    I have dealt with the West Salem branch for 15 years. While the players have changed over time, everyone has always been professional, helpful and just plain nice. It is a small branch, so there are only a very few people to deal with. Everything has always been treated like the local people were totally in charge - just like an old-fashioned small bank. And, no I do not work for KeyBank - I'm just happy with them.

    First in line....took 30 minutes to process a deposit and change in the drive thru.....been happening more and more lately.....
