Fantastic experience. I made some foolish credit decisions that affected my ability to purchase a car without a co-signer. Rich contacted me and we were in business within a few hours. I live in Marysville and drove down to Kirkland at 10:30 on Saturday morning. It’s now 11:30 and I am waiting for my new vehicle to be delivered from the car wash. One hour. Start to finish. Done. And this gentleman is just that. He was fair and informative and non condescending. And he gave me a new chance to re-establish my credit. Prolly saved my marriage lol. Rich is the best. I brought my jeep liberty from him in 2009 then in 2011 brought Nissan pathfinder. And now I'm back 2022 to buy my daughter her graduation car. He will work hard for you even with credit challenges.
