STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK AT ALL POSSIBLE THEY'RE OVERDRAFT FEES ARE UNDERHANDED AND PREDATORY. It seems every week I am battling this Bank about their overdraft fees and I have a no overdraft account with them and this isn't even my primary bank it's my secondary bank I should not be so stressed about a bank account that isn't even my primary bank account but yet somehow it is because of their predatory and underhanded overdraft fees.

To all people trying to find a new bank stay clear of this bank they DO NOT care about your business. We have numerous accounts with this bank. What would easily get you free cashiers checks, money orders and a safe box gets you nothing with this bank. The only time you get a survey is at the ATM.. Why? Cause they already know how their customers get treated. So many mistakes, and not little ones, ones they are large ones. Find a bank that cares cause this one doesn’t believe me.

Worst, worst worst bank ever. I never should have opened an account here. Mobile deposits are delayed. They sent my bank card to the wrong address. And they refused to give me the sign on bonus. I'm closing my account asap and opening with a different bank. I would have stuck with my bank of 14 yrs if they had locations in Pittsburgh. Update: Check still being held one week later. Cannot cancel check or get money. WORST bank ever. Closing account asap. Also, no phone calls were returned.

I give the people in there that work 5 stars. BUT as soon as you walk into the Sq.hill one on Murray ave stinks.as in has a really bad odor.

This bank will nickel and dime you for everything that you're worth they're overdraft fees are predatory and incessant and underhanded and sneaky they over draft you for things that are processed but posted to your account on different days.

I would like to recognize Kathleen Dietz (Branch Manager), John O'Donnell (Licensed Relationship Manager), and Albert (teller) for assisting me in some issues I had with the ATM. They represented themselves with the utmost professionalism and real home town concern for a patron (myself) that is far from being a large account. KeyBank did good when they hired them and in turn they are why KeyBank looks good in my eyes. Thank you so much for your assistance when I was visibly upset over the ATM messing up for me.

Save your time and go to the branch in Shadyside. Some of the attendants here are rude and condescending, slow and don’t know what’s going on. Left after waiting too long to get some temporary checks because the attendant couldn’t figure it out and went to the branch in Shadyside village where they got me sorted out in minutes, plus we’re actually friendly and personable.

The ATM fees here are predatory! Go somewhere else or to a grocery store.
