I'm super impressed with Keystone Chevrolet, they have great vehicles at great affordable prices, the salesman work with you and have a few banks and credit unions they use and trust, they got my daughter in law into a beautiful car that has everything in it, we were only there for 2½ hours and drove off in loaded beautiful Chevy car! Anyone needing a dependable vehicle, please go see or call Josh McNeil, you can get $150 referrals as well! Had the absolute funnest and best time with Josh finding a vehicle tonight, he made the night great! I will only go to Keystone Chevrolet for vehicles now just because of our great experience!

My experience at Keystone Chevrolet was a wonderful experience! Brandon Pittman was my salesman he was very nice , informative and went above and beyond to make sure my car purchases was hassle free and in a timely fashion! I have had such a wonderful experience with Keystone Chevrolet. I went to so many dealers trying to find a car because of the market lately and they were the only dealer to work with me and help me get into a great car. I am so in love with my car. And Rico has been outstanding the whole time! He has gone the extra mile to help me with the process and make it convenient for me. He picked my car up when I was at work to have it serviced and brought it back to me the next day at work as well! Even today he brought me the spare key for my car. Today, while traveling over 400 miles from Louisiana to Kansas, our car had some issues. We made a call to Keystone Chevrolet desperately describing our situation to Ms. April and she told us to come right on in. We made it to the dealership and were treated with so much care, kindness, and professionalism. April got us in right away to assess our problem. While walking us through the repair process, we decided it would be best to look at new car options. We were greater by Josh McNeil and he was truly a dream come true. Not only did he make sure to get us every single thing we asked for, he also made my family feel at ease. To make things even better he provided our two small children with snacks, water, and an area to play and rest. I have never been treated so well before while car shopping. The Keystone team are the absolute best and I am so thankful for them.

Update May 25, 2022. So I finally got my vehicle back from the service department. Won't go into details. However I was told by my service advisor that because of the issues I had she would comp my oil change. I told her to go ahead and change the oil before I picked up my car and stupidly assumed she did but I get a text from my car this morning and saying that my oil was at 5%. I checked my car and sure enough it's at 5% evidently they didn't change the oil. I'll never go back to Keystone Chevrolet. But I believe in giving credit or credit is due one service advisor first name is clay get his best you step in and assist. He gave me lots of information concerning my vehicle and how to care for it after the repair. I truly appreciate his efforts. And I'm happy for all of those of you who have had good experiences

I’m for the most part pretty happy with what they did for me. There was a recall and I got an oil change. I will say, it took a lot longer than I was expecting and having some communication about time expectation and checking in while I was waiting in the lobby. Those seats might be fine for a short period of time but waiting for hours they were killer. Kind of angled to kind of push you out of it. The people were super friend and helpful otherwise though. No issues and would happily return.

Joe took great care of me!! I'm so happy with my experience there and the car I bought! Customer service is top notch! They even took my poor little old Civic for a trade in! I would recommend Keystone and direct you to Joe for a great buying experience anyday!!

So many dealers say they got you approved. Only to get there and say you need an arm and a leg for a down payment or tell you no. But Keystone has done me good twice. Just had my 2021 Colorado ZR2 taken in for an alignment, and everything went very well. The only negative gripe is the price. The main concern was to get the steering wheel set back to center. To do so involved correcting the steering wheel to center, rechecking the front alignment, and tightening everything back to spec. This being north of 100.00 dollars for something that took less than an hour just seems extravagant. Other than that everything else was top notch. Friendly service, clean facilities, and great coffee! Thanks guys.

Ryan was one of the most understanding, kind, and sincere car dealers I've ever had the privilege of meeting. Words cannot describe how painless he has made car shopping for me. I fully recommend them for a worry free car buying experience.

Worst Experience. My Grandson went to look a a car. Of coarse they took advantage of a LOCAL STUDENT trying to look at a car. The Sales manager is incompetent and ran the boys credit 22 times.... Killed his credit score. Look deeper into this companies reviews, they write the positive reviews for themselves, I would be shocked if anyone else would. WHY? How does hurting this young man help Keystone SS Residents know not to do business with Keystone due to their reputation. These are the Worst kind of folks. I TOOK him to a GOOD dealer that showed us honesty and integrity. I had to co sign a car for him due to running his credit 22 times he had no way to buy on his own(he want to do this on his own) after 22 hard inquiries Read less

My salesman Russell went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted. He didn’t hassle me to choose something I didn’t want. He worked really hard to get me approved. I highly recommend Russell and Keystone to anyone and everyone.

Tyler Morgan in sales and Chad and Tony in finance they were absolutely wonderful they gave me the best deal a Chevy Camaro 2021. I couldn’t believe how helpful they were compared to other car sales places. It’s the first time in a long time I ever had a car purchase under two hours with approval.

The customer service was terrible... I felt like they were 100% trying to take advantage of me. The sales manager didn't listen to my requests. They tried to force me into buying something that would've cost $500 a month & rushed me with paperwork. I backed out in the end & when I asked about looking at another vehicle in my price range, the sales person stomped away with a negative attitude. Sure, this place will approve you if your a first time buyer or don't have credit, but there's a cost. Luckily, I shopped around & found the vehicle I wanted, no cosigner, & my monthly payment is $300. Your better off looking at a buy here pay here place, then this dealership. They smelled of dishonesty.

Sells guy was super nice ! However I was there from 1pm until 7:30 pm and as we were finalizing paperwork it was for a complete different car other than the one we had been discussing the sells guy stated he was new and it seemed as if the manager was not assisting the new car sells man as he should have because there was clearly a miss communication with the manager and sells guy

Even tho things got off on the wrong foot/direction with a salesman. I called the main number n was put in touch with Lorenzo, the Finance Manager n he graciously listened to my frustrations n was immediately put with Austin Boyer in Sales n he immediately wanted to turn things around for the way I was treated n I somewhat felt disrespected and Austin did just that.....so, I would like to thank Mr.Lorenzo and Austin "Danger"Boyer for the way that myself n my husband was so graciously treated ....this will hopefully be the 3rd vehicle purchase for us from Keystone Chevrolet...I have much faith in Danger trying to help us find the right vehicle....Thank you, Cyndi n Richard Shamblin

Brought my malibu in with troubles starting, it needed a new alternator and it had a coolant leak. Keystone Chevrolet had my problems fixed and tooken care of within 2 weeks.

Wasted 6 hours of our time on a vehicle that wasn't even ready to leave the lot nor had our loan approved when we signed the paperwork for it. When we went back on Monday to pick the truck up and drop off the trade in everything got changed to they were not giving us the amount they said they would on the trade in nor giving us the money to payoff our other car to help make the payments on the truck we wanted. We will never go back to this place again.

This is the best dealership that we went to. I no longer wanted to go to a dealer after a terrible experience that we had when we tried to buy a car 1 month after we had a car accident. Yesterday, my wife called Keystone Chevrolet Sand Springs and got a hold of Brandon Pittman. Less than an hour later, he contacted her back and invited us to go to the dealership to finalize paperwork. I was not really convinced and almost did not go due to my previous experience with a different dealer, but finally caved in at the insistence of my wife. We went there, and Brandon was very professional and accommodating. He went above and beyond to help us get approved (we have bad credit), to the point that he was able to get us a monthly payment that was lower than expected for people with bad credit. We were able to drive home a 2016 Nissan Rogue S, thanks to Brandon's help. We highly recommend Keystone Chevrolet Sand Springs, and make sure to ask for Brandon.

Had a GREAT experience here!! Heard their ad on the radio and wanted to see how it would turn out. Miguel worked with me during the whole process. The car I was trading in broke down on me and he sent someone to pick me up and told me to have the car towed there. Even with all that they gave me a great offer AND even worked with me so I was able to make the down payment possible. And on top of all that, I got a ride TO and FROM the dealership. Would definitely do business with them again and I HIGHLY recommend them.

worst dealership ever. sold me a car with a branded title and failed to mention that to me. 2 weeks after I left with my car the engine light came on, I brought It back for them to fix and ALL they did was reprogram it. the light and tire pressure light both came on 10 minutes after I left picking up my vehicle. THEY ARE WORTHLESS AND HORRIBLE. 1000% DO NOT RECOMMEND. MIKE WEST IS THE MANAGER, HE IS TERRIBLE.

I went to trade my 2008 jeep commander out for something more realible. The experience was great and our salesmans Ricardo Pacheco was amazing and not pushy and helped find the right vehicle and payment . Will definitely buy future cars from here.

Worst experience. Didn’t disclose that the car i purchased had a branded title on it After purchasing my car 2 weeks later the engine light came on when taking my car back in to get looked at. MIKE WEST insisted that he didn’t have to fix it and “the deal was done” After haggling with them they agreed to fix it kept my car for two days without looking at it. They called me to come pick it up And the engine light was back on before even went 10 min off the lot. They just cleared the computer to turn the light off instead of fixing it. They keep telling me nothing can be done about it the deal has been financed and I’m out of luck. They don’t care about their customers only a paycheck.

My parents were going to buy a car. First they were told they were approved for no money down and when it came time to get the car, they were told they needed $1000 down. The dealership seemed very unorganized and couldn't keep their information straight. My parents left without a car and very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend to anybody to go there

the WORST experience i've ever had to deal with, they sell cars that are have a lemon law and don't even mention to the customer. they will tell you they're going to "fix it" but really they just bandaid it. i took my car in so they could fix the issue, which was engine light and tire pressure light. they had it for 2 days NEVER TOUCHED IT, i called and called and haggled with them to finally look at it. the morning they called and said it was ready, i go get it and THE LIGHTS CAME ON BEFORE I GOT HOME. they refuse to do anymore and i will never be back there. They also failed to mention that the car had a BRANDED TITLE FOR LEMON LAW. they had already sold it to one customer, and it was brought back for the same reason. they never mention this to me AT ALL. MIKE WEST AT KEYSTONE IS THE WORST EVER.

I have a four cylinder Colorado. It cost me more money to have the oil changed in that then it does when I take my mother-in-law's six cylinder Impala. The excuse used by the service writer was because it's a light truck. It does not take any more oil or effort to change the oil in that Colorado than it does that Impala and no one can explain to me why it costs more other than to say well it's a light truck.

Just another "get your hopes up" Car lot. I was told it was a done deal then after the car was test driven was told they couldn't do me any good unless I took a car they wanted me to take. And that car wasn't even on the lot yet for me to even look at but they sure pushed it for me to buy. Wonder want was wrong with it that they wanted it bought sight unseen.

Josh McNeil was awesome. This was my first time buying a vehicle. The whole team was great.

They told me that they had a bank that would finance me after I had been on my job 90 days with $1000 down. I came back after 90 days on the job and $1000 in hand, then told me that I would need $3000 down at least. They apparently don't keep their word.

Ricardo was a wonderful salesman that made the process easy, kept updating us while trying to find the best fit for my husband and I, as well as the user car sales manager. So far I am very happy with the help I received when going to apply for a car. This is my first car and I am so glad Matt Smith helped me along the way. I would give no stars if I could. Your service department is a scam and a ripoff. We came in to have a warrantied part fixed and you charged us $145 to do a scan and then told us it was not the warrantied part and tried to get us to do over $3,000 in other repairs. We took the car back to our mechanic and paid him to fix it. All the other problems went away and it was the cam shaft cover that was supposed to be warrantied and not cost us anything. Your employee was condescending and rude. We will need bring a vehicle to be worked on by you .

Very bad service department. They diagnosed problem and said it would cost 1671.00 to fix catalytic converter front one and all it was was a piece of tail pipe leaking causing sensor to have check engine light come on. Took it to another mechanic and fixed for 150.00 thank God for honest people that are still in this world. I will never take anything to them again. Beware of this place they will lie to you and take advantage of you. They have many bad reviews. They still charged me for diagnosed part. 145.00 and got it fixed for 150.00 what a joke.

Went in to look for a new vehicle. I was immediately told that I wouldn't get the payments I was looking for if I purchased a truck, this was prior to them running my credit. I had a trade that I had a fair amount of equity in. After looking around a bit the salesman repeatedly avoided my request for a price. Then they charged me the full NEW MSRP price for a used vehicle with several thousand dollars worth of hail damage, after repeatedly promising me that they would get me a good deal. Granted it was a newer vehicle with low miles, but still a completely dishonest and loathsome business practice. I had been there several hours and was sick of the run around. So the fact that they never once gave me a price slipped my mind, until I was sitting in the finance office signing papers. By the time I had noticed it, I was past caring. But hey, that's what they do. Keep you there until you just stop caring. Several years ago, I got the exact same run around luckily I was far more vigilant.This will be the last time I buy from Keystone.

I have dealt with buy cars from 3 different dealerships in the past 6 months, so I was completely nervous to go this weekend to try and get out of the horrible car I just bought from a horrible dealership. I just knew I was going to have to jump through all kinds of hoops to get a different car. However I was pleasantly surprised when I got there. Chad Cummings was eager to help me find a car I not only wanted but could afford and would be reliable for the 2 hour drive everyday that I'm about to start making. He was super understanding with what I had just dealt with at the other dealerships that I've dealt with the past few months and he went out of his way to make sure I didn't have to go through that again. He found me an amazing car (that I can afford), he stayed late, until after they closed trying to get everything done for me and when they couldn't reach the banks since it was so late, he took care of everything before I got there the next day, so that all I to do was sign papers and drive away in my new car. I am definitely going to recommend him to anyone that I meet that needs a car. I loved the fact that Keystone has insurance people there that can help with the insurance process before you even drive away so you aren't stuck with making the call and trying to figure out how to get copies printed off. I don't remember the gentleman's name that help us with the insurance but he was super helpful and nice. Matthew Bates was the gentleman that helped me with my finance paperwork. He was amazing, made sure I understand everything I was signing before I signed it unlike most dealerships where they rush you through it so you barely have time to even read it, much less understand it. If I could I would give Keystone Chevrolet and their amazing staff 100 stars, but it only lets me give them 5, darn it. Everyone I spoke to while I was there was super friendly and very helpful. Just bought a 2016 Subaru Forester from Keystone and I found the salesman (Greg) to be pretty straightforward and honest. I had to get a car immediately due to engine problems with the current car I was driving. They did set me up with a car that day. I feel a little taken advantage of though. They said that I owed a deferred down payment of $1000 within 2 weeks. I am a single mom and only have my income coming in. I called to see if they would give me a little extra time to come up with the money knowing that i needed until the middle of Sept to come up with the other half. Knowing that they work with bad credit I thought it was worth a shot whereas I know other dealerships will put you in a vehicle with no down payment. They are unwilling to work with me and said they will come get the car. I would not recommend Ryan S.

I recently bought an SUV at a buy here pay here lot and had an engine blow out, and needed out of my car and I came to Keystone after being turned down at other dealerships and found a low mileage nice SUV still under its factory warranty. It runs and drives great. Matt Stephens was amazing and patient. I was very nervous because of my last buying experience, but I got a nicer vehicle that is newer with low miles. Austin & Marty made my car buying experience a great one. They all were very helpful from the time I walked in up til the time I drove off the lot. I wasn't pressured, hackled or forced, Marty was patient explained everything. He allowed me to ask questions and gave honest answers. Everyone I encountered was nice.

I was not an easy customer and Josh McNeill was patient and attentive. He indulged my inquisitive nature and need for a thorough buying experience. Keystone also had the most pre-owned vehicle selection than other dealers in the area so it made getting one in my budget a bit more easy.

I went there because I am a person that would prefer to do business where I live. However, I was treated rudely by the salesman and I am sure it was because I am a woman that they offered me less for my trade than any other dealer. What the kicker is, when I received a phone call from a person there today asking me if I was still in the market. I told him about my experience there and he hung up on me while I was still talking. I will never go there again. I went to another dealership and was treated well and given a more than fair price for my trade. My lesson from this is never settle.

I traveled two hours to give Keystone a chance because of an ad about a big sale I heard on the radio; none of what was said in the radio ad was even mentioned to me I went to look and check things with intention to buy if the right vehicle came along and if the payments could be in the range I want and can afford right now. I was told through an email and phone conversation that what I was asking was doable. I get to the pre-owned building things start out okay and smooth. Pretty quick I’m being told that it wasn’t possible to get the payments where I need them. I was told a couple of times by the salesman, “well you drove two hours so your intentions are to buy tonight.” My intentions were to buy ONLY if I could get what I wanted. I was hassled for almost two hours to be rudely told if I had a co-signer they could get my payments in the price range. That should have been mentioned to me very early on, then I probably would have left with a new vehicle. But what really made me mad was when I decided I was too tired and flustered to continue and just needed to go home, I was mocked. I called my mother to speak to her about co-signing, but I had made the decision to wait and give myself time to think and process. After I spoke to my mother, and informed the salesman I was done and going home he says to me, “mommy won’t help you?” And it was said in a very mocking and demeaning tone. After all this, I had to wait for them to find my keys to the car I was going to trade in. I will not be returning to Keystone Chevrolet and I will not recommend them. To say I was embarrassed to be talked to like that is an understatement. To earn my business, you do not have to mock or intimidate me.

Everyone that I talked with was positive, helpful, and courteous. They answered my questions and helped to get everything done that needed to be done. When it ended up taking longer because of ordering parts I was able to get a rental car. I have never been treated so well anywhere. I wasn't sure about going to a dealer to get work done have heard stories about cost but since I recently bought the car figured it was worth trying I am so glad that I did.

My daughter chose a nice used car that she could afford, all the paperwork was done she took the car home. 2 days later they call and say that monthly payment has to be raised 20 dollars. Something with the loan lenders. Have spoke to Tony Winkle manager and the Salesman about this. Was told 1300 more down would get the payment back to where it was... Stay Tuned........headed back there now......Now changing my rating to 5 stars! Jamie was the salesperson, great job! Hero out of all this was Matthew in finance!! This is the last time I take my truck to Keystone. The last 2 time I was offered a loaner and when I got there they were all gone, according to Daniel the service rider I even called the night before like he asked. he stated he would call me back and never did not the first tine for no communication from Daniel. The last time I took my truck in he stated there was a recall on the air bag I told him to go ahead and fix it. I had no warning lights or indicator lights on before this, when I got my truck back with in a week I had a service air bag indicator on. I took it back and guess what it was supposedly a problem in a different area, but remember before I took it in I had no warnings or service messages showing I think they set themselves up for more work.

When I went to Keystone I didn't know exactly what type of car I wanted but I did know how much money I would pay for one. Nathan Glass was the best salesperson I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He didn't show me a bunch of cars I couldn't afford. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. Had by far the the best first experience of buying a car at this dealership. I highly recommend anybody to get a car from here. My salesman was honest with me, worked hard to get my in the car I wanted within my budget and what I wanted, got me cheap insurance rates, and overall just did anything he could do to take care of me and make sure I was happy customer with what I was getting. I had sat at other car lots for 7-10 hours, and worked multiple days on getting a car, and had continued to come up empty. But, when I got in touch with Mikey, 3 hours later, I was driving away in my new Nissan 350Z. He made it easy, let me choose the car I wanted, and was taking care of my family while I was there as well, offering them beverages and food as well. I have the utmost respect for Mikey. Keystone is a joke. They advertise that they will get you out of your current car loan, no matter how upside down you are. But they leave out that you have to have at least another 3000 down. I have never heard an actual person talk good about keystone. So I have a really hard time believing all these reviews. High pressure is another reason not to go there. We had a salesman standing outside my car door before I even shut it off. It took everything I had to even get out of car at that point. Wish I would have followed my gut and put it in reverse and drove away. Our salesman Marvin wasn't bad. But he didn't seem to anxious to get me into something new. This is the 2nd bad experience we have had with keystone. It will definitely be the last too.

******UPDATE ****** After posting this review yesterday, today they ran my credit report multiple times WITHOUT MY CONSENT apparently in RETALIATION lowering my credit score even more. My daughter was buying a vehicle and was told she needed a co-signer due to her age. I finally agreed to as long as I was not the buyer. I repeatedly and adamantly told everyone there I would only co-sign because I wanted to buy my own vehicle soon. I was assured of this each time. When it was all done, I was the buyer with all payments and I'm stuck with this on my credit and can't buy a vehicle for me until this is paid off in 5 more years. I was lied to buy everyone there. NEVER TRUST THEM ABOUT ANYTHING. MY OPINION THEY CROOKED

I first went to Keystone Chevrolet and met Miguel, who is my salesman. After a long hard month and looking at many different cars, we were finally able to decide on one. He got everything ready in record time and if we had any issues or questions he was more than happy to answer them. The service there was great and I couldn't be happier with our choice. My friend will be back in a few weeks to get a car for herself. This is a great company and I highly recommend Miguel and Keystone Chevrolet.

I had great service when I bought my first car from keystone, I Just bought my second car and worked with Ryan Rodriguez and was totally comfortable and I am satisfied he did all he could to get me a great deal. I have had a heart experience here and I will return in the future!

I drive by the place constantly. Was headed home from the store and saw a couple trucks similar to what I had been looking at. Told the salesman I was interested in one. But I had groceries in my truck and couldn't stay. Gave him my number and asked him to call me with the best they could do on the price. Never heard from him again. Bought another truck a couple weeks later from Fowler Ford. They did great.

I was looking for a good used car, I have shopped at Keystone the last two times we bought a car and have had GOOD service. This has changed now... Tyler Miller was our salesperson and was AWESOME! The sales and finance staff were very good to work with. Matt Smith, the sales rep was very patient and attentive to detail, and I felt no pressure what so ever from Matt, or from the finance manager. I had done my own calculations re: trade-in value, length of loan, and interest rate, and Keystone hit all areas on their own, and made me feel that I got a very fair deal for this transaction. They were very professional, and would highly recommend Keystone Chevrolet to buy a new or used car at. If it is a used car, contact Matt Smith. Most car dealerships have a bad reputation for baiting you in and promising the world. That was not my experience at Keystone Chevrolet, the honesty up front and the hard work to actually provide a good car buying experience was very refreshing. They did not use misleading terminology or the classic salesman tactics that take advantage of many people. I visited several dealerships in the area before Keystone, one thing that stood out elsewhere was the lack of knowledge of their own product, the guys at Keystone not only provided an honest relaxing experience, but also knew their product inside and out. I was looking through the Manager's Special vehicles to replace a second car when I was approached by Billy. He was very friendly and courteous. I have bought two vehicles here now and have been really happy with both. Both times I've been unsure of what kind of vehicle I was looking for. Both times I've described my needs and they made educated suggestions. They have a great selection and are more than happy and patient while you decide. Ask for anyone with the last name Adams, Brad, Bobby, or John! They are all great guys and sincerely want you to have a great car buying experience! Very painless and it didn't take all day like it did when I bought from another dealership.

For starters, Keystone's radio advertising is bogus. They say no matter what your credit is like, all trade in accepted even if you're upsidedown as long as you bring home $299 a week you are approved. It was all a lie. My credit isn't the best but I have a truck that's nearly paid off that I'm not upside down and I make far more than the required weekly pay. I was still denied within 5 minutes. I first spoke with a salesman over the phone. I did the credit application over the net. He knew I wasn't going to be approved but he didn't tell me that. Rather he had me drive over an hour only to try to dupe me into getting a co-signer. I will say that I met with another salesman named Nate and he was honest and straightforward. I have nothing bad to say about Nate only the company that he works for. Don't waste your time!

Wow, I am so grateful to keystone. I have poor credit but, am also very picky. I did not think I would be able to get financed. Not only did I get financed I am driving away in a beautiful truck that I love. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I am extremely excited. I'm working on my credit and I also have a wonderful new truck. Today is a great day!!!!

I was in a bad place car wise. My vehicle broke down and I called in and spoke to Marvin Jackson. He helped ease my frustration when I had my broken down car towed to the dealership instead of judge and dismiss me he took his time. He was busy assisting another customer at the time (close to 1800) and instead of making me wait he entrusted is coworker Josh McNeil to help me. I started speaking with Chance Oldham 3 weeks ago online about upgrading a pickup truck we had recently purchased from them due to expecting an addition to our family. I told him what we needed in a vehicle and he definitely listened! He got us into a 4 wheel drive, crew cab Chevy pickup with the same payments that we had with the other truck. Small confusion started on line with Chance and then picked up in person with Russell Brown... I felt bad but I was assured the mix up was made right! Pet friendly location I love getting a visit from their fur baby!! So as far as service from Matthew in finance helping me get a great deal to Gary in their insurance department... AMAZING doesn't even cover it ... he recommended shopping for better insurance he did all the work saved me big bucks and I got more coverage. Guess what he even called me and set me up with the new company! I have to say this team works great together and of course Russell answered all my stupid questions and didn't even get upset when I asked how to connect my phone to the car!! Anyway I have bought from this location a few times but a long time ago.first new car in 20 years lol

Service technician did not make an initiative to contact me about me vehicle when he had my vehicle for 8 days. Service technician would say he called and left messages, but did not. I spent 1,300 for repairs and when I came to pick up my car the repair on my tire was not complete and my check engine light came on after I left the dealership. Came back the next day and I had to wait as if I just brought my car in with new issues. Definitely wasn’t considered priority when they didn’t complete the job and failed to see why my check engine light was still on after they “completed repairs”.

Very rude!!! Trying to resolve an account for a deceased loved one. No help, just rude attitude!! Boyfriend of the deceased was supposedly advised by the dealership/lender to keep the car of the deceased as long as he makes the payments but the dealership will not provide info about the account to the children of the deceased who live out of state, trying to resolve accounts. "Have to have Power of Attorney" but boyfriend does not?? You don't get Power of Attorney over the deceased for anyone who doesn't know this. No evidence of co-owner or co-signer. Red Flag Act??? We have SS# and a death certificate!!! 🤬 I guess it's off to probate for everything. Ridiculous!!!

My wife and I came into keystone with the intention of finding her a vehicle that she could feel safe in with our young daughter. That’s exactly what we found thanks to RICO. Took my car in because transmission issues, they had it two weeks and said it was fixed. Not even a week later took it back because the same problem plus this time it was saying lost communication with ABS, power steering and a few other things. A week later picked it up because they hadn't even looked at it yet. It was still under manufacturer warranty at that time, they said they had to follow a process and try different things before they could fix it. BS! I took it to a transmission shop and had it fixed within 24 hours. It seems they might have unplugged a few things and reset the codes but didn't fix it. I promise they won't get my business or a recommendation from me. However, Russell in the sales department was fantastic when we bought the car in 2019.

My friend, who also did not have good credit, even told me that they will not make you leave the dealership without a car. Brandon Pittman helped us out with kindness and professionalism. He, together with their finance department, helped us out with getting the kind of car that we need (we got a 2016 Nissan Rogue S with only 50K miles on it) and a very good car financing deal. They even made sure that it includes gap insurance (which the dealer where we got our car that got wrecked did not include and did not inform us about). Everything was done efficiently. My radiator cap was left off causing vehicle to expell most of the coolant and overheat. They did fix the issue but I will definitely be using a different service department in the future.

My first truck buying experience. They lied to us, sold us a truck thats was a lemon out of California they never disclosed the truck was a lemon only a buy back . only said that the truck was a buyback due to previous owner couldn't afford it anymore. Manager is well aware of what happened. had numerous problem out of the truck since the first or 2nd week . now the transmissions is bad an all of a sudden the warranty is out so now and wanted me to come out of money to pay $6000 for replacement and make payments . They knew what they was selling. I have a $32000 lawn ornament an still been paying the note on a broke down truck. Gm financial refuse to help as well. What am I supposed to do now. Its crazy how they was willing to sell it knowing the history they refuse to disclose before signing. I would give a negative 5 stars of it was an option

I came here a few years back looking for a car and was trying to get my first car without a cosigner. They did everything they could do and finally was able to set me up in a 2016 Nissan which had everything that I was looking for. I jusy recently got a old Silverado with a recall on it and they were able to get the new parts in faster than expected and was able to get it replaced while I was on my lunch break. This place is a great place to get your vehicle. Compared to the other Chevrolet dealership ive been to doesn't even come close to satisfactory like keystone.

I was able to get into a car even being upside down on my loan which was fantastic. I knew I wanted a Malibu and the salesman Joseph was not pushy into another vehicle which was appreciated because other dealerships would be pushy. But after I left the dealership I did get several texts asking for paystubs I already provided several times which I didn't mind but eventually they asked for the same one three times in a row. Overall, good, typical car buying experience! I recommend working with Joseph Garcia if you do head to Keystone for your next car. We had a little misplacement of my temporary tag and Joseph even cleared it up same day resolving that issue! Great guy to work with.

I recently bought a Kia Soul from Josh Mcneil, the real deal. This was my first time buying a car from the lot and it was a great experience. Josh was absolutely awesome. They worked with me and helped me on the price as best as they could. AND even when I thought something was wrong with the car, they thoroughly checked it out and made sure everything was fine. Their customer service is great! I have no complaints at all. Great atmosphere.

Horrible service. Came in and they offered me 2 cars that had not been cleaned. The first One the power steering box was whining louder than your mom on a Friday night, the tires looked like they were ready for talladega, and it reeked, they didn’t even care to clean it . The ***** they showed us had a lifter tick from hell and the dash was lit up. Very unprofessional. They showed these two after three hours being on property. Would recommend to an enemy so that they could get bent over by keystone Chevrolet.

My experience with Keystone was a great one. Grant did everything he could to try to help me find a truck. Although we did not find something that would work now. Ill definitely be back when the car market rebounds and they can help me get what I truly want.Thanks again Grant.

I started searching for a car at Keystone on the 28th of January 2017. When a very nice and comical salesman by the name of Lonny B. contacted me. Let me just tell you, this man was the best. He not only kept in contact with me (and not the annoying harassing way), but just to make sure i was going to be able to come and get what i actually wanted and be satisfied. After "standing him up" several times due to work, i was finally able to get to Keystone this past Wednesday on the 8th. Again Lonny is awesome. He worked it! By saying that, if it was something i didn't like or felt comfortable with agreeing to , he was ready with another option. He got me in the newest car i have ever owned since i first start driving in my teens...years ago. I am ecstatic about my black 2016 Chevrolet Malibu. Traded in my old 99 Mercedes ML430 no money extra down. Even though it was almost 10:30 before we got out of there,getting there about 7p, he was not letting me leave until i left with something that i really wanted and very much needed. I was very thrilled about that, cause generally u get "an and, or yes but" when you're trying to purchase something. I went in wanting to trade my car in for a different new one as it was that time..between Not knowing what I could get etc.i was very nervous..between,Mike Frizzell and and his team..by the time I was done in drove out in a ,2016 Chevrolet Malibu,LTZ ,,LIMITED EDITION... and at a rate that I didn't think it would be so good..that I liked as your pyms are lower,,and finance..it was like wow..when I called and my call was returned by the ,owner,,management ,,on my back cover ,light.It was Cracked on top which was small but I new eventually it get bigger,Mike Frizzell,,replaced it with no problem at all..something to u on your new car u think they'd say this or that.But it was handle very professional,etc..I was so relieved and very thankfull .As they are there for you before and after u purchase a vehicle from,,KEYSTONE CHEVROLET....IN ..SANDSPRINGS OK..They have their own shop etc,,so u don't have to go and look for this or that..it can be as simple as a ,Oil Change to something major...They will get u in fast and as they are doing whatever u need done they have a loaner car so your not stuck their.They will call u when it's done.I like to say ,Thankyou for the shop people as they no exactly what they are doing.and it always comes with a guarantee..so when it's that time to look for a new vehicle,go to ,,Sandsprings,,KEYSTONE CHEVROLET..as they work their hardest and listen to what u say..I'd like to give all of them a big,,THANK...as I no they will be their if I ever need anything done on a vehicle I purchase from,KEYSTONE CHEVROLET ..

Looking at other reviews and considering the family members, coworkers, and even a Lyft driver who recommended me to this dealership, I must have caught them on an off day. I decided to drive the 40 minutes to visit rather than shop local because I was told they were the best. I drove away disappointed after, having been there for several minutes, I was not so much as greeted or kindly asked to wait while they assisted other customers. I haven't been ignored that hard since I visited a Sprint store some years ago on behalf of my deployed husband. I walked out on them also. Will not return. Can not recommend.

No such thing as credit immunity that they advertise on the radio. Be aware.

I don’t recommend anyone taking their car here for work not even a oil change, cause I Took my car in to get the oil change they tell me I need valve gasket, then proceed to call me later to tell me one of the bolts are stripped and then tell me the oil pan bolt is stripped and I have to pay extra for helicoil, then I go to Missouri and I have oil leaking and the bolt is loose, so I bring it back for them to fix it and then they strip another bolt while changing out the valve cover and tells me more things need to be fixed, pick my car up and as I’m almost to my sisters there is oil flying all over the car behind me I get in the driveway and sure thing oil leaking everywhere on my motor and car, call them but they are all gone, next morning they send a tow truck to pick my car up, I’m totally scared to even let them touch it and more afraid on how much they plan on charging me again, I so upset I just want my car to be correctly and not have to keep paying for their mistakes!!!! Feeling very unhappy
