Great customer assistance, teller went the extra steps to help me resolve my needs.

This bank is awesome, my bank for almost 3 years and I never encounter a problem... tellers are so nice and friendly with a great customer services. The bank approved my personal loan in just few days although I don’t have that big amount of money deposited in this bank.

I just watched as an employee hugged a member who was crying and brought her tissues and I assume just consoled her and helped her with her issue. These guys have always been there for me and my partner when we need help and they are very nice. My family has been banking at this joint branch for years and have never had any real issues.

When you app says that it will be down for maintenance from 730-830pm and I have a bill I have to pay by 9pm. And you can't get on the app to see if my cash deposit made it to my account until 930. But when I pay my bill at 855pm and I then get charged with a $30 overdraft fee for paying that bill. Even though the cash deposit was made at 756pm. But how convenient that you charge the over draft fee after 930 and THEN show the cash in my account, that was deposited in my account an hour and a half prior. This isn't the first time this has happened, and quite frankly it's getting redundant and ridiculous. Now I have to make a special trip to the bank to attempt to get that fee removed because it's faster that calling and sitting on hold forever. When you say that maintenance will be done from 730-830, that's what should happen. And if it's going to take an hour longer, say 930. And then this garbage wouldn't happen.

The staff here is very kind and helpful and the enviroment is warm and welcomong. It feels safe and everyone has a smile on. The coffee is not the best lies somewhere between truckstop mud and dancing goat silk. Overall wonderful experiences as well as staff fully willing to go above and beyond to make your wxperience pleasent and successful. Would reccomend.

I love this credit union. I've banked on and off here and this one is my favorite. Customer service is always friendly to me, and they're always really nice and work with me. Whenever I accidentally overdraft my account, they're quick to reverse the fees for me just for merely asking. There's been a couple of times I can think of where I just wanted to buy lunch for the teller at the counter for being an awesome human being.

We have always had great service with TwinStar. We have had car loans, signature loans, etc. Which has always been hassle free experiences. We have been with TwinStar for over 25 years. That is how well they have taken care of us. Hope for many more years with TwinStar.

Their checks are over-priced and ugly. Their coinstar charges, even for members. They refused my application for a secured credit card. Now to restore my credit, I have to pay them to lend money to myself. They make me change my online banking password every month, then won't let me login. I can never reach them for help. When I call them, I get stuck in a voicemail system that does not offer the choice I'm looking for. There is no option to speak with anyone live. Their exterior atm is usually down, forcing me to go inside and wait in a line that stretches to the door. There are 7 windows, but only 2 are open at any time. TwinStar Credit Union is as bad as any bank!

Handy, but very busy and the lines tend to run long. Use the drive thru if possible instead. There are lots of drive thru lanes and the staff are very nice. Be sure to say that you're a TwinStar customer, or they'll have to stop you to ask which CU you're a member of.

(2/24/15) New online banking is terrible. Cannot access personal or business accounts. How the hell can I do business or pay the rent? They've grown since 2006, too much, and have become what WaMu was just before its demise. Find another credit union.
