LCNB National Bank OH, Maineville

We stopped by to open a free checking account. The older man that helped us didn't seem to want our business much. Before we could ask questions about their accounts, he asked for our DL's and told us we would have to pay for checks (in a way that seemed demeaning). We went down the block to PNC and were greeted by a much kinder banker. She told us all about our options and answered all our questions before asking for our DL's. She treated us as if she wanted our deposits! Even sold us on a savings account, too. PNC also let us open it with $25 cash, while LCNB wanted $100. The lower opening fee helped us get our accounts transferred with less trouble. I would not recommend LCNB for checking accounts based on this experience.

Excellent home town community bank, I have been at LCNB for years and they do a fantastic job. I especially enjoy being greeted by my first name anytime I walk into the branch. I would highly recommend Lebanon Citizens National Bank.
