These people are awesome! They are genuine, sweet, and professional. Pawned my stuff here plenty of times in a pinch and they're always great! They do work with you when you need a little time to pay back too.

I used to love this pawn shop my son and I had pawn some things and they were in there for about 2 years. My husband worked out of town and they knew that when we came back in town that we would always catch it up.I called to tell them that we were back in town and that we will be by to pay them. At this time I was told that everything was sold. At this time I was also told that there was a new management and that they tried to call me. I know for a fact that they did not. I believe they should had notified me and every one else about this. They had made thousands of dollars off me Over a $400 to $500 dollars pawns that they had given me. I ask who the owner was they hesitated to tell me.I also try to see if he could call me or did he have away to reach him. They gave me a 1844 number to make a complaint. They used to send out notices to you to remind you but that even stopped doing that. After having me as a customer for many many years this is how they treat you. If this is how the new management treat the owners customers I don’t want any part of them.I had sent them many customers over the years. I bet none of them will every buy or pawn anything to them again. I love to go to pawn shops and buy things. They will not get my service anymore. But for some one to tell me that they had called I know when they did not by my cell phone records. This place used to be a good place to buy and pawn things but not anymore. The new management seem like they are sale happy and money hungry. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It’s a shame after being a customer for many many years to be treated this way.

Haha I’ve never been here. I don’t even know where this is on Fairburn. By the looks of the photos it’s a Family Photography place and not a “pawn” shop. Even still reviews must not mean anything anymore to these companies. Shame. But you all helped me know where NOT to go if life hands me lemons. Thank you all for leaving such great reviews for us in the future.

Do not come here to pawn anything unless it’s a tv, gun, or lawn mower! Despite their website these are the only thing that they will buy from you DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I took my items right around the corner and sold it with no problem at all

Great customer service. Needed a little money for Christmas, got it. Got my item out with no issues. Happy new years!

They will loan money on 10k gold but refuse to loan one red cent on pure silver. Highly illogical. For almost a decade I have borrowed money there using silver as collateral once or twice every couple of years. Since I always paid it back on time, it seems that the new Manager may have ridden the short bus as a youth.

Very pleasurable, in do much as it can be, experience. Friendly staff, very helpful and really went that extra step. Felt like top of the line service not a pawn shop. Refreshing
