I had worked with Kwik mortagage for buying my first home. Jiby, Pradeep and Tejas helped me with the process of closing the home purchase. It was really a tricky time where the interest rates were raising drastically and there is issue with my condo association. Awesome service from Viral Mistry. Everything is very prompt and things moves like breeze. All documentations and loan calculations are prefect. Loan is closed within two weeks (while others takes months and months) before you realize that you have applied for refinance. This is my second refinance with Viral. Kwik Mortgage stood to the name "Quick". It was an amazing experience from the start to end. I had a phone conversation regarding my current situation (interest rate, outstanding principal, work status, property value, etc.) and while on phone, I was provided the rate and options. The rate provided was better by 0.25% than what I got from other lenders for the same terms (a couple who do most business online only). I uploaded the relevant documents next day and it took only 4 working days for the underwriter review to be completed. The loan closing process was swift and was completed in entirety in less than 10 working days. There were no hidden costs or surprises at the last minute and everything was a discussed and agreed. I highly recommend Kwik Mortgage for any mortgage needs.

Financing my new home with Kwik Mortgage has been very easy-going process with the lowest rate in the market. They created an online portal where I had to upload my documents and that was it.
