Kody is a true professional. I'm not easily amazed, but Kody wowed me with his level of service, his depth of knowledge, and his customer-first approach. Over the course of three months, he answered calls all hours of the day, ran numbers for dozens of different scenarios, and took time to educate me about all sorts of mortgage and real estate issues. And he did it all happily. When you talk to Kody, you're talking to the owner of the business, so there's no waiting to go up the chain and see if the numbers actually hold.
