Overall I am dissatisfied with my experience with Kingdom roofing. The project manager was responsive and professional. The roofers worked hard but ultimately my roof replacement was sloppy and not everything I was expecting. I can see this company being solid and its possible I was just unlucky but this was my experience. The following is where I was let down: - Daily cleanup was underwhelming, I found 10/15 nails in the small side yard and nails in front of my car after demo. I do not have a big yard and this is really the only space that would be touched by anyone. My lanai pool decking was left covered with a layer of beads each day. (It is possible they do not clean up the lanais and that is my misunderstanding). Final cleanup was more on par with what I was expecting but definitely could have been better. - The trailer was left in my driveway overnight, very much not a big deal, but don't tell your customers it will be removed daily if it wont be. - A hole was put into my garage ceiling, they are having that repaired. Things happen, they are making it right, not a big deal. - I had to remove old wood from sections of the attic above my garage where a sheet was replaced. This to me is a sign of rushed and sloppy work. - 90% of the roof looked great and the job was performed quickly and on time. The 3 front overhangs of my house were very sloppy and needed to be redone as excessive tar was applied causing waves across the shingles. In addition to this, the final row of shingles was not consistently cut leaving more tar exposed. Tar was found on various exterior walls around the house and near where shingles were installed. The below pictures are consistent with a few areas completed in the same manner. They did come out to fix and repaint where the first effort fell short which is really what you can hope for. Unfortunately, anytime you need to redo something there will be added wear and tear, for me this was corners of stucco that cracked and broke off. Again, Kingdom was responsive to my concerns and tried to complete the job but my overall take away is that my roof replacement was a little sloppy and the customer shouldn't have to hold hand to get the project completed.

My husband and I are very happy with Kingdom Roofing. They have been easy to reach and speak with. The roof installation is well executed. The crew uncovered a lot of plywood that needed to be replaced and some framing too. They did not exaggerate the damage. Most impressive is that they stayed on the roof until everything was corrected and at the end of the day we had a watertight roof. They price for the additional work was fair. And they left the yard really clean. Thank you Kingdom Roofing.

Kingdom Roofing has been fantastic from the start. Our Project Manager Chad M took great care of us, he and his team did an amazing job! They were on time, kept their work area clean and tidy, Chad kept his word and his communication with us was top notch. Highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs. Out of everyone we had the pleasure of meeting when it came to this company was awesome. Thank you guys, our new roof looks great! Even in this Florida heat on some our hottest days so far this year, these guys gave it their all!

Awesome!!! From the first contact. Chad handled everything. Price was fair SERVICE was OUTSTANDING. Chad qouted the job and saw it through to completion which only took 2 days WOW!!! Chad was on site multiple times kept me in the loop with additional damages that needed to be fixed. absolutely the best experience I have had with any repair company ever. Chad appreciated my business and made sure I knew it. His crew was absolutely fantastic. Showed up and worked hard and got it done. NO RUN AROUND!!!!

If you need a roof you need to call Kingdom Roofing ! The roofers did a fast, professional job and cleaned up after themselves. They were also careful not to damage any plants along the sides of the building. I can recommend these guys without hesitation. This company has been the best to work with and made getting my new roof a smooth, stress free process! Mike Wax was very responsive and very detailed when helping us start the process. I watched Kingdom roofing put on a new roof on the house across the street from me last year. I noticed their professionalism, they were on time, they were quiet, neat, and did a great job. I asked my neighbor if he would recommend them and he said yes. I called them they came out immediately and gave me an estimate. Their workers showed up on time at my house. They stayed until they got that day's job done. They were quiet, and very respectful , and very polite. Without having seen them across the street I would not have known what great work they do. Their workmen are to be commended for their excellent work and craftsmanship and pride in what they do. Those qualities are seldom seen in this day and age. When I signed up I was given the names and phone numbers of Justin, Chad, and Alberto in case I needed to reach anyone with any problems or needed any questions answered. I appreciate that. The men finish the job in 3 days and my yard was left in perfect condition as it was found. No nails no trash left behind everything was cleaned up. I knew roof looks great I am very happy I chose Kingdom roofing and would recommend them to anyone.

Kingdom Roofing was a great roofing company to choose for our project, from start to finish, beginning with Mark who gave us our options and a very thorough estimate. Materials were delayed, (due to supply chain issues,) but Matt and Alberto were very communicative, and always returned calls. Justin was the onsite coordinator and was very involved, and clearly explained the ongoing process. The crew was excellent, worked hard, --just a great job with installation and cleanup. This really was a 5 star experience from beginning to end, and we would use this company again or recommend without hesitation.

Kingdom Roofing just replaced our roof with beautiful shingles. Kingdom Roofing was able to get the new just out shingles in two months before the competitive company and Kingdom bid was lower. Chad Morrison was our site manager and was very attentive touching base with us in person daily and by phone. The use of he drone was amazing. We were able to see photos of problem areas in our old roof. The crew worked hard sunup to sundown. Jose the roofers foreman also was there working with his men and helping with any minor issues. In January 2022, my homeowner's insurance company decided to pull out of Florida, leaving us scrambling for a new homeowner insurance company. In order to get quotes, we needed to have our roof replaced because it was approaching 20 years old. I looked up local roofing companies and scheduled to get four quotes. Due to my work schedule, I could not be present when the companies came to give the quotes, thus leaving my wife by herself. Four companies came and went, and my wife only raved about one company. Kingdom Roofing. Kingdom Roofing Estimator, Mike Wax, was the first professional from the company that my wife met. He took the time to explain everything and gave recommendations and the pros and cons of different materials and manufacturers. Based on her interaction with Mike, we decided to go with Kingdom Roofing. We picked the shingle manufacture and color, signed on the dotted line, and waited a very short time to be scheduled. I point out how short this was because all of the other companies told us that installation would be at least six weeks out, and one told us he was a year out. The next professional that my wife met from Kingdom Roofing was Production Manager Alberto Rentenberge so that the dates of tear-off and installation could be scheduled. As with any outdoor company, their work schedule pivots around Mother Nature. We were scheduled one day but had to be pushed a couple of days back because of inclement weather. No big deal, I get it. Project Manager Chad Morrison was the next face of the company. One concern that we addressed to Chad is where the shingle roof met our metal lanai roof had a small drip/ leak when it rained heavily. Chad offered suggestions but said that he would be able to find out what was truly going on after the old shingle came off. It turned out that when the old roof was installed in 2004, the unknown company never put flashing in that place. Flashing and new plywood later, Chad told us we would have no further problems. The tear-off of the old shingles took less than one day. On Friday, the crew tore off the old shingles and methodically worked to ensure no nails were left in the yard or driveway. On Monday, the dump trailer was taken to be emptied and then returned, and the new shingles were delivered. Watching the shingles get delivered was interesting. I did not realize how many packs of shingles it takes to cover an average-sized house, and it was a good thing they had a truck with a conveyor belt on it. Let me talk about the unnamed employees who basked in the sun while making the tear-off and installation appear easy. They were efficient and organized and left no mess behind. They did not speak to my wife much, but they were polite when they did. Gents, you did a fantastic job. Thank you! Chad was at the worksite, our house, every day that Kingdom Roofing employees were present. Chad gave my wife updates on what to expect next and the progress that they had made. After the tear-off, Chad gave my wife photographs of the condition of the old decking. When the new shingles were installed, Chad gave us photos of the completed work. Kingdom Roofing doesn't just sell a product and installation; they provide excellent customer service and quality workmanship. They are professionals, from the quote to installation to customer service. We highly recommend these professionals to you.

Our Kingdom Roofing experience was wonderful. Mike Wax did the initial consultation and explained our choices and time table. It was only 3 weeks from the consultation and the start. Chad, our project manager, kept us informed every step of the way of the process and changes that were needed. It took 2 full days to complete and the roof is beautiful. Kingdom Roofing just completed the replacement of my tile roof and I cannot recommend them enough. They were professional and communicative thru out the process. Mark visited my house and provided a detailed estimate, much more professional and complete than other quotes I received. Chad did a fantastic job as Project Manager from demolition and dry in all the way to completion of the roof and clean up. I am so happy I chose Kingdom roofing for my roof replacement.
