Very professional mortgage lender. They processed my application smoothly and we were able to close within the stipulated time. I had compared 4 other lenders and Homelend provided the best loan estimate and with very competitive rates. Their closing cost estimates were also nearly accurate in actual costs. Eric was very helpful in even extending my rate lock by a day to accommodate the closing date as per sellers requirements. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Refinancing my second home with HomeLend Mortgage was a breeze! I've refinanced my primary residence a few years back with another online broker, and due to the very positive experience, I decided to do the same for my second home. What I liked the best about HomeLend is the fact that in their website, after you create an account and start your application, every step is documented there - you upload your necessary documents, follow the process along, you get emails when there an action needed from you, etc The whole process was so easy, without any hurdles. Highly recommend it!

***Ryan and team are best team to work with and I got best rates*** This is my first home. Like added icing on cake, I was dealing with a property that was seller direct sale and was not willing to have agent as intermediate. So, I did not had any support with the process. Going thru tons of articles to understand the process, I submitted my offer and was accepted after “a lot” of negotiations with seller. Now the next step was to finalize a lender. I did shop for more than 8 Lenders and went thru everyone to get the best rates. (Followed the articles read diligently :D ) and in this process I got the best from Ryan - HomeLend team. Did I stop here??? No, I took his quote and showed to 8 lenders to beat the offer but none of them were able to beat or even match what Ryan gave me. Apart from Mortgage process and documentation – Ryan and team were always available to answer and help me with my questions without hesitation. I was working with a different lender initially who tried to trick me and play scare tactics, also they tried to hike the mortgage rates and make me pay for things I didn't commit to. I then came across homelend mortgage team through a referral. I was hesitant at first as my closing was in 18 days and I was scared what happens if we are not able to make it. But what the team did is unthinkable. They were able to get me approval in 12 days(10 business days) which is insane. Radhika told me from day 1 that she'll get me the best rate and make sure the loan is approved. She was able to beat the rate by a whopping 0.5% with no additional points. In a world with so tight competitive rates I couldn't believe that was possible. But as the process went so smooth I still can't believe these guys stood up to their promise and made sure I get what I want. The process is very transparent and they are available to help you with your doubts whenever you need. I think their goal is simple at the end of the day all they want is a 'Happy Customer'. HomeLend was a pleasure to do business with. I got a very good rate with low closing cost. The documentation required was manageable and easy to upload and the loan approval was fast. Customer service and communications were outstanding throughout the process.

Anica was great! She walked us through everything as this was our first time buying a home. Any time we had a question we could call or text and she would respond promptly.which was always right away. Super nice and would recommend her to anyone. I did a lot of research and landed on homeLend. They are super quick with whole process as advertised. The rates were the lowest and the fees were the cheapest.

We spoke with a Mortgage consultant named Ryan who told us HomeLend could do up to a 180-day locked rate for our new construction home and initially quoted/emailed an amazing rate. When I called back to ask more questions and let him know we were interested in the 120 locked rate and wanted to lock it in, he said yes, and confirmed we should submit the application. We did that the next morning and our credit score was 740+ as we assured him. Suddenly we couldn't get a hold of him all day and had questions. Then we got a disclosure emailed that said the rate was slightly higher (which can happen) but wasn't locked. When he finally called back the next day, he flipped the script and said "the underwriters wouldn't do ANY lock" not even a 90 day. We were lied to, prematurely ran our credit and now have an unnecessary hard inquiry, because we thought we were provided a real quote that met our goals and timeline. It was a bait and switch and Ryan was just trying to get us on the hook! Contacted both his sales manager, Lube and a VP named Munjal and asked them to please call me ASAP to discuss this terrible experience, but no one ever got back to us. This company is SHADY!!! Beware!! They are unprofessional, unethical, and have terrible customer service and communication skills.

HomeLend had the best rate offer of all of the Bankrate companies. It's easy to see why - they have a very efficient automated technology process that takes you through what's needed, allows for easy uploading of documents and filling out of and signing of documents online. This allows the initiation process to be VERY fast and low-touch. All mortgage processes have surprises and hiccups and my experience with HomeLend was no different. In this case it was a miscommunication where I was given the go-ahead to do something else that led to a day before closing scramble. But HomeLend recognized the issue, took ownership, and Monalee made it a priority to resolve quickly and the closing went ahead without a hitch. Overall I would recommend HomeLend and will work with them again.

Great team at HomeLend . I tried with multiple lenders to refinance and even with my own major lender but they couldn’t make it work with my situation. But Justine Hsu and her team made it easy . They made sure I had to the right documents to get it done. It was a really fast process and got a great rate . I have already recommended to my family and glad to be working with HomeLend again!!!

Homelend has a very competitive rate and closing costs offer. For the most part, it was a smooth process. The portal was user-friendly and the requested documents were manageable. The one area where I believe Homelend can improve on is the communication internally to ensure consistent information is passed on to the clients so as to avoid confusion. I don't submit many reviews, but when refinancing my mortgage in 2021 HomeLend was extraordinary (best I've experienced, and I've done many). Very efficient and worked hard to get me the best terms available from ANY lender in terms of rates and closing costs. The online application process and document upload tech were user friendly and streamlined. Every question the lender or I had was communicated quickly so that we were able to move forward from my initial inquiry to closing in less than 3 weeks. Highly recommended and I am a demanding client when it comes to financing.
