They lady in the past was nice the new people are not nice at all. They don’t want to work with you and obviously don’t care and they don’t have solutions for their customers. Over coming objections would of made this a little easier than just automatically being negative. Customer service is not up to par.

He even offered other services available to me once I get further along. Very exceptional customer service and friendly. I was very impressed by his determination and conversation left feeling like I made a smart choice to do business.

I've had a loan with this company for almost a year-and-a-half I've never had an issue they've always been very understanding until today when I spoke to LACEY who is argumentative and barely let me get in a word to explain my situation. I don't have a job anymore because of the pandemic I was using my unemployment benefits to pay off this loan (which is almost paid off) we are not getting the full $600 in unemployment benefits anymore I get about $180. I tried to explain this to her I won't have the money until Monday and she cut me off and proceeded to tell me that she would call back on Monday and that there would be a late fee. I tried to explain to her that if she gave me a late fee that would literally be all my money and I wouldn't have anything left for myself let alone any other bills I have to pay. I WAS CUT OFF AGAIN and she told me you will be receiving a late fee it's in your contract ma'am. I can't wait to have this loan paid off so that I don't have to deal with people like her.

Karen totally wasn’t a Karen and helped me out a lot. I really appreciate you. I could have stayed and hung out all day. She really went above and beyond.

I was in a bind and needed money to get my car repairs done. This was quick and easy I applied In the morning and by 3pm I had the money in my hand. The staff is very professional and friendly. I would recommend this office one hundred percent.

I had called and told them I’d lost my job and couldn’t pay them to just send me to collections were I can pay off with them in time and the manager Shelby dropped off a letter at my physical address! Couldn’t mail it?? Talk about mobster mentality!! Don’t come to my house! Don’t recommend, unless you want to have this type of harassment. I emailed their customer service relations!!

The whole process was fast and easy, and the ladies who work here are super fast and friendly. I started my application online and then we had a phone conversation to make sure the info was right and she called right back to let me know the amount I was approved for. I went in the next day to pick up the check and deposited it right then.

Called and attempted to receive some help with a check they sent me for a loan. Gentleman that answered was very short and rude and was no help at all. Don’t waste your time here
