Terrible experience. We banked here for a brief time (3 months). • This bank does CREDIT CHECKS on all new potential customers. I have never heard of such a thing! We were not asking for a loan or a credit card, we simply wanted a basic checking/savings account. • Despite having a stellar credit history, this bank STILL put a 10-DAY HOLD on all money deposits or withdraws. Wow, as you can imagine this was super convenient! What a headache! • This bank is not able to set up business checking accounts. After waiting a week for Rahim to work on the accounts, we had to drive 50 minutes to a specific bank that provided these “special” services. After all that, he was not able to complete the second business account. We tried to tell him that the Secretary of State (SOS) recently updated the format of the Certification of Filing form, but Texas Trust would not accept it. It made no sense to continue banking there after all that. • We love our new bank—no credit checks, no 10-day hold on monies and they quickly understood and accepted the paperwork from the SOS. Our new bank was able to open the business accounts immediately and at the same location! What a concept! Goodbye Texas Trust Credit Union. Our new bank was happy to take our money and work with us.

It’s a very convenient location for an ATM to be at. However they always change it up every so often. The most recent change to the drive thru atm was the service charge was $3 but it will let you take out $500 at a time and a lot of atms do not do that much if it’s not your own bank. Easy to circle around the front or back but pay attention because cars often drive fast near this place as it is an easy entrance or exit out of the shopping center it is in.

Larry Isaac made a very poor experience an amazing one, I’m not the easiest person to deal with, and he took everything in stride. A huge huge hat off to him and if anyone needs any help with an account or loan ask for him.

This is my first and only bank and I truly appreciate the friendly staff. They actually care about you. I'd highly recommend this bank to 18 year olds or people looking to build/improve credit. Being an 18 year old myself and not understanding the proper way to build credit, this bank has helped me create a solid foundation for my credit score to build upon, and they helped me understand the ins and outs of building credit.

Treated Like Family These guys treated me like family through many years of banking with them.They even helped me create a line of credit without actually having to get a credit card! I recently wanted to look at getting a car and they were more than happy to help me just "Think" of getting a car and told me where I would be on payments and what not. I will always recommend them.

Applied at this bank and honestly the experience was just lacking. I applied early Feb and no one ever reached out to me about my application. I legit had to call them to get the process started. Then the woman who they said will handle my application e-mails me she asked me to send certain documents I sent them I never heard from her again. I called this Monday and another woman tells me oh the woman handling your application isn’t here I’ll have her give you a call. Woman never calls. I even emailed her she never replied. After almost two months I was just like yeah I’m going to cancel. I call and the woman who was handling my application is who I had to cancel with. She didn’t ask why and I didn’t care at that point to even explain or address. Why would I want a bank with such delay and poor communication skills. I’ll pass. Woman’s name was Leigh.

They have messed up on with my payments twice now!!! The first time I was stopping MY auto payments and the MANAGER sent me the wrong paperwork so the payments weren’t stopped and when I called to tell her she said all I do is send the email, as a manager you’d think you would check the paperwork before you just send it to someone. This time they I called to make a payment and they charged the wrong card, how do you mess up when the cards don’t even have the same name on it. The sad part is I think I talked to the same lady as last time….. if I could change the bank my car payments is through I would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION OR BANK TO ANYONE. IF YOU DEAL WOTH PEOPLE MINEY MAYBE TAKE THE TIME TO DO THINGS CORRECTLY.

I have banked here for years and have never had problems. However, there is a totally new staff and there is no longer a personal touch. I understood when they couldn't do something but felt like the branch manager could have explained rather than having teller say no. (I miss Valerie and Brandon)

Long overdue review. If I could rate w/ more stars I WOULD! I opened multiple accts w/ TXTRCU (main branch in Mansfield a few months ago) and the staff there was awesome. Since then I've opened more accts w/ the Flower Mound branch. I cannot express how TOTALLY pleased I have been w/ ALL of my dealings w/ EVERY team member @ this location, as well....EACH & EVERY time I visit! The FM team members (Samantha / Richelle / Lexy / Monica / Aaron / Christian) are simply incredible @ providing top-notch, friendly, competent, customer service, ALWAYS! To think personalization, w/ regards to personal (and/or) business banking, was DEAD; NOT TRUE. I highly recommend, and have referred others I know to them, AND I plan on opening other accts in the near future as well. THX for your service!!!
