Kinetic Credit Union 13th St, Columbus

Applied for an auto loan, and the rep Sandra McKenzie never returned any of my calls. Complete waste of time. We went with Auburn Univeristy Credit Union instead for financing.

My wife and I have been banking with Kinetic for quite a few years now, and we have had nothing but pleasant experiences. I've been with a number of banks over the course of my life, and none have treated me as phenomenally as Kinetic. I highly recommend them for all your banking needs.

We have taken out 2 loans in the past year. Both times we went through Hannah Miller. To say she made the loan process EXTREMELY easy is quite an understatement. The first loan was done literally in like less than an hour from start to finish. The auto loan we took out last week was done in a day. She even called someone at a dealership she knew, told them what we were approved for, and when we went there he had a vehicle waiting on my husband that my husband fell in love with. So if you every need anything go through Hannah and Kinetic, I've been with them 14-15 years and don't regret one minute of it!

I have been a member of Kinetic for 35 Years and they have been the best! Staff is always friendly and helpful. I would highly recomend them! I love my Kinetic Checking. Lots of great features. They also have Drive-thru hours untill 7 pm. This is great for me when I have to work late.

The customer service received through Kinetic is simply awesome! You are not viewed as "just another customer" or "number". Each time I have come in contact with a staff member, they are always smiling and greet you like you truly matter. Recently, I refinanced my vehicle through Kinetic and had the absolute pleasure of doing business with LaDarin Mack. LaDarin went above and beyond to assist me, answered all my questions (if he did not know the answer; he seeked out the answer immediately) and followed up with me after the closing. LaDarin is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, patient and kind! LaDarin, I wish you the best life has to offer and great success with Kinetic!! I will contact LaDarian with any and all future financial needs! I am so happy I switched my banking to Kinetic...Thank you Kinetic!

I hate this bank. They put holds on checks enen if you can cover it. No tap to pay which has been around for 10 years at this point. Absolutely not happy and will be moving

Since so much is automated I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service I received. Everyone from start to finish of my transaction was very helpful friendly and efficient. Every step was clearly explained throughout the entire process. Will definitely use Kinetic for any other financial needs.

Had a great experience today. Started a small loan application for a vehicle for my son but I got distracted by a phone call. Later, Hannah Miller called and was able to finish the application and had it funded as soon as I signed the papers. Great to work with.

Very poor service. They want you to use nothing but machines instead of interaction with someone when dealing with loans. Highly do not recommend using them for any needs.

China was great! She was patience and kind. She assisted me through downloading the Kinetic app and eClub! Who would have thought I could save on Chuck E. Cheese just for banking with Kinetic :) She was Awesome 👍🏾
