    I had a terrible experience at the Key bank on Latta rd this Morning. Today is Friday which is pay day for most working people. I went to the drive thru atm and deposited cash so that I could pay bills online this weekend. The atm took all of my cash and told me there was an error and the atm was not able to return my cash to me. I went inside the bank and the staff told me the only thing I could do was call key bank and file a dispute. So now the bank is keeping my cash and I am out of cash for 3-10 business days while they conduct an investigation. Terrible customer service and I do not recommend using this bank !

    The only bank that requires 2 ID and a ssn to cash member of the banks check. I don't feel comfortable writing down all my info to send it through the teller.

    One teller working both the window and the inside customers on a Friday morning, while two employees are at their desk with no customers. Watched 2 customers walk out, including myself. Felt customer convenience is not a priority here.

    Awesome staff my banker Shaina Byron is second to none is her knowledge and service provided!!!!! She’s definitely a keeper if I was manager I would do all I could to keep workers like her onboard

    We always came to this key bank on Long pond An latte we always dealt with Jennifer she always helped us out until one day we went Jennifer was not there we had a lady called Miss Martinez she was very nasty and looked into our personal account with our information we reported her and they defended her anyone going to key Bank do not go to long time later especially do not talk to Ms Martinez she's a very nasty lady and will not help you
