Green Country Federal Credit Union S 113th W Ave, Sand Springs

I’ve been a member for about 22years. From SSFCU also they transitioned to new name Green Country Federal Credit Union. The loan department is fantastic and so is member services. The online portal is easy to use and convenient. I’ve used drive-thru, walk-in, called in questions etc. highly recommend this credit union.

I wouldnt recommend this bank to my worst enemy. Problem, after problem. I had a construction loan through them and they went through 3 agents in charge of my file, because they kept quitting. I received no communication each time when this happened and couldn’t get access to the money the builder needed on time - on multiple occasions. Then our file was given to Bob/Brent, and that has helped nothing. This is the typical bank that is willing to screw customers in order to get their money. They’ve stalled moving forward on our loan extension (though claiming they’re ‘rushing) so we have to keep paying interest with nothing to show for it. They even admitted that they’d been working on other projects. We were also misquoted in the very beginning about how much interest would cost each month, and we had paperwork reflecting it, and they didn’t bat an eyelash, and still demanded DOUBLE what we were quoted. It’s just been problem after problem. I would go to any other bank, but this one.

The blonde young man that works the drive through is a jerk! He was not the one helping me, yet he still thought it funny to finger wave and make a stuck up face at me (assuming I was done and was just sitting there) and I tried telling him I'm waiting for my card and receipt... So he turns on the mic and just says "what..." And then the young woman that was helping me said she was sending my card and receipt out. Yeah. Rude, young man.

Been using this credit union for ever. Not going anywhere else. It's the best

Had this CU since 2015 when I finally left the bank I'd had for the previous 20 years. They're helpful and friendly and willing to go the extra mile usually. True CU practices.

Terrible customer service. I was considering opening an account until I was scared away by a hateful staff member for asking a simple question. I won't be back, and I'm sure they're glad (since they obviously don't need the business).

Very helpful when opening up savings and checking. They also have great prices on safety lock boxes!
