Bank of Oklahoma E Broadway St, Sand Springs

Very unprofessional. Took a week and a half for them to correct a mistake which ended up brings three mistakes. We have been banking with BOK for 20 years and the service has been getting worse since the last five years. Will now look into different banking options.

Customer service at this bank is an absolute joke. They could care less about maintaining customers.

We choose BOK for the majority of our banking needs.

You don't think about or necessarily hear about a lot of bad banking reviews, but every time I've tried to deal with this Bank Of Oklahoma branch, I've been given the raw deal altogether. The most recent disappointment was when my account was closed because of a minor past snafu, which I was able to rectify in 5 minutes with a letter from a former bank. I was neither notified that there was a problem, nor allowed to present said letter as an "all clear". They simply closed the account after just under a week of my opening it, which was just barely NOT enough time to update my pay information, causing my paycheck to be posted to a closed account. Because the bank is holding my paycheck, I've now been a week without being paid, and I'm in debt with friends and family while the Department of the Treasury is trying to strong-arm the information from Bank of Oklahoma as to why they have not returned the check provided me with a replacement check.

Had a new boat and motor financed through this bank in 1997. Wanting to do something with titles and could not fined lien releases. Called and talked with a very fine lady on 9/7/2016 to see if she would please help me. She went above and beyond call of duty and put them in my hand on 9/9/2016. Am not a member of this bank and she treated me with the up most respect. My hat is off to her. Great people to deal with.

My 8 years of banking with Bok Sand Springs have been top notch for me and all my banking needs down to the help from the telephone help lines. All the staff and especially the management have went far beyond most banks personal time and eagerness to assist even with problems that most banks wouldn't and or couldn't satisfy the personal help that I have received my entire 8 years of personal banking with BOK of Sand Springs, Oklahoma! I truly appreciate as well as give my thanks to this bank in its entirety of help and eagerness to go way up and beyond all limits to be of great friendly help and service! They have never failed me in any banking need that I have had with Sand Springs Bank of Oklahoma! Professional help banking at its best!

BOK Sand Springs in my book is a great place for banking business ! I can't say enough about the employee's and they're congenial approach with customers ! Claudia is my go to when I have a problem , she has not once let me down !

One of my employees was at this branch attempting to cash his check. The bank refused to cash it as they could no verify it in their system. It's a BOK check mind you. I told the employee to have them call me. They did not. I then contacted the BOK customer service line, spoke with a manager and filed a complaint. Have the decency to call the bank holder and at least attempt to resolve this issue. Every other branch calls when they want to verify the check.

I was unable to open a personal checking account because I have the same name as my dad, only difference is that I have a Roman numeral two after mine. Is that LAME or what?they wasted about an hour and a half of my time!!!
