The homes are very beautiful. Very open and spacious for small families. These homes are affordable too. The location is ideal for people who travel to uptown Charlotte. Drew Taylor was very professional and she was very patient with us and answered all our questions. We are first time home buyers, and we felt that the pricing of the homes are transparent. We did not buy the property here yet but we love it.
