Kinecta Federal Credit Union - Brea E Imperial Hwy, Brea

I would have good things to say about them ....but the Pandamic hit me hard, Kinecta charged me for NSF fees and I had 0 zero money for months, lost everything, job, my home, my possessions.....so they closed my account, years later and I am still homeless..... and Coinbase has 200.00 of mine that they want to send back to me.....the irony is Kinecta will take it and so ...sob.....this is how the world of banks works.

The worst branch in Orange County. The staff is rude. They are incompetent and take they’re time in moving customers. EVERY TIME I come here it takes an hour for me to get inside the building. On New Year’s Eve I stood in line for 20 min and no one moved! I ended up leaving. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!

Horrible customer service. I just went inside forgot my mask and someone working there by the name of Reyna started screaming at me and told me I have to leave because I cant come in without a mask. She told me my kuds cant be without one. She insulted me in front of other customers and workers. I will never go here again. She needs to be fired.

By far the worst customer service. I have been with this bank for several years now and their customer care is terrible.

I want to appreciate employees like Vilma at the Brea location. She is my attendant I always go to. She made my day. Always makes me feel comfortable as a customer. Unlike the older big lady attendant sitting down on the left that gave me a dirty look this morning, I am part deaf please don't yell next time get up and respectfully talk to customers. Vilma redeemed the ladie's attitude. As a disabled veteran, I appreciate good customer service ettiquet.

We visited Kinecta this fall to handle the formalities needed when a member is deceased and his heir(s) must administer his holdings. An associate named Alicia Solis helped us kindly and efficiently during this difficult time, handling all the paperwork and signatures needed to re-title and consolidate accounts. She arranged for in-house notary Lori Rios to finalize the arrangements smoothly. Both bright young women gave us an extremely favorable impression of Kinecta FCU in Brea.

Virgina and Brian associates for Kinecta are awesome. Kudos to your team for the best service ever!

The worst.... only have 2 service reps and both are taking on long paper work transactions... and trying to have a full on conversation while the line grows bigger....
