    I just opened a savings account and was approved for a car loan. Interest rate is very good. Danielle was very friendly, courteous and helpful. She answered every question I had. Everything went very smoothly. This was my second experience with Launch Credit Union as I helped my son with his mortgage and I would give them 5 stars for that experience also.

    I've always liked this credit union. Been with them since i was 17 years old. But their new app is terrible. I'm self employed and have several personal checks all week. Since they changed their app 9 times out of ten i can not do mobile deposit now. It's very frustrating. And they always hold anything over $200 no matter how much money you have in your checking or savings. It's very frustrating. Seriously considering going back to USAA.

    I applied for a HELOC and it was forcefully closed by Megan Ballinger. She claimed that there was missing documentation. However, after calling her directly for over a month, she never returned my phone calls about how to log on to their online system to upload these documents. I then tried to call their general support number and every time I called, was put on hold for over an hour with no one being able to give me the right answer for establishing my online account to upload the documentation. When she finally returned my call, she didn't want to hear about any of the issues and continually bantered on that it was all my fault. If you want a HELOC, I would recommend that you go somewhere else than Launch Credit Union.

    Screw this place. Had money here for many years. Tried to borrow twice. Magically this is the only place that's ever wanted me to have a cosigner. This recent time the loan was only for 20% more than what was in my savings account. So you can make money off my money for years but God forbid I try to borrow some that money back.

    This credit union is really primitive seriously nowadays you can do everything online I have to make my first loan payment and I cannot do it they told me that I have to go to the branch to set up an online account i ask them if there was another way that they can help me and the respond was a big no seriously? I'm 2 hours away and I have to drive 2 hours just to open an online account and do my payment that's ridiculous

    I worked with Angela at the Space Force branch and I couldn’t be more pleased with her professionalism, patience with me when I needed explanations on certain things. She was always kind and quickly got me what I needed when I needed it. She is trustworthy and wants what is best for her customers and that was very clear in my experience with her. It is reassuring when a bank wants what is best FOR YOU, not just what is best for them and that is why I will continue to stay a loyal customer to Angela and Launch Federal Credit Union!

    In was in the Titusville branch on 5/11 with several confusing and time consuming banking transactions. Amber, who I understand is a new credit union employee, was extremely professional, took time to explain everything to me, and was very friendly and polite. Keep up the good work LCU and the excellent staffing. And, Thank You, Amber for your excellent customer service.

    Most horrific financial institution I have ever been involved with. Their digital banking is is not accurate at all, which will allow your account to overdraft. When you call them on it the only thing they say is well we know but oh well you deal with it, thats not are problem were taking even more money from you in fees even though its our digital banking system that is making the errors. My phone call today was not pleasant when i continued to press the issue the contact center rep became aggravated and irritated because she had no answers for her company's error so instead of finishing the call she just hung the phone up one me. 100% stay away from this company All they do is push loans on you every phone call.

    Anytime I need a loan or member service help I call Danielle @ Merritt Island. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. She always gets back to me quickly and takes care of my needs. She is one of the few I trust at Launch.

    Was much better when it was federal CU. One teller helping in the lobby today and she's been helping someone for a half an hour. Seems its no longer about the customer. I can speak.only for Merritt Island. Wait and wait. Looking to take my loot somewhere else.

    Recently purchased a car and my loan is with this bank. I wanted to set up online banking so that I one had the convenience of paying my auto loan on line and two not have to mail in the payment. In order to sign up you need the account # which they don’t provide you on your materials they sent. So I call the bank and they won’t give me my account number unless I go to a branch and request it. Seriously with COVID running rampant in Brevard. Seriously annoyed and haven’t even made my first loan payment.

    Angela did the finance on the truck I purchased last August, she went out of her way to ensure I was satisfied. She is currently working on the finance for my new truck. Angela, Kendy, and Lori are so polite and helpful I literally drive out there on my Friday off if I have banking to do. They all go above and beyond for their customers. They are the nicest employees of any branch I’ve been to. These ladies are the reason I will never bank anywhere else. Thank you.
