This is a great program. There was great coordination between other administrative companies and Lendistry. The entering of information was a little challenging because even tho it took all our documents, the web site showed they were received but stayed Pending for couple months. I ended up re-submitting some stuff a couple times. But overall, knowing the volume of applications Lendistry processed, I would stay they handled things seamlessly.

When dealing with Lendistry everything was pretty simple. They laid out everything you needed to do and made it easy to understand. Also when in contact with people from there they were always professional and helpful. Great company! Thank you Lendistry so much!

I had a problem with my loan (there was a typo that was holding up funding) and they were able to correct it on their end. Lendistry assisted us in getting a PPP loan after a mix up[ with another lending institution. Although the process was challenging, their feedback and communication by phone was reassuring. The only negative was early on, many people were involved and there was not one specific person as a contact. Everyone that I actually interacted with was very nice and helpful. The biggest problem was the inability to properly upload documents to the website and/or be able to confirm that they were uploaded correctly. Lendistry was very slow for getting me approved for the grant. I signed up on the very first day to see if I was eligible for the grant. Their website was a little vague. You were never sure if you uploaded all the correct documents. As the day and months went by, I wasn't sure if I'd receive the grant before the program was terminated. When I called there to speak with a representative, They would pick up after just a short wait. I have to say the Lendistry representatives were very kind and helpful on the phone. The customer service was excellent. However, they couldn't tell me when it was my chance to qualify for the grant. I wasn't a first come, first served system. So, many, many others that applied for the grant were accepted before I was. I think they should change the way they do that. I give them 4 out of 5 stars, mainly because their website was so bad. It did work out in the end and I'm thankful of Lendisty for the help.

My experience with Lendistry was great, I had submitted my application on one of the last days to apply and to my surprise I heard back from them a couple months later saying that I was selected to receive the aid. I am very much grateful for my whole experience and I wish the best for anyone applying.

The web site access was easy. The website content was confusing. After all the documents were uploaded successfully the message remained as upload needed documents. I could not get assistance nor support from a person who was familiar with the content. The telephone support repeated responses from a preaddressed form. I was one of the first to apply and I had to wait without any input from Lendistry through the 2 rounds of application reviews without assurance that my application was rolled into the next batch. . My application moved into the funding evaluation system in June 2021, I was successful in writing to the staff that the funds would help me avoid eviction and could they hurry. I received the deposit the next day. Which tells me that the staff is extremely responsive if they could only access the applicant. The funds were a great help.

I filled out an application during the first round draw. However due to a mistake I made I almost missed out. I was contacted by a rep who walked me through the process it was very easy and very good customer service. I do recommend patience as it is a process but the staff all communicated and when it was time everything went Smooth.

There were a question on the application which I needed assistance with but unfortunately there was no way I could get. This was a code to select for our business activity. In addition, my business should have qualified for $10,000 but I received $5,000. I of course appreciate that this grant was made available to us. I however feel in general the airline industry, restaurants, hoteliers, farmers have received a lot of assistance during the pandemic. We as a small business who service travel industry (assisting clients with their US passports and visas) have been totally forgotten about.

After I finished the application and was waiting to be funded, my checking account and password were change and every time i reached out to Lendistry they were there for me. When I first searched for information about Lendistry I was surprised to see such a mix of positive and negative reviews. This made me hesitant at first to participate, but my experience was very positive. I was most concerned when the application required bank information. By doing additional research I confirmed that the bank info was being administered by a 3rd party company called PLAID (which also verifies for Venmo) I'm including this information for anyone who might have doubts about the application process. We received our Ca Relief Grant in Round 6! I submitted our application since the beginning of Round 1. I was kept informed from Lendistry through each round (as we were not chosen Round 1-5) that our application was automatically entered into the next round. They kept me informed & helped me submit proper forms once our business was selected in Round 6.

Wonderful lovely helpful staff. Great experience. Have all your documents prepared in advance and loaded onto your digital device and then begin your application. As a rule you should have folder with your business license, credentials, DBA doc, lease, tax id, and tax returns. We live in earthquake and fire zones so this is a prudent preparedness to do list to have in the cloud and or thumb drive.

I was so impressed with Lendistry. I applied with them during the pandemic. I was contacted via email immediately, completed necessary forms, uploaded required docs, and was notified every step of the way thru the process. I never had to think “hmmm, wonder what’s going on with my application”. Working with Lendistry was a very satisfying experience.

This was an amazing and very easy process. I was skeptical at first and asked for a number to speak with someone directly and it was no problem. They were helpful and i was able to call the company directly and work with the regarding my bank info so I didn’t feel like I was just handing it out randomly.

I used Lendistry to apply for CA COVID assistance. While they were very communicative, they screwed up my application for quite a while, showing it as incomplete when it was complete, as I knew it was. It took a few months of me complaining and insisting there was an error for them to finally catch it just in time for me to qualify. I don't think they would have caught it in time on their own. Also, at the beginning of the application process, their phone call center was horrible to get a hold of, having to leave messages and sometimes not being called back. Later in the process, it got better and they answered calls after long waits.

I had the worst experience applying for round 2 PPP funding through Lendistry. I received $180,000 for round 1 PPP through a different lender but decided to apply for round 2 through Lendistry (BIG MISTAKE). The process was daunting and very unprofessional. I dealt with 8 different staff members who continually asked me to upload documents that were already in their system. They dragged out the process for 2 months and then they submitted the incorrect loan amount $62,000 instead of $180,000. By they time I got them to recognize they were at fault, the SBA ran out of funding and I got screwed. I have since filed a complaint with the SBA Ombudsman to see if this can be rectified.

Even though the application was clear and easy to manage , like loading up the files. The response was super poor. It took months for someone t contact me. Only to tell me , after months , that I was missing or items were not loaded properly. Those item could hav been addressed before so that the processor or underwriter could be ahead of the process.

I was very excited that I could apply for the CA Relief Grant at the beginning of this year. Last year was really tough on my business due to COVID. My only source of income was volunteering as a business consultant with my local women's business center. When an announcement about the relief grant came out I wanted to make sure I could help others who were applying. So, I of course applied also, but I wasn't even sure I would get it. However, the application was fairly easy. And when they were processing my case someone actually reached out to me to ask a few questions. Once I answered her my grant was approved within a couple of days. I think Lendistry did a great job helping business owners with the grant so they could sustain their business until we started to open back up again.

Extremely helpful in navigating the rules and regulations with regards to California Grants. Phone representatives were knowledgeable and helpful. Would be 5 stars, but their webportal was a bit 'clunky', and caused me to have to call rather than self-serve to get status updates. That being said, their webportal was intuitive and easy to use with regards to submission of documents and everything necessary to apply for the grant (READ: the front-end of applying was streamlined and simple, the status updates and system messages during the waiting period is where I deduct one star). Hopefully the economy and world will get back to normal and small businesses like mine will not need to ask for assistance in the future, however if I do, I will work with Lendistry again.

We applied with a gross income of $135,000 for 2019 and was allocated $5k. When following up for explanation got zero response. Should rate it a 2 star instead of 3 but, there were some good call center reps that didn't ignore me.

The website was a little hard to navigate, but the website did let you know which documents you had to upload. My rating would have been a “1-star” or lower if my company had not received the grant that I initially applied for in December of 2020: The Application Portal was the WORST finance-based software application tool that I have had ever used. It definitely was not user-tested prior to launch, so many glitches to name. Also, how do you NOT have Customer Service agents available to receive calls? Voicemail messages were not returned & Lendistry agents were not accessible after multiple attempts to reach anyone to answer questions. Lastly, it took 5 months for someone at Lendistry to “actually” review the financial documents that I originally uploaded to the portal back in December of 2020. It made me wonder if my application file was just sitting on someone’s desk the entire time. Again, a “2-star” is generous, but I did receive the CA Relief Grant, so in the end things worked out. The Lendistry employee that assisted me to finalize my application & ultimately successfully processed the funding of the grant, deserves a raise and promotion.

I found the framework to be easy to understand for applying, for the most part. It was great that they hosted webinars almost every day on how to apply for the grant. I received the grant in the end! I am very happy with the experience.

This review is for the California Relief Grant and not an endorsement of Lendistry. I filed for the Relief Grant through a local organization (California women in business) who is familiar with my business and my business partner (wife) and I. They helped us immensely. Lendistry was merely the vehicle for dispersing the grant. I am unsure if they had anything more to do with it than that. That said, I used their portal to fill out all the forms, sign everything and submit. It worked flawlessly. I had no error problems, upload problems or timeouts. No crashes. All in all, it was about as good as a tedious, time consuming project could be, particularly taking into account the severity of the situation.

Although I do very much appreciate the grant we have received the process was extremely stressful. Instructions on what to do after filling out application were clear but once complete notification of receipt or confirmation were not. Customer service info provided was not helpful. The number did not work and left you on hold for hours and hours. When I left a call back number (three times) a phone call was never returned. I feel that a confirmation or even an email with clear instructions saying the process will take longer than expected would be helpful to put everyone at ease and not left in the dark wondering if our application was in process or correct.

I had tried a different lending company and the service, response time was not reassuring at such a worrisome time for my business. Even though I submitted all they asked for, they kept asking for some info again. So I sent it again, and again, and again. Plus, there were so many people to deal with, I was never sure who to call to confirm they received my into. Also, I received much less money that I should have. They used payroll from 2 years ago instead of current. It took much longer than when I dealt with a bank. But I did get some money so that was good.

A company with ok customer service, but misleading information, a poor email / IT system, and a core that obviously cares nothing for the clients they're just stringing along. - Was 'selected' for review. Received approx 6 different emails stating just this. All I had to do was wait...so I wait patiently. - Without any notice, I log into my portal and it reads "application was not selected" CONTRADICTION WOULDN'T YOU SAY? Now, whether or not I was selected for this grant..I want to ask the following: 1. Why the multiple emails of MISLEADING info. When sending your cooKIe cutter emails, try and word them correctly, don't keep sending out the same email that is false inf0. Not to build the hopes up for your clients or 'could have beens? 2. When your company decided to change up completely, on their decision, would it not be nice to inform them? And Upon doing so....let them know. .

I am very thankful to be able to receive help for my business during the shut down. Reviving the funds and assistants that was given allowed me to be able to keep my salon open keeping all my workers employed for reopening info. They were very helpful. I appreciate all the help that was given.

I felt like the people assisting me would never trust my documents even though I had the right documents. I went though 2 representatives who told me different things, one of them said I didn't have the right set of documents and told me it would be rejected. Then I was handed over to another representative who said the documents I had were right, but another set of documents were wrong. And then I told them that these were literally the ones I got from my employer and the tax company I went through. -- It was an emotional and stressful situation and after a month of back and forth I finally got the grant that they had been gate keeping and creating road blocks for. I felt like the people who were helping me out did not know what counted as the "correct" documents and instead of doing research made me dance around in circles in order to beg them to just try to submit it and see if it was correct. In the end they were the correct documents. I did not feel like I was assisted properly, I felt like they never trusted me and it was a very uncomfortable experience.

As a Black/female owned business it can be challenging at times to get the support we need (in all aspects of the company), but Lendistry has simplified the process and made me feel confident and comfortable during the process from the application all the way to funding, it was nothing but a great experience.

We used lendistry to apply for a grant last year for our business. It was simple and the response was quick. We were updated on the progress as we went so I would definitely use them again. Only issue was logging in, over time, my passwords didn’t seem to work and I had to reset them. Not sure if it was a security thing or site issue. It was frustrating but they did email me every time they had an update on the grant so that made things easy in the long run.

Terrible experience with Lendistry. Some of the call service agents are terrible explaining, I was supposed to be awarded $10,000, but was awarded only $1000 and there is no one to answer why. They can't even help to get in touch with loan officer(Erick Rodriguez, awful loan officer).

I was picked in the final round and excited to receive some additional working capital. Unfortunately, as I completed the process, I was surprised when my company got misclassified and denied funding. The process of getting selected for the grant was quite long. The steps to uploading the documents was easy, but it took some time until it got verified and accepted. If your business is legit, you will receive the grant but you’ll need to provide all the documents required to show proof that your business is legit. This COVID-19 grant is helpful to my business in providing money to operating and expenses.

Thanks for the first grant that I have received for $5000. But for the next round, Lendistry always send me several emails asking me to complete the data, which I did complete it. The only thing is to link to my bank account which I will do so if they approve the grant for my application. Or Does this means they want me to open the link to my bank account to PLAID all the time? I do not feel it's safe to do so for security reason.!!!

Our company applied for the California Relief Grand through Lendistry's website. The process was easy and professional we uploaded the needed documents to their website and waited for approval. I did have a few questions which was easy to get answers promptly. It was also easy to reach them by phone. Very different than trying to reach the SBA regarding the EIDL loan. The approval from the state of California took a while, but we were finally approved and got the grant we were expecting . We weren't approved until the 6th round but was worthwhile waiting. Couldn't be more happy with Lendistry everything went smoothly.

I was relieved to see the grant. I had been waitlisted 6 times, and I had to resubmit forms that I had already submitted when I originally signed up for the program. But once I received the notice that my grant was now coming, it all went very smoothly and the money was in my account within one week of the notice.

The website was a little hard to navigate, but the website did let you know which documents you had to upload. I had no problems in uploading everything I needed and the website kept me up to date about my progress, along with the emails.
