When I was panicked because paperwork needed to be notarized and sent immediately nearly at the end of the banking day, Steven Brockway of KeyBank's Skaneateles Bank overheard what I was trying to explain to the teller and immediately understood and stepped in to help me. He was very nice and personable. He helped me efficiently and quickly, easing my mind and panic about the paperwork which needed to be completed quickly so it could be sent overnight by mail.
