They told me they couldn’t cash my check because there wasn’t enough information on the shop I worked at. Took my check, made a copy of it without my permission, and a little rudely told me that I should start being paid in cash. Took my check into Twinstar today and they cashed it with no problem. I honestly felt a little profiled and the clerk could have been a little more friendly.

I will never go anywhere else for any of my Moneytree needs. The Branch Manager, Kaley, is amazing. So is Mike that has worked there for many years. They are compassionate, friendly, and really listen and care. They arent just going through the motions at work. I have been there several times over the years and literally every single time I have had a pleasant friendly experience with the staff in person and over the phone. They treat me better than my own personal bank does!!! I highly recommend this branch for any payday loans, check cashing, moneygram, etc needs. They are the BEST!!! They always go above and beyond. 😀

Great customer service! Never made to feel like i wasnt held in the highest regard. These ladies get it! Couple that with the more than fair contract rewrites, and moneybtree gets my business every time.

They take down your address & phone number, then they tell you they won't cash your payroll check because you work for a 502 company. Then they tell you they're going to copy it, without your permission. Thanks for nothing, ya douche bags.

Kaley was my clerk and happened to be the branch manager as well! She was an incredible help and helped me with a last minute vacation payday loan. Very kind, clean, relax environment. 5 stars, 6 stars for how quick it was, if 6 was possible!

Chase, who I have been a customer for over 2 years, would not cash my check despite having a verification number printed on the front of the check. They waned to hold it. After a series of unfortunate events, I needed cash immediately for pre-planned travel. Moneytree did not hesitate and cashed the check making the rest of the trip enjoyable. Great customer service!

Ive never had a bad experience with any of money trees branches. They have always been there when I need them and always happy to answer even the most mundane questions with a smile.

It's nice to know there's a check cashing place out there that charges the bare minimum they're able to and it's not just trying to get their hands on your money that's what's up shout out to Karley and Kayley for paying careful attention two details to avoid anybody to fraudulently try to cash a check in my name but ultimately made it very easy for me
