    I'm sorry but the staff at the smaller branches are completely useless. (Not them as people, just their positions) Apparently they aren't given access to hardly any information so when there is any sort of issue with an account they have to call headquarters or someone from a completely different location. I've been trying to solve an issue for nearly 2 months now and NOBODY seems to know what to do. I've been running around in circles talking to multiple people from different branches and I've been given different information each time. What's the point of having so many branches if nothing can be done at any of them above opening a basic checking account? I live 2 minutes from a branch and have to make an appointment and drive 30+ mins away to a different branch just so someone else can look something up on a computer. This review is for BECU as a whole, not just this location.

    The best bank! I have been with them for two years, I had an amazing experience with them, the only thing I wish get better and I know it will. when you get a fraud charges you can't flag it from app or website, you have to go local bank, if you call to customer service take you a long time to answer most of time they are closed or not answering. I believe they will get better, I am happy with my bank!

    I went in multiple times to try and resolve a problem where I continually got charged late fees even when making payments on my line of credit on time. They were unwilling to reverse a single late fee. I've been a customer for years, but I'm not sure for how much longer. I could get this level of service through a regular bank.

    After confirming plenty of details with BECU on a car loan, when it came time to do the deal I was told that BECU requires you car to be listed in kelly blue book in order to finalize the loan. No where in any agreement does that say its a factor. Hours after I paid $150 to inspect the car.

    Not all credit unions are the same. I switched to BECU a few years ago for my personal and business accounts from another local credit union. Very happy as a customer! I am treated as a valued member and setting up a new account was a breeze. BECU was years ahead on mobile checking deposits and other online services. No monthly fees, no minimum balance requirement... no problem!

    Fast, secure, and outstanding service! Great rates and banking with a smile. Very easy to get your "numbers" sorted out, and get on with your life. Parking can be tight sometimes but that's the worst part. So overall, I'm impressed with this location.
