T2290. I now have 50 hours on this mower, so I can give a more experienced review. This is a GREAT mower! I mow approximately 5 acres of various and rough terrain. The mower is well-built and solid. It has a powerful (albeit loud; but I wear ear protection) Kawasaki engine that does not stall, even in tall grass. The blades are good, leaving a well-cut pattern. I love the extremely tight turning radius, good especially for going around trees and shrubs. The turf tires can spin wet grass is wet, not that Oregon has that problem (a joke for those who don't know the wet NW North America!). The deck has a good adjustment for height (and I judiciously clean out under the deck after mowing). Use ethanol-free gas, if you can; but at least premium (and I add enzyme treatment). The mower is expensive, but worth every penny. Well done, Kubota!

Worst customer experience I’ve had in my career. Equipment is faulty and poorly made. Kubota does not stand behind equipment. Save yourself time and money, buy a more reputable brand that offers great service. Kubota machines will sit in the shop more than you can use them.

Terrible customer service. They virtually make it impossible to speak to someone and when you do get to speak to someone they know nothing and hang up on you when they can’t answer a question or find a manager. They also make it difficult to pay online or set up automatic payments. Definitely worth finding another creditor if you need financial assistance for you purchase.

KCC, they provided financial buying power that has allowed me to make the purchase of 2 new Kubota machines. Currently very happy with my Grand L3560 and 0 % interest loan.

Terrible phone system. There is literally no option to speak to a human unless you exactly know your eight digit account number. There is no way to cross reference your telephone number or Social Security number at all. If I knew my eight digit account number, I would likely be sitting at my computer and would not need to call.

45 minutes to get a call through after being hung up on every time previous as soon as you say “please hold while we transfer your call” is not how I’d like to start my day. I’m simply looking for my year end information for 2021 that you used to offer by phone.... now no longer do? And on top of that you can mail that info in up to ten days. Why do you have people working from home if there is no customer service they can offer? An auto pay customer of many years and this feels a bit like I made a poor investment. Customer service is important. Places such as McDonald’s and burger king have it... too bad they don’t do loans...

My Husband and I separated and he had a Bankruptcy and I was NOT ON IT , this company even though I paid them on time and paid the tractor off one year early , had the nerve to break the law under the FCRA Regulations and post his bankruptcy on my Equifax Credit Report. My Excellent Credit Score dropped 62 points. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE LAWBREAKERS

Customer Service is absolutely by far the worst I have ever ever experienced. We have been buying Kubota products for years. UTVS, Mowers, & Skid Loaders. We have spent literally 100's of thousands of dollars with this company. We will no longer do so, if this is how their customers are treated.

Cannot reach customer representative. I called 3 months ago to have my automatic payment linked to new checking account updated. Last two months my old checking account is still being debited and I’ve been charged 25.00 each month for insufficient funds. Tried to get customer representative on phone today . No go . Checking account closed .Kubota, please use new account number I gave you 3 months ago.

Kubota financed my used tractor purchase and with a very reasonable interest rate. I'd highly suggest anyone shopping for a tractor to at least see if Kubota is a potential option for financing and offering competitive rates. I pay online and on time and never hear a peep from Kubota!

It has been nothing but a nightmare dealing with their billing department. They send their invoices and payment booklets out late and tack on a late fee that is impossible to speak with someone about. They take forever to process payments. And no, it's not possible to set up automatic payments when you have a cash business. Out of the 10+ phone calls I've made to this company, I've spoken to one person that was somewhat kind. Everyone else has been rude and annoyed that they were having to work on this issue with me. Kubota, please work on your customer service and look into the recurring problems your customers are having.
