Very professional knowledgeable and sufficient !! Explained everything in detail and stuck to the agreed amount of down payment as when I got there as promised. I really admire this place. Jad is one of the most genuine and fair people I know. I've bought two vehicles from Ride Now in Mint Hill. Both cars had some issues after the purchase and Jad made sure they were taken care of and repaired by reputable repair shops. I didn't have to pay a thing. I've bought used cars at dealerships that have told me to get lost when things went wrong with the car after the purchase. He even had someone come to my house to replace the interior grab handles on one of the doors as it was pretty worn in. Trust and fairness are extremely important to me when being a customer and developing relationships. Because of the service and level of integrity I experienced at Ride Now, I will always be a repeat customer. They are an honest company and care about making sure their customers are safe, happy and taken care of before and after the sale. They don't treat you like a customer. They treat you like a friend or even family.

Let me say...Lenny was Amazing. I was put in a tight spot, the engine blew on my car. My co worker suggested I look on Ride Now website and see if there is anything I like...I liked everything I saw. I pre-qualified and then called the Mint Hill Location. I spoke with Lenny and let me say.. Lenny is extremely helpful and he attentive. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. Customer service is amazing ! They had really great deals and showed me anything i wanted to see. They made sure I was well taken care of and i appreciate how they still have the "wear a mask" policy for all the customers to be safe. My experience with them started off good for the most part. The process was fast and Lenny was very helpful but the downside is the finance company 👎🏽 they switched my interest rate a couple months after signing and they will tow your car if any payments are 15 days late. The cars that they have are eye catching but not worth it in the long run.

The car buying experience was exceptional I just knew I made a great decision choosing Ride Now but if your insurance lapse the will repossess your car without warning. Not caring that you have to go to work which pays them, so miss work, kids miss school and you still have to pay additional $450 repossession fee just to get your car back. Never mind the fact that they did try to call 3 times in 2 days while I was at work never bothered to say where about to repossess your car because your insurance lapsed. This place just robs the poor!!!

I’ve been waiting on a truck cargo liner for a Month now witch is unacceptable originally they tried to give me a liner from another truck that didn’t fit then they said they would order it that was 35 days ago . I’ve had several issues with the car since purchased and all they did what is refer me to a mechanic. All I can really say is the Service you receive after purchase is the disappointing part

The car buying process was fast and painless, they got me in a car with my bad credit. Only issue was less than a month after purchase the car broke down on my way to work. Not to mention the service team put the wrong coolant into a German car when I first bought it.. Getting in contact with anyone was a hurdle and when I did get in touch with anyone here they gave one worded response and no solution was reached. Soo yes if you want a car they will get you into one, just expect the car to immediately break down and you be stuck making payments on a gigantic paperweight.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! They sold me a vehicle that’s been in a accident without disclosing it has been in a accident. I asked for the Vehicle Report History and they didn’t give me one multiple times when I purchased my vehicle. A year later I called to explain that an Insurance company disclosed that my vehicle had been in a accident already before I got rear ended he said “well what are you asking for” all I wanted to know what type of accident it was and he got upset with me. Throughout the entire call he was rude and had absolutely no interest. This place is a FRAUD DO NOT BUY BUYERS BEWARE!!!

We were greeted by Ryan, a young charismatic professional. Since we had looked online beforehand we had a couple of cars in mind that we wanted to view. Ryan introduced us to Bill, the sales manager, who was friendly and upfront. Bill had some great tips for streamlining the process and making sure we got exactly what we wanted. After test driving a couple of cars, both Ryan and Bill assisted us with the paperwork and financing. They both made great efforts to keep us in the loop throughout the process. When it came time to sign everything we were introduced to Karla, in finance, who had all of our documents prepared and explained each one as we signed them. When we had questions, she got the answers right away. They did a quick detail on the car, addressed a couple of minor issues and we were on our way. We were extremely impressed with the staff and the car buying process at RideNow Motors. They have a fantastic selection of impressive cars and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend RideNow and we will definitely work with them again when it's time to buy our next vehicle.
