Truist 1st Ave, Columbus

I have been a customer with this bank since 1975, in the way this rollout is going and the unavailability to talk to anybody about it is going to make me a Synovus customer fairly quickly. This rollout in transition to Truist is the worst experience I’ve ever had with this bank. 2/21 new debit card doesn’t work, locked out of my account, has my phone contact info switched from mobile apt and iPad version, so you could say I’m not happy. Spent 45+ mins on the phone and was cut off, tried a 2nd time same thing, tried to go back on line and it said server could not be found.

Not enough parking unless you want to walk trucks unloading block a lane of traffic

This is a wonderful place to do your banking. The manager will help you, beyond the call of her duties. Mr. Derrick Milller is my personal banker, he's helpful he really take an interests in his customers, he is the reason I and many others in the community stay and trust your bank. Great Job

Not very happy with this bank. Customer service is ok I had a few issue where money was taken from my account twice only because somebody didn't do their job on the banks end so I had to go a second time for that issue witch ended up being resolved....but today I had two bank employees ask if i needed anything and replied yes we need a notary one person said "ok she'll be with you in a few moments" and the same with the next. Then the person that does the notary just gets up and leaves. I have legal documents that needed to be sent out. So I am very frustrated! Can't say I would recommend this bank to anyone.

Worst customer service....Go to ANY other branch in the city....you will be better off

Visited the branch two weeks ago and sat down with Rhonda. She took our identification information for account opening and stated she would follow up with us in two days to open our account. It has been two and half weeks since that conversation. Called and left messages she never called back. Very rude in person and away from the phone. Finally received a callback from another representative today who stated Rhonda never sent the request nor entered our identification information. I have no idea what she did with our personal sensitive information. Poor service and complete run around for a simple task. Bank elsewhere.

Always liked Suntrust but when they merged with BB&T they doubled there clientele but not there drive-thru's. Do have time to sit in line? I don't.

This is a very unsafe branch...I have experienced harrassment from aggressive driver in ATM car line. Scary experience. Was hardly able to complete the transaction due to driver behind me with his behavior. Something needs to be done to provide safety for customers so they don't feel threatened during daytime there. Maybe a police officer can be stationed there during peak traffic times from 11-2.

My grandmother has been with this bank since they opened
