I was thinking about refinancing for a lower interest rate. Then my daughter told me was also refinancing and was using Mortgage Financial Services and how happy she was with their service. So I started inquiring with a few other "popular" sites too. After talking with a few I decided on MFS they are very friendly and always gets back with you even after hours. I was always able to talk to either Pam or Sam every time. If they were not available they always got back with quickly. Their fast service, friendliness, and expertise is one of the best I have ever experienced.

If I could, I rate a 0 star.Very unprofessional, and they will end up doing you wrong at the end. Lack of communication, if you are a first time buyer, and have a lot of questions, this is not the people you should go with. Especially because as a first time buyer you will have a lot of questions, and they take forever to respond and to get all your paperwork ready. At last minute will tell you they are missing certain things and keep delaying it and then end up not answering.

We have worked with Shane Campbell on three occasions to both buy and refinance homes. He is tremendous to work with. He prepares you for the worst case scenarios and gives you the unvarnished truth so that you are not surprised when the final costs come in. His staff is equally efficient, intelligent, and personable. I have recommended him to at least a half dozen people in the time since we first worked with him. I can’t recommend him more highly to those that might read this review. I personally will not use anyone else. In a business full of people that sugar coat everything to get your business and make their money, Shane gives you the truth, gives you the best advice, and gets you the best numbers possible. My real estate agent made him a preferred lender after working with us because he was so good at what he does.

We had a lot of questions about the home buying/building process. Craig was extremely knowledgeable and thorough when answering all of our questions and never got aggravated by our constant questioning. We were not once left in the dark about the details of our loans. What could have been a long and stressful process was nothing but smooth sailing. As home buyers, Craig was also a great advocate for us and really fought tooth and nail when something wasn't going right.

Tim McCoy was great to work with and had us closed within 3 weeks, even after we pulled out of one property and decided on another, midstream! I reached out to Steve Merka who originally helped when we purchased our home. We naturally thought when thinking of refinancing to contact him after about two weeks of now communication other than he would look into it O had to reach out to Kelly Haney who said he could tell us numbers in the same day only to find out after texting multiple times that we could see his read receipts and never responded after hours when he had said to give him give. Worst experience. No communication makes me wonder is this company going under . Why would you act this way with anyone.
