KeyBank Ronda Ct, Huntingdon

I have stayed with the bank through the transition that was not smooth. But I stayed due the staff and customer service from them. All of the staff from the East Mckeesport branch has been replaced and now in the North Huntingdon branch. Very frustrating. The NH staff was moved because the Jeannette branch closed and those employees moved over. What sense does that make? The new females are not friendly. Why did something that was not broke? I talk about this with other members while standing in line. One more employee gets moved I'm done

This bank had completely different rules and regulations than their corporate office. Very frustrating when corporate tells its clients something, then when arriving at the branch in North Huntingdon, they have a completely different process. The manager told me corporate was wrong and basically threw them under the bus. Very unorganized and disappointing, especially when it comes to my hard earned money. I will be canceling my account with Key Bank and taking my business elsewhere.

I have done business with this bank for the past 6 years & I would not go anywhere else. The employees I have dealt with were kind & helpful. If there is an issue with something they take their time looking for something that caused the issue & attempt ťo fix it immdediatley

This bank is easy to get to and the staff is always very polite. They always making sure that you get alll of your banking done that you came in for and That all of what you came in for They where able to do.
