Atm ate my deposit. Was told I had to wait until money was pulled in 2 days and they would call. It's been 10 days and been in twice and each time told I would receive a call and nothing. They admitted to the problem and found the deposit but still havent credited my account. If say you are going to call then call. If you have the money I deposited then credit the account. Now I have to go back again to wait around while they figure it out and tell me they will call again.

I have been banking here for awhile now. And these guys are amazing!! Love them all. Everytime I walk in its like walking into my extended family. They are all so kind and full of love. I appreciate there service they give me and how they are all so willing to help me out. They have positive attitudes to help each other and others to get through this rough time we are going through currently. LOVE YOU GUYS!!!

I have been doing business with this branch for over 20 years. The current branch manager and the tellers are the best ever in that time. Never have I been treated with so much respect and friendliness. They are always there to help with any questions that may come up over the course of doing business with them.

The Tigard "branch manager", Jason Frankel, should not be allowed to manage large accounts. He does not respond to customer requests for service and leaves a mess for the customer to clean up without so much as an apology or any attempt to rectify his mistakes. Despite repeated attempts over the past month to e-mail and contact him by phone, Jason Frankel does not respond and does nothing to manage our account. I resorted to calling the Tigard branch and requesting a call back from another manager or someone who oversees Jason Frankel, but the woman who answers the phones had no idea who to put me in contact with. She took my name and number over a week ago and still no call back. The only solution we had was to involve a manager from a different branch who is in the process of assuming our account. Can't believe someone like Jason Frankel is put into an important position without any accountability or monitoring by KeyBank management. Mr. Frankel is definitely not qualified to manage an account based on our experience and he should not be allowed to treat customers with such disrespect.

This atm ate my card while I was making a cash deposit, I have never had my card taken and now have to wait until the branch opens tomorrow, and had to file a dispute regarding my deposit since it didn’t provide me a receipt for my transaction.

When I went in on a certain day, the teller I had had an attitude not to mention their breath was so bad I had to take a step back and still could smell it, I'm not going to disclose the name or gender of the individual but this needs to be checked by the leading manager. Also on another certain day I got called for an issue that had nothing to do with my wrong doing by one manager, then the head manager called me with a loud stern voice cutting me off continuously like that would solve the issue at hand. One more thing I had a hold put on my account because technical support does not communicate with the branches or the customers before doing so, so I had to call in to get overdraft taken off my account for money that was already mine (bank error). The only person I like here is Tim he does wonderful at his job, never had an issue with him.

They are not as friendly as other banks. There is a cold atmosphere when you walk in. Someone needs to remind them its called customer service! Update: 4/18/19 I will be taking my business to another branch the branch manager when I contacted her sighed the whole time we talked she sounded annoyed that I could ask her such questions. She was very rude and treated me with such disrespect! They will no longer have my business. And if you value your money I suggest going to the sholls ferry they are way better. Tigard branch you all need to be coached on how to treat people that come in to your bank!!!:(

This branch has zero idea how to do a car loan. The registration process and customer service is ridiculous! They have us running all over the place doing the paperwork that they’ve promised to do, that’s part of their process and job! It’s been two months and they don’t return calls, we have to physically go in and talk to people to attempt to resolve anything. Not helpful. Not timely. Not responsive!
