My husband and I were looking for a good insurance company for the things we needed and I found State Farm to be great as far as the variety of things they offer. I put in my request for information and received a call just an hour or so after from Ms. Julie at this establishment. She helped both of us find everything we needed as far as our coverages and really explained how everything works and what everything meant thoroughly. I was extremely comfortable with everything when we came to a final amount for everything and I felt extremely informed of everything I had questions about. Ms. Julie has honestly been amazing to work with and she’s extremely polite and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend working with the Kristian Cooper State Farm office!

Emily was great and explained everything very well! When I got my house in 2019, no one explained to me how home insurance worked but she went into detail and informed me on how to switch the home insurance from the previous company to State Farm. Not only did she save me money but also got me more coverage! She was very helpful and very nice!

Researching insurance quotes and received a detailed qoute from Kristian Cooper`s office via Emily Albright. I was a bit skeptical because my previous rate, with another company, was so high. After giving all the requested documents, driver and vehicle details I was blown away with the rate. Emily was knowledgeable and provided all the discounts I was eligible to receive and even provided ways for me to get additional discounts. She was super pleasant and very timely when a response was needed or if she had to check on something for me. She provided a home insurance qoute and even suggested Umbrella coverage which was very reasonable. Didn't think I could get a decent rate but got that and awesome coverage. I would have left state farm after more than 33 years had it not been for Kristian Cooper's office! Since my agent retired a dozen years ago, State Farm had bounced me around from agent to agent.
