Elite Buyers NW Edgewater St, Salem

Been in the area for almost 2 years and just went here for the first time. Right off the bat, I felt welcome and comfortable after walking through the door. Employee's we're very professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. I went in there too browse, but wound up doing an even trade and the process went very smooth. Pistol was in great condition and I'm super stoked! I'll definitely be back here, they have some great inventory and there's something for everyone here. Cheers

I'd never been in a pawn shop before let alone sold something to one before yesterday. Few times in ones life can u get almost nothing for items you paid $1000's for and leave smiling. I needed an exact amount of cash and they actually gave me more than what I asked for. Fair, honest, compassionate, friendly and funny are just a few nice things I learned about these folks in just minutes. Best part is when I made it home, cuz they gave me gas $$, my dog still told me "he loves me". Thanks guys

Shop was well organized and clean. Staff was very professional which is good to see as many Pawn shops are the complete opposite. It's a little out of the way for me but will definitely be my new "go to".

I would like to start off by saying that in the past when I had something to sell, buy or trade, I wouldn’t look for a pawn shop. I have had to many rip off experiences. After finding Elite Buyers, I have been given very fair prices on things that I sold them. I have sold them numerous firearms and other items. They have also negotiated with me on items that I bought from them or traded. The employees are very cool and work to find a good price.

This is the best pawn shop I've ever been to the owner especially and the staff have all been super kind and aren't like the other pawn shops just trying to make a buck off you. I run out of gas one time going to work and the owner personally put gas in my car just so I wouldn't get in trouble missing work. They really do go the extra mile.

I got to take this beauty home a few days ago. The friendly and knowledgeable guys behind the counter were able to facilitate the process and give me some helpful tips. Fantastic place!!!

Elite Buyers Northwest is amazing and treats you with the upmost respect and customer service no matter it you are purchasing a new item or getting a loan. They are hands down THE BEST Pawn Shop in town, but are also the best electronic, jewelry, gun, or collectible store in town with the best service, but most importantly, you can TRUST them!

I have both bought and sold guns here and picked up ammo a few times. During the pandemic, they were the only place (I could find) that didn't hike up the prices. Good service and knowledgeable staff.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would in a heartbeat. Not only were they able to give me a fair amount on the item I needed a loan for but Brian and the guys had me bring in my newly adopted "puppy" Bosko. Brian gave him a treat and now Bosko has some new friends. I highly recommend this place not because they loaned me a proper amount of money and gave my dog a treat but they are just genuinely nice guys and these days that's hard to find.

Well Brian and Brad are my heroes today. I took a watch in that needed a little Jewel that was missing and sure enough they had a perfect match for me. Super friendly, nice store. Check it out.

My fiance and I have been here a few times and we have ALWAYS had great customer service! We went in last weekend to see if a ring I had seen last time we were there was still available (it was my birthday). It was still available and we were able to purchase it for a great price! This great little shop has a wide selection of items, and even better the staff know the inventory and have a good knowledge of the product. Their gun guy is crazy smart about a wide variety of firearms and always willing to answer your questions. I can definitely see why elite buyers nw received the best new business 2020 award.

Went in there because they had a cool acoustic electric guitar. Talked to the dudes there and they were super nice and cool. I was willing to pay full price because times are tough right now and I wanted to support them as much as I can. They insisted on giving me a deal. They didn’t need to do that. Totally recommend!

I've been down to Elite Buyers NW twice now. The first time I noticed the store I was on lunch break. I stepped inside and took a peak around. They have a great selection of high quality items. I didn't have time to buy anything since I had to head back to work but they didn't mind. They answered all my questions and thanked me for stopped by. The second time I had more time and I brought a couple items down. They offered me more than I think I would I have gotten at other pawn shops in the area and I grabbed a number of items I had been looking for awhile for. Great experience both times.
