These guys are great. Super knowledgeable and organized. The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is because at times it felt there were too many hands in the pot trying to help us with the process. It felt like we were on different pages at times trying to coordinate information between different people. It was all done virtually which was both convenient and inconvenient since I like to have face to face interaction. In the end it went super smooth and I would definitely use them again in the future.

We used another company and it was a complete nightmare, the other company couldn't figure things out, we had to send send and resend info. They didn't keep us updated. They took forever in every step. They got confused on some things and couldn't figure it out so they just quit trying. We reached out multiple times and they wouldn't call back until it was too late and we had to start the entire process over again. Terrible terrible experience. We never have any of these problems with ALV! They are so helpful and friendly, they are very prompt and make the process so easy and stress free. They are constantly reaching out to keep you updated as things go along. They are very quick to get back to you if you contact them. They worked around our schedule to help us be able to close when it worked best for us. We were able to refinance to a much lower interest rate saving us $300.00 a month or if we continue paying our same payment with the new interest rate we will shave 12 years off our loan and save 80 thousand dollars in interest! I would strongly recommend them to anyone buying a home or looking to refinance! You will definitely not regret it.
