Thank you so much! We did a refinance with Ashlee Shipley as our loan officer, who, by the way is amazing! She made the whole process super easy. When I first called she was extremely professional in letting me know my options, then helping me get things rolling by having me fill out an application, and getting my rate locked in. After that Ashlee took care of everything. She kept me updated on where we were in the process and was very helpful throughout. We did have the underwriters request some additional information and Ashlee quickly let me know about it and promptly got the documents to who needed them. All in all it took about 15 day from when I first talked to Ashlee till the time we were setting up an appointment for closing.

Sharon helped us through all the process, and before the process she helped us with tools to increase our credit score! She was amazing and it was great working with her ❤️❤️

We wanted to do a refi on our home before the rates went up. Everyone we worked with was very professional. Great service, quick response and best interest rate we could find. I would highly recommend Veritas to anyone. As a side note, I was talking with our appraiser and he asked which company we were using. When he found out it was Veritas, he said they were the best. He loved working with Veritas. That says something when even the vendors are impressed!

We have used Brad @ Veritas for our loans for many years and been very happy. I have loved working with Braden Natter and Veritas! As first time home buyers, we had tons of questions and Braden was great at explaining everything to us. We left his office after the first meeting feeling very comfortable proceeding with the home buying process. We had a few hiccups along the way (nothing anybody could control) and Braden was so good at making sure we were constantly informed about what was going on. He would give us daily updates and made sure that we knew what was going on so we didn't have to worry about our first home purchse not going through as we had hoped. I had a great experience working on a refi with Veritas Funding. I had initially reached out to a different company to start a refi, but after spending a couple hours on the phone with the reps there, I still felt like no progress was being made. Once I contacted Erin at Veritas the entire process was fast and smooth. Most things I could do online in my own time instead of over the phone, so it was more convenient and secure. Erin also found a better interest rate than the other company and didn't require an appraisal. I would recommend Veritas Funding to anyone.

We have used Veritas as our mortgage lender for two home purchases. On both occasions they were very patient with us as they helped us to understand the different mortgage options, and what we were signing up for. On another occasion they answered questions about a possible property purchase that we didn't end up pursuing. I have been very pleased with Veritas Funding.

We were on the selling end of a transaction that was financed by Veritas. They hired an appraiser who did lazy work and manipulated the appraisal which lost us 2.5% on the value of our home compared to similar sales of homes in our neighborhood. The appraiser they hired made the following mistakes: - Left our entire basement room off of the floor plan of the house, totaling around 250 sqft. - Labeled our bottom level floor as below grade living space, which when we bought the house was part of the gross living area (which are priced dramatically different) - Included a basement picture of a different home in our appraisal - Most walls in his appraisal were 1-2 ft smaller than the measurements of the appraisal when we bought the house - Said there was a power easement on our property when the power lines were two houses down from ours - Said that there was no fence in the yard, when the back was fenced - Said that the garage was attached, when the garage was actually built in. These mistakes dropped the value of our home to $306k while the appraisals of the two most recent sales down our street of comparable homes came in at $315k. We battled the appraisal, and fixing his mistakes only raised the value of the home by $1,800 Adding the square footage alone from the basement room, based on the square ft pricing of the below grade living area ($40 sq/ft) should have been the difference. But he chose not to make those adjustments. Unless Veritas does a better job verifying that their appraisers do good work, and accurately appraise homes, I would stay away. As a seller, if you have multiple offers, choose one from someone else. Hopefully this will help a few people, particularly sellers, avoid losing out on legitimate values of your home.

Fantastic experience working with Brandt Miles and Maria Hansen at Veritas. Brandt works so hard for his clients and he is unbelieveably responsive (even if you have many many questions like me as a first time home buyer...). Also, when we were about to close, he took the time to fight for my husband and I and was able to knock off $3,000 off closing costs. Brandt is the best. Period. He really cares and works hard to get his clients the BEST deals and rates.

Simply said I would highly recommend securing a home loan through Veritas. My wife and I were looking to purchase our first home and after looking around a bit someone recommended Veritas to us. We reached out to them and from the get-go we were very comfortable speaking with Braden Natter, one of their senior loan officers. He was friendly, very easy to speak with initially (and to stay in touch with throughout the lending process - spoiler alert, we decided to use Veritas), and the other individuals we interacted with were also just as easy to reach and communicate with. We ended up going with them due to the ease of which we could ask questions and get knowledgeable responses (as first-time home buyers we had a lot, I mean A LOT, of (stupid) questions), and Braden and his team were very patient. They even went so far as to check on us during times when the stress level of the home seeking process seemed to peak (waiting for home inspections, meth/radon tests, and appraisals) because they anticipated questions we might have. We locked in a great rate at a good time, but equally important is the fact that there was not a single aspects of the financing process that did not proceed smoothly. Their service and friendliness was greatly appreciated, it was a pleasure doing business with them!
