This company has one of the WORST customer service departments I've ever had to deal with. They hang up on you, give you false information and transfer you to different people just because they don't want to deal with your issue. there is 140 dollars missing that should have been applied to my balance (over the course of 8 months) and no one can seem to give me a straight answer is to where the money has gone. They tack on extra interest and call it "late fees" (when I've NEVER been late) they are rude, inconsiderate and really don't care about helping their customers at all. I will be refinancing my auto loan, mainly because they don't seem to know how to talk to people and cant get their story straight from one representative to the next. If your thinking about using this finance company, do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere. thieves in business suits..

Nasty customer service, they do NOT communicate with eachother on what the customer has communicated, lies about calling back, NEVER answer the phone and zero cordial conversations, nasty attitude when you try to work with them. It's like they don't want your money! If you're not stuck with this company please choose a company that listens and accepts your payment, and knows English, that don't cut you off when you are answering them and use better communication skills, NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! I also agree with the other reviewer!

Want to hear a joke? Honor Finance. They are incompetent, useless, rude, ignorant, malicious, and liars. They are pretty much the worst combination of qualities. They are incapable of doing simple tasks, such as accepting money. Would rate lower than one if able. If you are looking for a loan, I would suggest loan sharks before this 'company'.

This company is very unprofessional. I had been with them for two years and had never been late and without any advanced notice they sold my contract and wouldn't accept my payment and cost me a late fee. I received the letter about them selling my contract a week later! Poor customer service!
