LBS Financial Credit Union Atlantic Ave, Long Beach

Horrible customer service, the tellers are inconsistent and lines are extremely long because of Covid this and that. I recommend going to a LBS credit union bank in a nicer area since most of the tellers there are more lenient and work in an Environment where people are generally much nicer; in results better customer service. Update: if you leave a bad review, expect a call from this bank trying to tell you to change your review or change your mind about their horrible service.

Nora is the best helper I’ve had since I’ve been going to any branch. For over 30 Years! She’s kind, patient, knowledgeable, and extremely professional and efficient! She’s my go to person only!

This location is really clean big and niceeee! The teller help today was pleasant! Wow I was just blown away. This has been the most kindest bank experience I’ve had yet. I’ve had Wells Fargo and chase and lbs beats both of them! Always on call and kind. Really like that it’s a basic needs bank and doesn’t play any games. Gets you what you need.

My experience was a good one. I came in on a bit of a time constraint but my teller didn’t know that nor did the security guard. I felt that my time getting into the facility and being served was efficient. I wish I would of remembered my tellers name. I do remember that it was just before 5p on Monday and he wore a multi colored mask. It looked like jellybeans kind of. Anyway he was both pleasant and efficient. He covered all his basis I felt in regards to security measures and made sure the check I got made had details on it which I didn’t even think about. Great job, I will be back to this branch!

I love your credit union I've been banking with you guys since I was in 9th grade I remember when it was called The Long Beach School Credit Union but now is Financial Credit Union that's how long I've been a loyal customer have your banking branch! I enjoy banking here everybody there is nice! Italians are very polite and courteous and the security guard is nice ! And the bank is always clean! Oh yes I will recommend this bank to friends and family! My boyfriend I love banking here! All I have to say is keep up the good job!

I've been a member for over 30 years. The service has done nothing except improve. Like a fine wine that's improved over time. When I moved out of state for a few years I was able to keep my account the same as if I was still in California. Thank you for all you do and have done

Been with LBSFCU for many years. A lot of ups and downs, but when I needed help the most Mr. Napper and his team were there for me. Because of their assistance I was able to rebuild my life. Mr. Napers' kindnesses and understanding will never be forgotten. Thank you! By the way for the most part of the employees at the bellflower branch are nice yes, the lines are long sometimes. The tellers want to be accurate when dealing with money. Speed does not always equal efficientcy. Nile Rodgers is a great employee and an excellent 'brand representative' for LBSFCU!

Always great service. I've been a customer since they were on Long Beach Blvd. Skyler Dorcett was very professional, polite and thorough. I also use the banking app which is too convenient. Keep up the good work.

Horrible customer service from the manager to the teller went in to deposit Income tax check with my wife I have deposited many checks in the past two years but now they tell me I cannot this is not true and was treated very badly Location Atlantic Boulevard in Long Beach

Excellent service, Employees are always helpful. You kinda feel more like family than a traditional bank. Give them a try. I've been a member for 20 plus years and never once dissatisfied.

I've been a member of Long Beach Schools Federal Credit Union for more than 30 years and they provide the best excellent customer service something that has been lost over the decades. The representatives, the savings and money market interest rates are superb. The special deals on entertainment centers, car loans and Home Loans you can't beat.
