headrest on driver side is stuck and won’t go back to the comfortable position. Gay Patel in service is great. I appreciate his help in repairing the first issues on my car. Kirk the manager is also nice. However AMY the receptionist was snippy rude and downright trashy towards me. I do not think I will be returning to this dealership. The receptionist answering the phone and greeting customers as they walk in is potentially one of the most vital roles for a dealership. This dealer has now lost my business and my family’s business due to a receptionist treating me the way she did. I wouldn’t expect this behavior from any dealership much less a Mercedes dealership.

    I stopped by to check out the new A220 sedan. I was greeted well and the sales consultant was easy and nice to work with. I had to wait a few minutes as the only available A220 was currently on a test drive. Plenty of automotive eye candy in the showroom to occupy my time. I really liked the short time in the car.     What can I say about this place it's Mercedes so you know it's top-notch and they're ready to sell you their top-notch cars. Went to the establishment to look at something new and electric vehicle with the way all these high gas prices. If you're looking for a high-end car and great customer service you can't go wrong at the Mercedes dealership. Just make sure you have your money with you this is a five to six year commitment but you will be driving pretty.

    Noticed on a Monday that my tire pressure was super low. Called to see if there was anyway I could get a last minute appointment because I didn’t want to be driving around on an almost flat tire. Talked to Tara who then got me in contact with Brandy. Was told they had my tire in stock and was put back in contact with Tara, was then told since the tire was not completely flat it was not an emergency and the earliest appointment they had was for a Saturday. So after I rearranged my work schedule to be available for the 9am appointment, I drove the 45 minutes to Franklin from where I live. Only to be told after I get there that tire I needed was not actually in stock. So not only did I have to wait 5 days for this appointment and pray that my tire blow out but the tire I was told was in stock was not even there. So now I’m still having to drive around on a tire that is bad with no clue on when it will be fixed.

    I felt like walking in here I was automatically racially profiled being a young, black female. I walked in and automatically felt a bad vibe. I told the front desk I came to look for a new car. I was directed to a car salesman (I forgot his name). He automatically took me to a 2014 Mercedes Benz, as if he knew I didn’t have money to purchase a new car off their car lot. I’m a 26yr old nurse with a decent credit score to get what I wanted, and I had the money for whatever down payment for a Mercedes Benz. As soon as he did that, I instantly knew inside my mind I didn’t want to shop there. I stayed maybe ten minutes looking at cars. I left and went right down the street to Infiniti of Cool Springs and left their car lot with a 2020 GLE 350. I’m happy I spent my money where I felt welcomed, and not judged by my appearance.

    Manager Chris needs to be fired!!!! I called about a sprinter van and was told they have a speaclist that I could talk to that I never did because he was busy for 2 days straight. I then proceeded to talk to the manager Chris which was so rude and I was told at my local dealership in Huntsville al that Chris is known for being rude and not accepting peoples phone calls cause he feels like he is above everyone else. Does this fool not know without us customers he wouldn't have a job??? I then spoke to Kevin the regional manager and he was extremely rude as well and said they didn't want my business. I called corporate and they said each dealership is owned individually but they don't stand for this at Mercedes and they would get to the bottom of it asap. Dont waste your time and money Thanks.

    Have been taking my car there for years to get service. I get a check engine light and bad compression coil (engine not safe to drive) and they tell me two weeks before a loaner is available. I bet they will charge me the same regardless. Changing my allegiance to MB of Music City?

    Service at this dealership has improved markedly in that you no longer have to go through a huge ordeal to drop your car off and pick up a loaner---seamless in fact if they have your driver's license and insurance card on file. What used to be a 30 minutes plus transaction has been reduced almost to "drive in/drive out!" once your appointed service adviser gets to you (admittedly, some waiting in your car may occur if he/she is busy with another customer). When I picked my car up, all services had been performed, I received a quick synopsis from my service adviser, Robert Posey, and the car was clean and ready to go inside the service dock.

    If you are looking for mercedes benz car go to Nashville dealership and ask for "Handsome" Jim Ransom, He is AMAZING before i went there for the car, we been communicate on the phone and the email, when I was there it only took me 1hour, no bargain , no snare and paper work signed, I leaving there with my 2022 brand new GLE450. Great experience. Highly recommend.

    We had the best experience at the Nashville Mercedes-Benz dealership. Everyone there is just so nice and helpful. Salesmen help each other and are very knowledgeable not just about their cars, but other brands as well. When our dealer - Jim Ransom - was busy, others were ready to help, so we didn't have to wait so long. They all have a good sense of a customer and attention to detail. We had some very specific wishes for our new car and Jim Ransom helped us to make our decision finally. We were considering to get something that had to be ordered from Germany and we were back and forth quite a few times. He was so patient and creative with us and staged my "drive off the dealership floor" :)

    Longer wait than anticipated...I actually resolved an issue, myself, that was not resolved at the dealership. I found myself actually wondering what did they do??? Anyway, Troy contacted me in an effort to make it right and offer me a loaner while they figured it out. So as mentioned before, time will tell as to this dealership and my experience(s) with them. Okay car was back at the dealership again, for several issues, they resolved most but not the sunroof wind noise. Overall this dealership has worked with me pretty well. It's the product I'm not sure about.

    The whole buying experience was great. Initial communications where via email. Living in Birmingham, AL one hopes that there will not be any disappointments when you drive 3 hours to the dealership. What they promised they delivered. Jim Sheridan was our Sales Rep. He was fantastic. A real gentleman who could not have been more accommodating or professional. Brigg Stoll was the Business Manager that completed the documentation. Very professional. I came into my service relationship with Mercedes-Benz of Nashville with all the baggage associated with having had poor experiences at other places with auto service. Despite my initial reservations, Mercedes-Benz of Nashville has certainly exceeded my expectations. From the attentive service I get as soon as I pull into the service bay, to the professional attitude from my service advisor Robert Posey, all the way to the exceptional attention to detail and commitment to communication and expertise of my assigned technician, Michael Smith, my experience there each time I have visited has been exceptional. If you drive a Mercedes-Benz, I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Nashville. It's well worth the 40 min drive to get that kind of service.     I had a new engine, emissions system, and turbo put in my Sprinter 2500 a week ago and a line came loose that wasn’t tightened properly. While passing through Nashville on the way to Florida I lost acceleration power and found this line was loose. Being under warranty I’m hesitant to fix it myself, so I brought it here. I was told that wasn’t their problem since I “didn’t spend any money at their dealer” even though it was a Mercedes warranty repair. So I wound up calling the dealer who did the engine swap and they helped me fix the issue easily over FaceTime. It took less than five minutes while I was being told it couldn’t get looked at for a couple days. I have honestly never seen service this bad. To be told that “it’s not our problem because it wasn’t done at this location” on a Mercedes warranty issue is absolutely ridiculous. Anyone thinking about service here needs to stay clear, especially if you are passing through and need something looked at real quick.

    Routine service visit. Mr. Posey was professional and friendly. Service took longer than usual, but the waiting room was comfortable. It would be nice if they brought back snacks, individually wrapped, etc. and more beverage options. There is no reason other than financial to discontinue having a full service waiting room for customers.

Waited 20 minutes for my car to be pulled up and then the wrong car was brought. 4. Service agent not that attentive to my concerns about the 20 minute wait. I had to approach him twice in that time frame.

    I live near Chicagoland saw my vehicle on the internet. I never thought I would be able to work out a deal with a trade and financing so far away. I was worried I would be given a price and then have it change when I arrived. I called and was told about the process and I couldn’t be simpler. Download an app and take the required pictures. I had an appraisal in 10 minutes and was pleasantly surprised with the quote. I called and worked out the details with Greg and headed to Nashville. The whole time I was waiting for the other shoe to drop, but it never did. The car was perfect!! The price for the car and trade were exactly what was discussed. Brice in the finance office was spot on with his rates. NO HIGH PRESSURE HERE! I have been buying cars for 35 years and I have NEVER had a better experience. You better believe I will be back!     My experience with Mercedes - Benz of Nashville was a good one. My dealer Greg was very knowledgeable and experienced. More importantly, he was a people person and was very courteous. I rated my overall experience with the dealership four stars, however, I rate Greg a five. The dealership was extremely busy during my visit so it took quite a bit of time to get our vehicle processed. The Toyota we bought was virtually flawless (except for a little pet hair left in it, lol). Thanks Greg!

    Jason was very helpful. He diagnosed the problem in a few hours. It took some research and he was all over it. The car problem was subtle and intermittent, but he figured it out. The part was ordered and arrived quickly. When I arrived to have the part installed, Jason remembered me and the car and got me in and out in very little time given the extent of the repair. I left the parking lot and immediately noticed a different in the performance of the car. A very successful trip. Jason and the Mercedes Benz of Nashville employees are at the top of their game. I recommend them with the highest marks for automotive knowledge, customer service, and skill. A pleasure to work with the top performers.

    I had a 10:30 AM appt and got there early. The check-in process went fairly smoothly and I had a loaner to use. I was told that basically the car would get an oil change and investigate the Check Engine Light issue. I went shopping and had lunch. 4 hours later I had not heard anything. I went back to the dealer and was taken to my Advisor. He looked at his computer and got nervous ... apparently my car had not even been looked at. The advisor went to the shop and came back to tell me that the car was now on the rack and it would be about an hour. That was 2:30. At about 4:00 I was texted about what the problem was, how much it would cost and I agreed to the service and paid for it. At 4:30 I was still sitting in the waiting room. The advisor then came and ushered me to my car. Part of the service was the minor issue of filling the windshield wiper fluid. Now every time I start the car I get a "Check Windshield Wiper Fluid" message. What? Not my best service experience.

    Overall my experience here has always been very good. This time I have two concerns. First, the communication platform via text did not work as they were using an incorrect phone number, and I was not receiving updates at the same time I continued to call and leave messages about the status of my car. We finally cleared that up and I appreciate the sincere apology for the breakdown in communication. My second issue has to do with masks. I and my family always wear a mask into public places as we've had a very personal experience with Covid. When I went to pick my car up after hours from the front desk, one sales person had a mask on and the gentleman staffing the front desk did not. There was a sign on the counter asking people to wear a mask. When I inquired why the gentleman at the desk wasn't wearing a mask as the signage indicated, I was told " it's outdated information". I have a grandson who is vulnerable and I am extremely cautious where I go and who I interact with. It's a simple act to wear a mask and I would have appreciated it if your employees, especially one facing the public I imagine for hours a day, was wearing a mask, at least while there are customers in the building. I could have easily exposed him if I was not wearing my mask as the front desk does not allow for 6 feet of physical distance between customer and staff. Thanks for your time and consideration.

    As always, George Lund and the outstanding members of the Service Department, did an outstanding job with my car. The car was dropped off for a routine B Service. After The thorough inspection of the vehicle we discovered a cracked windshield, leaking oil pan, and many other less than optimum conditions in the car. We got a loaner car and George and the team went to work. I was given the laundry list of items that needed attention and I got expert advice on all issues to address. Completely satisfied with the service.

    As always, I again had excellent customer service from the Mercedes service team at Mercedes Benz of Nashville on Bakers Bridge Road in Franklin TN. Whenever I make a call to the service department, they are always amazingly upbeat, pleasant, and obviously customer service focused. Nic Howard is my Service Advisor. He does a fantastic job, always a 10/10. The Mercedes service team was able to determine the recent issues with my car. It was wonderful and helped me tremendously that they were able to provide me a loaner car during the repair process. Fortunately, these issues were still covered under my extended warranty. I love my Mercedes car, but I love the excellent service I receive from the Bakers Bridge Mercedes location even more. It makes owning a Mercedes car even that much more amazing.

    I made the appointment earlier in the week for a Friday. When I dropped off the car I was told about 3 -4 hours for the service. No problem. I was later then told it would not be ready until Monday because the parts were not available. The problem is that this has happened before and there is NEVER a loaner available. This left me without a car for the weekend. I have been a customer for over four years now and not once has a loaner been available. It says on the the website that loaners are available. I suggest that verbiage be removed.

    By far the best experience and customer service I have ever been a part of. I came to look at 2 cars, the one I ended up driving off the lot did not have a backup cam, which I didn't notice and would have been a deal breaker. I called them the next morning to see if there was anything that could be done. They said bring the car back and we will take care of you. I worked with Brad and Patricia through this process and they were absolutely fantastic to me, they didn't make me feel guilty for returning a car or making a mistake and genuinely wanted to help me get the right vehicle, which they did. The thing that was even more impressive to me, the first vehicle was a Mercedes, the vehicle I ended up getting was a Lexus. They let me bring back the Mercedes at a Mercedes dealership to get the other car I was looking at, a Lexus. This is why their people and customer service is so great, they were not mad I didn't keep the Mercedes, they were excited to see me in the car that make me happy. I would 100% recommend this dealership and these customer oriented people to anyone! They will make you comfortable throughout the buying process and they will genuinely take care of you.     We took one of our owner's Mercedes for brake work and had prior appointment. They hold us for 2 hours without any customer support. Later they charge us $3470 and there were several charges we even not authorized for the work to be done. We wrote 2 pages letter to them explaining our unpleasant experience and overcharges faxed and emailed to them several times, till today we haven't heard back anything from them. We even called and left a voice message and got no return calls or response. We have all the receipts and papers along with the copy of the letters and fax report. The worst customer service experience we ever had so far with local dealership. We are also in the business of selling auto parts and services, we also know that mistakes can happen, but we what distinguish a good business practice is that fact that when mistakes can happen, it can be address and deal with appropriately and responsibly.

    Steve Pons has been phenomenal to work with. Very early on we were still deciding between the Mercedes and BMW and quite honestly partially chose the Mercedes as we much preferred Steve’s salesmanship and overall style of the dealership compared to BMW. We received a call from the Sales manger after our first visit there and continued to be offered that same level of service throughout our experience; yet no one was ever pushy. We had a lengthy process getting to the exact vehicle we wanted and Steve was helpful every step of the way. He was responsive to text, phone, email etc. even when he was off. He was kind and welcoming even to our 7 year old daughter every time we were there. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Steve. Thank you!

    Everything was great from provided the needed details on the car. I will give 4 Star because when the vehicle was ready to be picked the associate mention on filing the car with gas as it was low on gas. She went to fill the gas while i was working on completing the paperwork and guess what? after her filing the gas it was just showing 175 miles. So how much of $$$ was spent on gas before giving it to customer may be $10-$15. that was shocker from store like Mercedes Benz and when the customer buys a car worth of $45,000+. Honestly, i'm not mad at not filing the car with full tank but when she left to fill the gas didn't expect them filing the gas of $10-$15 and giving it customer. if they said we are not going to fill the gas and just take it "AS IS" that’s still fine and will get prepared. I believe as basic rule when Car Store sell the vehicle they fill the car with sufficient gas even if it Used or New one. By the time we completed the process it was late night and still have to go Costco at 8:00pm to fill the gas with family.

    Not one person acknowledged me and my wife. We patiently waited in the showroom as the woman at the front desk saw us and numerous sales reps passed by. I could’ve easily asked for help but what’s the point when they obviously had no interest in greeting us in the first place.

    Greg Miles did a great job in making sure I was happy with my purchase. I had done my research, and already knew what I wanted. He made the buying process easy, even though he was under the weather. Mai Sheath made sure the financing went fast and efficiently. She helped me make sure I was getting the best interest rate while also highly suggesting the 2 year powertrain warranty for my vehicle, which I added to the plan.     Traveled from Clarksville to Franklin to the dealership after seeing a car listed online. Left Clarksville at 11:00 and returned to Clarksville by 4:00 with a new car even with a trade-in. Our salesman David wasn’t pushy and was pleasant and courteous. I have to say was one of the best experiences when buying a car I’ve ever had.     Brad Snyder made the process fairly easy and hassle free. I appreciated his knowledge of the vehicle and taking the time to answer my many questions. I had to change my flight plans and the new date fell on Brad day off, and he was at the airport to pick up and took the time to review the E400, take it for a test drive, run me to the bank, and go over a few more feature before i hit the road home.

    Fantastic experience! This was my first MB purchase and I was so happy to find out that there were none of the sketchy pressure tactics I had come to expect from previous purchases through other companies/dealerships.     The staff here is always exceptional. That's why I continuously come back to purchase cars. Kirk, who I met many years back is always so friendly. We have talked so much over the last 8 years its crazy. He always asks about my family, and I of course do the same. He is great. I worked with Jim on my car sale this time. He was excellent. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He needs a raise! Lol! Brice, which works in finance, was awesome as well. Talked me through all of these serves and gave me a clear plan on paying off my loan early. Finally, George Lund, who I have worked with over the last 6+ years in the service department is the BEST. He always discusses my investment and the ways to maintain the value. Even though I pay a few more dollars to drive a Benz, I never feel like I have overpaid. I work in the public education field and he treats me as if I am a millionaire on Wall-Street. Please give this man a raise! He is the epitome of excellence. All and all, I LOVE THE EXPIRIENCES THAT I SHARE AT MBofNashville. It is second to none. I even tried to do business at MBofMusicCity, and was very displeased. So, I just still with excellence at MBofNashville.

    I went into Mercedes Benz Nashville eager to check out a couple of cars I saw online. When I got there, Chris Popin greeted me and showed me a few different options, allowing me to take my time on a decision and exhaust all options as I was on a budget.     Unfortunately we love mercedes and have other mercedes in other countries, but the service center in franklin came across as unknowledgeable and withholding prices and invoices. Maybe for some people its okay to spend whatever the dealership says however when recieving a diagnostic we sincerely were hoping to have a price breakdown for repairs. We were met with resistance and our servive manager seemed to not know much about the technical side of our car. We did ask to speak with a technician but it didnt help us understand thr cost and actually parts needed for service. Regardless we called Eurofix in nashville and for free they do a diagnostic with part and coat anaylsis. Its a shame a dealership in 2021 feels the need to hide prices and costs...especially a Mercedes dealership.

    Service was great. On time as promised. Very professional. I was told that my car was a discontinued model and the fact it was four years old with very low mileage made it very desirable from the dealership’s perspective and that I would probably be contacted about selling them the vehicle. Lo and behold, the next day I received an email from General Manager Chris Cull who told me he wanted to make me an aggressive offer for my vehicle that was above market value. The next day I got a letter in the mail stating the same. I took the car to the dealership and let them inspect it and was promised an offer within the hour. A call came about 3 and 1/2hours later offering me $10,000 less than I had paid for the car one year ago. The car was in pristine condition when I bought it a year prior and I only put 2,500 miles on the vehicle and it is still in pristine condition so I was surprised at the offer. But I checked the value of the car and found the range or market value was $19,000 to $25,000 so I was offered the middle of the range( which I hardly call aggressive). In any event, I thanked the “messenger” for his call and apologized for wasting his time. When I returned home I got a voicemail from Mr. Cull’s assistant stating he was very interested in buying my car and it was important for me to call him ASAP. I returned the call promptly yesterday afternoonaround 2:30 and asked for the lady that called and was put through to a number but got the voicemail of Mr. Cull and left a message and my phone number. I have yet to receive a return. So that part of the dealership’s service was poor in my opinion and just reiterated how much ABOVE market value I paid for the car a year ago at this dealership.

    Go somewhere else. Sales person we dealt with did not know anything about the vehicle we wanted to buy.No worries we thought, we know what we want! Placed an order any way. Communication on MB of nashville's end was non-existent after that. We had to keep calling to get a status on our order. (which turns out was NEVER placed) Service was terrible so they escalated our order to the managers (we dealt with 2 managers) who 'Promised to take care of us' which translated into we will not return your phone calls. We complained about the service and were directed to leave a voicemail with the GM. Weeks later...no returned phone call. We called and cancelled our order with this dealership for a 85K car because of the terrible service and lack of communication. Go somewhere else. At each level: Sales, Management, and GM -> they really do not care.

    I received a recall letter in the mail from Mercedes-Benz USA for my rear brake lamps. I contacted Mercedes-Benz of Nashville to schedule the service and from my initial contact with the dealership until I walked out of the door I was treated the respect and excellent customer service. I appreciate being treated as a prime customer. It felt good to know they were there for me when I needed them. I will not hesitate to contact them in the future. Great experience.

    Mercedes-Benz of Nashville is truly the BEST!! They are so invested in making sure you have the best experience and that everything is taken care of.     Found the vehicle I wanted on their web site and left my info on the inquiry, Patrick called me back that day and went to the dealership and worked the deal within an hour. Drove back down to the dealership the next day I had available to sign documents and pick vehicle up within an hour and a half. Extremely smooth and comfortable flow of the process without being hassled. Will definitely use them again for our future purchases.

    Found online a used 2015 Dodge Dart for my son at a good price. The dealer was a 5 hour drive , but my son liked the color and options & price & it was from a reputable dealer in Nashville. The car had 5 speed manual transmission, When we test drove the clutch was slipping, but dealer had their mechanic look it & said they would knock another couple hundred off the price & we could get it replaced when we got home. Car broke down 1/2 way home (2 1/2 hour away ). Had to be towed the rest of the way. When local shop (not the dealer) looked at it quoted $2,400 to replace. I txt & emailed the dealer but never heard anything back. Its now been over 2 months & I still don't have the tag & registration? Ended up replacing clutch myself (quoted price was too high) took 2 weeks and over $1,000 in parts. I don't know if salesman lied on purpose to sell the car or just din't know??

    I have been getting my vehicle serviced here for the past two years. It feels great taking your vehicle to a place and knowing they are not trying to get over on you, they give you and your vehicle the best service possible. I have always talked to the same person when it comes to the care for my car and he explains everything that is going to happen and notifies me if they need to do something different. Even waiting for my vehicle to get serviced is a pleasurable experience, I can watch the on CCTV. Great place to go and have your vehicle taking care of, I always enjoy the experience.

    John Young was very pleasant. However, my service was much less than acceptable. First it took 3 sets of keys before I received my keys. I had the car serviced before making a trip to Florida, 2 tires were under inflated. I wonder what else was not done? I pay a premium price for service I expect a premium service.

    The sales staff was awesome! We decided against a Ram Van because no one would wait on us at their Dealership. Kirk immediately help us with our request to see a van and then move us Jason on his sales staff. Both guys were awesome! That was the good stuff! The negative: The Van was barley washed when we took possession. The van was not checked over by the service staff apparently because it needed DEF and when I was looking at the engine I found a screw driver pry bar wedged in the engine compartment just under the hood ( which could have been a major disaster to the engine if I had not found it ). The van has the infotainment system which is an upgrade. It boast in the manual and everywhere on line that it supports Apple Car play and Android auto. Jason could never get Android auto to work. We are Android auto fans( we have it in our 2018 Honda Accord) so we feel like Mercedes has mislead the community about these options. The Infotainment system was a 4 or 5 thousand dollar upgrade and Android auto was one of the features that encouraged us to spend that money. So not being able to use it was a disappointment. We bought a new Honda last year at Waltrip Honda. Their sales staff was not as good as your, but when we got the car it was detailed to the max. The Honda also had everything it advertised including Android Auto. I know service is a big deal for a dealership, but honestly we are a little nervous when your service department leaves a screw drive in the hood and doesn't check fluid levels on the delivery of a new vehicle. Not much confidence for future service!
