KeyBank Gravelly Lake Dr, Lakewood

WOW I'm just off the phone with Robbin from the Lakewood Branch and she's among the best I have ever spoken to with the entire Key Bank organization. She was knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, she answered all my questions and helped my politely and professionally. Even with a touch of humor thrown in for good measure. Loved the interaction and am happy to call this branch home for our business and personal banking. Great job Robbin, thank you so much!!

I just come to this bank to try and get change for my $100 Bill's and was told they could not do it. What bank can't break $100 and give change seriously this was one of my worst experiences ever at a bank its pretty sad you can't get change from a bank that's open on a Saturday. Maybe its cause I'm just a casual person who doesn't have an account here or something cause I saw someone in front of me who had an account get change but I was denied and I'm sorry but money is money shouldn't it be

In recent times all banks have been doing questionable things and frankly ripping people off. I understand that, sadly, however Key Bank has got to be on the top of this list along side with Bank of America. I've banked with is branch for over 15 years and have finally realized that their poor customer service will never change. I don't have any compliant about the people working, because they have to do what they are taught to do. This bank and this branch have disappointed me, i'm not the one to write a review but I feel like you should know this before dealing with this bank. After 15 years of loyalty to them i'm very disappointed.

I used to think key bank was a good bank ... Then they start messing around with your money . taking 3 days to clear your checks ... For what !!! Thats fine ill be in tomorrow to close my account !! I dont recommend this bank to anyone!

keep holding my checks claiming its from a 2 cent overdraft i fixed the same day but its because "i overdrafted it 6 times" and asking very private questions like where i work in order to deposit said check very poor service, invasive questions and harmful "policies"

Great bank, I've been a customer over 10 years and never had any problems. I also referred my kids and they haven't had any either.

Love this branch. Tellers are friendly and very efficient. The bank manager goes out of his way to make sure I understand all transactions. The only issue is that there are not enough tellers for rush times but as always they keep a smile and pleasant attitude. Treat them well. They are your best advertisement!

I went in to deposit my check and Melody was working. She was very rude and snarky: 100% the "Karen" stereotype. She was asking me inappropriate questions regarding my banking status and my age. Will not come back to this bank. I'd rather go to the one in Spanaway or Graham.

I recently opened an account at this branch. The lady that helped me was so friendly. Best customer service I've ever received at any bank.

I'm really starting to hate this bank ...they messed up my ssn so I cant open my mobile banking. Then they can't fix what they messed up over the phone. Make it even worst the branch near me won't answer the phone seriously.
