My wife and I just purchased a home financed through Movement Mortgage. We chose Kirk and Jodi because we already knew and trusted them (they go to the church we attended) and because their first-time home buyer class was informative. We liked that they didn't try to get us to buy more house than we could afford. They answered all of our questions promptly, usually within minutes or hours. When we had a closing-day title insurance hangup they were present to answer our questions and advise us of our options. I would recommend Kirk and Jodi and Movement Mortgage to anyone who is looking for a loan officer.

Kirk and Jodi did an excellent job helping us understand all we could need to know when buying our first home, and then again when it was time to refinance our home. Kirk answered all of our questions in detail and in a timely manner. I wold recommend their services to anyone needing a mortgage or refinance. Their first time home buyer course was valuable, too when getting prepared to buy our house.

Got pre approved. When looking for homes got unprofessional one word answers and snarky comments. Only responded to half of my questions and then told me that I didn’t give him information that I did because he didn’t read my emails fully. Then dropped me when my agent asked him if he could talk to a seller that was considering our offer. He said it was taking too much time and energy. It’s a competitive sellers market. I was polite and not pushy through this whole process. I would definitely not recommend Kirk. I had a terrible experience and had my time wasted.

Wow! Just wow! Kirk goes above and beyond for his customers! Honest, fast, helpful and absolutely customer oriented! I fully trust his work and his experience! He’s amazing!!
