carmen and her team worked very hard and overcame many obstacles across three states and three time zones to get our mortgage approved. their efforts got us into our house and we are very thankful for that!

Carmen and her team are amazing! They truly made the process of refinancing so easy and they provided regular status updates throughout the process so that I never had to wonder what was happening. I was also pleasantly surprised at just how quickly the process went from start to finish. I highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase or refinance a home.

Met our loan officer (Hannah Dreher) and our realtor (Ashley Contreras) at an open house and contacted them later when we were ready to get more serious about buying a house. Neither felt pushy or made us feel uncomfortable. Both were better than expected and would recommend. Hannah was great! She kept us informed throughout the process, answered any questions we had almost immediately, and was always available for a direct phone call if I needed help when signing a document, etc. Thanks Hannah!

BEWARE! If you are a first time home-buyer, or any sane human being, I recommend you run as far as you can from Jessica McNeely and her team! She was NOT helpful, did not explain anything in terms regular folk could understand, and would just send screenshots expecting us to know what we were looking at. When we decided to part ways with her, she e-mailed back the most unprofessional and nasty response. I would never recommend her to anyone I know!!

Ben and his team were great! As a first-time buyer, he was an excellent resource during our first meeting. It seemed like he was able to anticipate my questions before I knew what they were. It was a breeze to work with them as I started my search as well as through the purchase process - communication was open and prompt. Definitely would recommend and refer!

Ben is a capable, professional mortgage lender and can help you get approved for the most possible and even get some of your monthly charges down. Really fast and straight forward communication. Though, when it came time to sign all the paperwork, there were many issues that arose moments before closing, during, and after. The final experience was unpleasant. There were details overlooked I assume due to speed vs efficiency. Most of the time we felt like we were just being churned out rather than being valued. I think it came to the fault of Ben's assistants vs him directly.

As first-time home-buyers "the unknowns" lead to many questions and uncertainty. Thanks to Carmen's (and her team's) availability by email, text and phone, even at odd hours, our questions and concerns were addressed very quickly, which helped to calm our nerves.
