Chase Bank Gravelly Lake Dr, Lakewood

I was helping a disabled lady with sending a money order. The teller, whose name is Matt at Lakewood branch, has attitude problems. He is extremely rude without any reason, acts as if angry at costumers. I wish it’s nothing to do with the race. The manager or supervisor should have trained the staff the right way.

This is the closest bank , but BOTH their outside ATMs have been 'unavailable' for over a month!!! Such a pain to have to go inside to make a deposit 😡 Fix your machines in a timely manner !!! So inconvenient!!

There is only one banker at this location and they're booked out 6-8 weeks. Not so friendly staff and the bank smells dirty.

Couldn't access account online. Had to go in to find out they closed checking and savings account without any warning at all.

One of the more incompetent chase branches you will encounter. Staff is pretty rude and unaccommodating, with not a single thank you or have a nice day...

Try to avoid Chase bank. Even though their credit cards are great, their banking and customer service is awful. Waited for an hour and half before someone told me they are short staffed and I should go home. I would take your business elsewhere if they don’t respect your time.

I am SOOOOOO irritated what’s the point of having an ATM if it doesn’t work after store hours?? Wasted my gas and time coming here when I coulda just paid it he $2.50 fee at literally any ATM. Terrible experience, don’t go here if you’re trying to use the ATM.

This branch always is SO slow, long lines, and no matter how long the line gets or how slowly it moves the other reps working at the branch never open new lines to speed things along

Teller was very polite and friendly, but the grounds are in desperate need of tending.

Went in today (with an appointment) to get my husband an account since he wants to switch to my bank and open a large joint savings account. However, the lady in the front with the iPad idk if she’s a manager or not but she is in need of some serious training. Now usually my husband is the calm one in situations such as this, but she was so snotty and straight up rude he completely walked out. Now he refuses to put his money here so I guess we’re going to credit union, because even though it’s over an hour drive customer service skills are so important in a business and im even considering moving all my accounts, because this has left a sour taste for him you know first impressions are everything. Chase definitely lost some business here for sure. Do better Chase....
