    Such a rude bank. Stopped in to do a wire transfer at 3:15pm. The lady advised I missed the cutoff at 2:30pm so I’d have to come back tomorrow to do it. I asked to do it now but I understand it won’t process until tomorrow. She wouldn’t do it. She said they only do same day. What?! I will go to Keybank near my home and get the wire done today so I don’t have to break up my schedule tomorrow to do it. I bank with 3 other banks and have done several wires over the last 3 years and I’ve never been turned away because of the cutoff time, it just means the wire won’t show until the next day. The lady was so cold and didn’t care that she was causing an inconvenience. Stay away from this location!

    Closing my Accounts ASAP We have 3 different banks that we work with, for each company , during pandemic WF was the worse the other banks handle the situation better, at WF you see many people over 6 , only 2 tellers other two talking to each other like nothing is happening the other two sending people to other branches. At the other bank you have 3 tellers and even the manager working hard doing whatever it takes for customers , seems like the issue here is management. Today I wanted to deposit money in to my personal account they told me then can’t take cash !!! Not even at ATM So because of this específico branch we took the decision to close this account and move it other bank, and now I’m ready to close my personal. I’m also taking the extra time to tell my friends , family and customers to our better and friendly and new bank !!!

    People are usually very friendly and nice which is helpful but please update your hours online Or even better be open on Saturdays at least for a couple of hours.

    After banking with Wells Fargo for more than 9 years, this branch makes me think about switching. Recently went in to make a transaction and was met at the front door by a well stacked security guard, asking me "what brings you in?". I briefly explained and was told to have a seat by the door. He went and brought another gentleman that introduced himself and restated the same question. I was then told I needed an appointment.. although both men were polight, this seemed very cold and was not a good experience. I would never attempt to enter this branch again. If they are so worried about security, they should close or go to drive up window only. You don't treat people that store "untold" amounts of money with you, this way.

    Pretty fitting to see a bunch of one stars. I've never had more financial "errors" than with wells Fargo. Disaster of a bank and I am counting the seconds to closing my account.

    It's incredibly annoying going to a business that claims they are open, when they are not. If only the ATM is open, say that only the ATM is open. Saying the branch is open from 9am to noon is a lie. Correct your online hours, or be open when you claim to so you don't waste your customers time.

    What was going on at this Wells Fargo Branch? This is my bank, we had just come from my daughter's bank, where she took me to for a notary and the bank sent us out without even seeing us, then we came into my bank, Wells Fargo; Since, I was traveling and away from home, I thought all Wells Fargo Banks were the best with customer service. People standing around talking and not even tending to customers. Security guide said that we would be helped but that there was just a little wait time. Teller who was standing around talking to another teller came up and said we are short staffed and suggested we go some where else for help. I was appalled. I thanked the teller but my daughter pointed out how the women teller were just standing around talking and sending all the customers back out the door. I promised to write this branches wasted time and lack of concern for the customers down; because, I had never visited a Wells Fargo facility with such behavior before. Just getting paid for doing nothing. At this point, it did not make any sense, I had to go my other bank which is Bank of America, they helped with no problem and were kind and courteous and very professional. Hope this does not happen to someone else. Follow up: I did receive an apology from this bank and it was what I expected of this to live up to their years of very good customer service.

    I called , they answered and hung up. I would’ve been fine with a wait time or a warning . But just rudely cut me off . This place has always been that way. In various ways . Regardless of them getting new people, this place just doesn’t get better . They apologize way too much rather than fixing the problem. Do better Wells Fargo. been going on for years .

    I’m not sure what is happening at this branch. I stood outside teller door for over 10 minutes. There were two customers inside standing around that had appear to have been helped. I was told to drive around to get 2 rounds of quarters bc they could not send them through the machine. No one has acknowledged me. I called inside and no one answered the phone.
