    Really pleased with this dealership. I am one tough cookie and they gave me a very fair price on new car, handled it with top notch customer service. I have now owned my Rogue for about 9 months and couldn't be happier with it. I just took it in for its first service and they were very accommodating and professional and friendly.     I had to drop my car off overnight since my battery died. I received a text as soon as they opened the next day! They were very descriptive in the process, and were speedy! I wasn’t expecting them to get to my car so fast. They also had told me that my car also needed some additional services. In the moment I was really prioritizing the battery, and they were super accommodating and not pushy about the additional services. They gave me the run down of those services for when I do eventually want to get to those, which now I definitely will.

    Damon was an excellent rep to work with. The sales process was quick, friendly and straightforward. There was no hidden price adjustments, and pricing was clear – only one 'non-negotiable accessory fee' that was tacked on that I refused. I was very pleased with the process, as well as the quality of the used vehicle. They even found me a low-as-possible interest rate through my local BECU. Would do business again!

    I was not convinced that credit check for financing was done twice. When asked i was told there was system issue where Lee johnson checks credit check and then NISSAN motor checks the credit check one more. I really don't get this concept of dealer and finance company do it. I would have preferred the actual company lending the credit do credit check. Also the loan payment generally starts after a month of purchase. So unfortunately in my case with a vehicle in my hand, it is defaulted to start in month of March. ETA for vehicle delivery is Mid of feb. So i kind of loose 20 days of the cooling period before my payment starts. I would suggest f this is changed to day of delivery and then the month starts that would be more ideal.

    Thank you for the review Mani. Both the dealership and the banks are required to pull credit when you finance a vehicle. In regards to the start date those are set by the bank and is usually 45 days from signing your contract. In todays environment of purchasing incoming vehicles that does typically start the clock before you take delivery. Thank you again for the feedback and your purchase.

    Nim to me mentioned she was new to selling cars and yet I received some of the friendliest and most attentive service I've had in a long time. It was easy to find models within my range, without complicated runaround conversations full of ho-hum and second guessing. I only intended to sit down and discuss possible trade-in options, but Nim was SO efficient at providing me exactly what I needed to know that I couldn't even hesitate on the possible steal she set me up with. Without any hiccups or time wasted, we managed to be in and out with a brand new (to me) car in under three hours after seeing several options within my budget and size. I HIGHLY recommend Nim's service and praise her expertise at such a new and unfamiliar job. She was cheerful and positive, without a single point of difficulty to work with. Lucian (I hope I am spelling his name correctly) was INCREDIBLY fast and efficient at explaining every option and service in every package available while sending us flying through the buying process at the end of a double shift. The amount of paperwork would send my head spinning on even my best day, not sure how he manages those double shifts, but he DEFINITELY knew his stuff to the dot. Great staff, every time, excellent service and clarity, I felt like I was relaxing in a villa with room service practically brimming to help, fantastic people!     Experiencing issues with my Nissan Titan and called the service manager Brian to get more informations on the issues, not very friendly and did not give any information, keep saying he doesn’t know. How come when I called another Nissan dealership they explained in detail all the updates the truck needs??

    I can't say enough positive things about Mr Brian O'Kelly! I live in Massachusetts and my 26 year old son lives in Washington. He was is desperate need of a reliable car and it was extremely difficult and stressful for me to be so far away and try to help him.     I visited Lee Johnson today to meet with Jake Larson and get some information about one of the cars I was interested in. Turned out the other model/make I was interested in was also in store, so thanks to Jake I was able to compare both cars on site! After comparing models, I decided to get my Altima, but I had to compromise on the color, they only had white, while I was looking for a gunmetal color. Then Jake comes into action again, telling me that there was a gunmetal just in! After that, it was just paperwork and a little waiting time for the inspections to clear up. It is important to say that social distancing and face masks are enforced all around the place, so you also feel safe regarding COVID-19. The whole car buying experience was really stress free. They had direct connection with my bank, they were able to contact me with an insurance agent and even schedule my first service with them on the same visit. I never thought this simple trip would end with me driving myself home on my new car. I cannot thank enough to Jake and Lee Johnson Nissan at Kirkland for helping me today. I look forward to continue doing business with you in the future.

    We purchased a used vehicle at Lee Johnson Nissan of Kirkland through Anthony Moskalok. Anthony was not only professional, upfront, and courteous, he also made the car buying experience exciting and flawless. The personal YouTube video he sent showing and describing the car was amazing! As we purchased a black vehicle, being able to see how good of shape the vehicle was in through the video helped us decide on our purchase. Anthony was even nice enough to take a picture of me and my Fiance with our newly purchased truck before we drove off the lot!     Its Sad that a dealership can also be biased towards its customers who come to buy a car. I was so interested to buy a car that I drove 12 miles in first day of snow with bad roads to buy the car. I was told that it has to go through service. I requested them to let me know when its ready so that I can see that. I called for 2 days and today was told that its sold and no one cared to even call me as I was the flrst person to enquire about that. Very disappointed with this treatment. I hope they could be a little more respectful of their customers in future.

    I went in to get my car it's oil change and was looking at other cars while I was there. I ended up needing to upgrade to a newer car and Gary was absolutely amazing. Gary paid very close attention to what I needed in a car and what I wanted and helped me navigate options and helped me find an option that was affordable, in great condition and Lucien in the finance department was also wonderful. Both of them made me feel that they actually cared about me as a person and that they wanted the best they could do for me and not just a wallet to give them my money. I would and already have reccomended this location and Gary to friends who need to replace the vehicle and want to be treated like a human being.

    Bellevue Nissan had tried to fleece me for a new Nissan LEAF due to the general car shortage, charging me ~$2600 over MSRP. Although I did talk them down to only $800 over MSRP, I talked to Nikki at Lee Johnson Nissan in Kirkland, and she said that they'd be able to do MSRP. (Though they did not mention a $400 charge for some kind of insurance they pass through to the customer on all cars, and you have no option to decline that.) That said, I was able to save $400 over Bellevue Nissan, and it only took a few weeks longer than it would have to get the car from Bellevue Nissan. Nikki kept me well informed, was very available by text (even when she wasn't working), and it was an entirely no pressure sales experience, putting the customer first.

    Bought a 2020 Frontier and they not only matched a lower price I found, but compensated me for the sales tax difference I would have received at another dealership 2 hours away. I was very happy with the price. I also got a couple months of oil changes included. The salesman (Daniele), sales manager and finance guy (forgot their name) were all top notch, all were very knowledgeable and gave me an outstanding deal. The process went very smooth, they were very professional, and I never felt pressured at all to finalize a sale, which I had problems with at other dealerships in the past. I really cant recommend these guys enough if your interested in a Nissan vehicle!

    Not a great experience. Had to leave my Nissan Leaf for a service, though the issue was fixed, took a very long time to get back my car. And I received no updates on what was the issue with my car or what was going on. I had follow up multiple times to get an estimate on when the issue would be fixed. Got a loaner car with half tank filled gas and an agreement to fill the same amount of gas when returning (for sake, who will remember how much the tank was filled). From next time, please fill your loaner cars with full tank so there is no confusion. I ended up filling full tank and returning it to them. Everytime I took my car back from service I have always got it washed, but this time got it back the same way it was (unwashed).

    As a business owner I can tell you that this place goes above and beyond for their customers! Called Tommy (General Manager- amazing guy) early morning to check on a work van. He set it up so i could come in same day & take it off their hands. They made it super easy and simple! I got the best interest rate I could imagine & working with Nikki in sales was an amazing experience as well.     Jake Larsen got us a nice deal on our new (to us) truck. It was at another Lee Johnson dealership. He picked it up for us, and got the financing all in order, while we got to take a break for lunch. The used truck had a couple of broken pieces that he got rolled into our deal to have fixed. Overall experience was great-albeit long, but we will definitely come back to Jake for our next family vehicle purchase.

They were able to get me in right away to take care of me still. Nikki Schleitweiler is the service coordinator and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything that was going on.     Today, we purchased a used car for our daughter for Christmas she will get on Christmas Day!…I’m the first to tell you that there are two things I dislike in life buying cars and cell phones. I am not a fan of the process the sales and games. This experience yesterday was completely different. The day prior to coming in my husband made an appointment with sales associate Anthony to see the car he said absolutely, I will have it pulled around and see you at 9am. The morning of we were met by Anthony. He was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and best of all no games. He was straight up with us and he was GREAT! The finance associate Bill was also super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. From start to finish one hour and 44mins (pretty damn good if you ask me)..     My wife and I came in the other day. When we came in, there was one person in the back office by themselves, and 2 on the floor already assisting customers. It took a few minutes but one of the employees came and stated that they were the only two available but after one of them were done with their customers they would be with us and to sit in the lobby. My wife and I waited for over an hour and when I looked around, the employees were both done with their customers and we and completely ignored us. We were referred there by a friend who bought their Leaf there and we were expecting good service as they had mentioned, but instead we were left to waste our time and walk away without a new car.     If you're looking for stress-free ethically sound place to buy a car, look no further than Nissan of Kirkland and ask for, Brian Okelly! My wife and I are newly married and expecting a child in October, and when her car's transmission gave out in March, we were forced to start car shopping in a market where used car prices are higher than I've ever seen them. Being newly married and far from financially established, Brian took on the task of finding a car that worked for our budget and over a three week span, sent us multiple options, working with us every step of the way. There was absolutely no pressure to buy.     My family has been a Nissan customer for over 10 years. When I say my family I mean I learned how to drive on a 1998 Nissan Maxima. The experience at Lee Johnson was the best I’ve ever had and with that I’ve dealt with Nissans in NJ, NY, Seattle area and Tacoma area. I drove 54 minutes to get my new truck and Anthony over the phone nailed all the details I needed down.     You go to a major dealership expecting prices to be a little higher than the EZ Auto-Mart but you also expect a higher level of service. LJ Nissan of Kirkland delivered in spades. In short: Bought a bitchin' truck from them a year ago. Developed a radiator issue out of the gate, which they worked with me and were very fair in fixing. Enjoyed the truck. Gas prices skyrocketed, just sold them the truck back. Gave me a fair price and treated me perfectly. In Summary: Go to LJ Nissan of Kirkland. Ask for Brent. Buy a vehicle. Have Nikki help you with the financing and paperwork. Then realize that everything will be ok.

    Pulled up just as your power came back on, and I was relieved to be able to still get my service done. As usual, the staff is pleasant and prompt. Very nice waiting area with great coffee! The service was done on time and at price quoted. They know their stuff well in the service dept! The only place we take our Armada for care and feeding.

    I was having my daughters recently purchased Nissan Leaf repaired. We got it from another dealership, and it came with problems. Nikki was so understanding, and worked magic to get us in. As I talked with Nikki about the problems the car had, she explained a number of things it could be. You did a very thorough safety review, which made me feel so relieved about the safety and condition of the car. It turned out the car needed a new charger. Nikki worked patiently with me as I asked questions about the battery capacity, and impressed me with her expertise and care about our car being safe and reliable. I was actually out of the nation and Nikki worked with me long distance. My car is a ES 350, and I have it serviced at Lexus. I would rate your service manager and service better than most of my experiences with Lexus service!

    I needed a new car, due to an unfortunate accident. I called and explained and first thing that Anthony asked was if I was okay. He was genuine, friendly, and definitely knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and helped me to understand the process. I went for a test drive, loved the car, and ended up buying it. He was very helpful in explaining the financing, which can be a little overwhelming. But I didn't feel overwhelmed with his easy walk-through.     I had one of my work trucks in the service department today for an oil change, alignment and recall to get ready for a road trip tomorrow. Russell was my service advisor and was phenomenal. Everything that was promised was completed in a timely manner. I was under a lot of stress with moving out of state tomorrow, together with the service manager, they had a driver follow me home and gave me a ride back to get both of my vehicles home. I wish I could remember the drivers name because he was really nice as well (Sorry) I highly recommend the service department here! Brian and team really go above and beyond for their customers! If you want a dealership that will understand your situation and put in the work to get you the vehicle you deserve….come here and ask for Nikki when you do. I was in a challenging situation with multiple messy factors and they worked together to get me a really nice car that’s exactly what I needed and wanted. They went above and beyond for me and I am so grateful for Nikki and Dimitri. I should also add that Nikki was willing to come in on her day off to assist me….I feel like that speaks volumes within itself.     I'm so glad all my research led me to Kirkland Nissan! I knew exactly what I wanted, I knew exactly what I wanted to pay, I just didn't know who I wanted to work with. I got there and was lucky enough that Ali Mehdi was near the door and greeted me! I told him which car I wanted, we took it for a quick spin to make sure, and went inside to complete the purchase agreement. He was very knowledgeable about the car, incredibly nice and accommodating and got me water and made sure I had snacks if I wanted them. We had a really good conversation during the short wait for Finance to finish up my paperwork and I felt like we became genuinely acquainted, not just like that salesman trying to bs his way through a conversation kind of thing. He has a lot of experience selling cars even though he's a pretty young guy. I've got a lot of cars from a lot of dealerships over my years and Ali is definitely one of my favorites.     The overall experience was easy and clear however, this is the second year in a row I do not get my car washed and instead I am given a voucher. Not ideal, especially for me who drives from a more distant town. My wife goes to a different dealer and she gets her car washed every time and they even provide transportation.

    We had a 5+ star experience with Kirkland Nissan shopping for a 2018 Leaf. We had talked about trading in our ‘round town small family wagon for a EV and really liked the range and comfort improvements in the 2018 model year. Aside from the vehicle selling itself, the non-commission salesman Simon was probably the most knowledgeable, patient, and helpful individual we were glad to guide us. The team made us an outstanding offer even we did not expect on our beloved trade in. Shane was rock solid and eager to earn our business while at the same time not at all putting us under pressure.     We purchased a Rogue shortly before the change over to Lee Johnson. After having the car for a day or 2 we noticed a scratch on the front bumper near the headlight and on the font edge of the hood. Anyway we took it back to the dearer and to there credit they did offer to fix it. Problem is the repair is far worse then the original scratch. The color is way off.

We were able to handle pretty much everything online and close the deal without me ever having to make a trip in (and take advantage of rebate before it expired). When we did go in, all the paperwork was ready to go and all we had to do was sign.     I just purchased a used luxury SUV here. Through no fault of anyone, the car broke down after just a few days and the devastating diagnosis was that it needed a new engine. Just a freak accident according to the German manufacturer. Although the car was bought "as is" and no longer under warranty, the dealership went far above and beyond and replaced the engine at their (no doubt considerable) expense.     My wife and I purchased a 2019 Nissan Murano from Lee Johnson Chevrolet. We noticed what sounded like a round object rolling back & forth. I scheduled service and met with Nikki when dropping the vehicle off and she brought out a technician to listen to the noise. Only had to move the car 2 feet, the technician was dialed in knew what to do. Left it for 5 or 6 hours, got a call from Nikki telling me the service was done, they fished out 2 marbles and 2 bouncy balls from the floor pan (thanks previous owners), and the sound is gone. I asked how much, and she said no charge. This is why we bring our 2017 Nissan Rogue here for service, and we will most certainly bring this Murano back for regularly scheduled service.     Brent Peugh, our sales consultant, was very good to work with. He was very knowlegeable, was not high pressure, and worked with us to purchase our vehicles (we ended up leasing 2 new Leafs!). Will definitely recommend Brent to our friends. The finance manager for our second purchase was a different individual than the manager we worked with for our first purchase. The first manager was good to work with and did not try to high pressure us into purchasing add ons. The second manager I felt was more high pressure and made it feel more like a typical negative car sales experience. We would not recommend the second finance manager. Overall, positive experience with LJ and would purchase from them again (with hopefully Brent still being there).
